Brazil -October 2nd, 2018
With "Women against Bolsonaro" call, the masses take to the streets in more than 200 cities to the cry of "Not him, "Fascists Will Not Pass" ...
In this electoral farce Bolsonaro and all the bourgeois candidates come to deepen the attack against the workers and exploited in the country...
The only ones that can solve the crisis in Brazil are the working class in alliance with the poor peasants, the ruined middle classes and all the oppressed of the country
The attack is already here!
Down with the electoral trap!
OPEN THE ROAD TO THE WOMAN WORKER!
Open the road to the working class and the exploited masses in the country and in the city!
DOWN WITH THE REGIME!
Out Temer now! Out the IMF!
Out the fascist Bolsonaro and all bourgeois politicians!
THEY DO NOT REPRESENT US
Behind all of them is the stick of Wall Street that comes to deepen the attack that is already in progress
The situation of economic bankruptcy in Brazil has deepened with the anti-worker and repressive government of Temer and can no longer be hidden. The electoral process comes to legitimize the regime of imperialist plunder, exploitation and Brazilian repression, based on the reactionary 1988 Constitution. In the middle of this farce it is clear that the fiscal deficit and the public debt (the external debt transferred to the Public Coffers) represents 77.3% of the country's GDP. That means that almost 80% of all Brazilian wealth production will go to pay for this fraudulent debt that unites and subordinates the country with imperialism and the parasites of bankers and their institutions like the IMF.
Temer together with that bandits den of the Parliament voted the "Tax Roof Law" that freezes the state budget for 20 years, freezing the wages of state workers, there will not be a penny for health, education, public transport, housing , public works, etc.
A real stick law against the working class and the exploited, which imposes imperialism, so that Brazil sinks even more, together with the law of outsourcing, labor flexibilization, pensions reform and all the attacks against the workers' conquests that are already in course, they intend to impose a colonial Brazil, with enslaved workers, with the camp massacred and terrorized, and with all the oppressed under repression, like the one that already rules in Rio de Janeiro. Is that imperialism and the IMF are coming for everything and, independently the candidate who wins; the imperialist transnationals are coming to impose their plan to blood and fire.
But in the middle of this situation of bankruptcy the masses show that they have not been defeated and they are fighting in the streets like this 29th of September. Masses demonstrations in the main capitals of the country and in more than 200 cities took place. They were led by the movement of combative women, against the candidate of the generals and the ultra-right, Jair Bolsonaro. The masses of Brazil are not defeated, and whenever they are called to battle they present battle, as it was demonstrated in the streets of every country on Saturday 29.
Again, the "pelega" bureaucracy and the reformist Left supported in the collaborationist policy, want to impose with the electoral farce the deception and the diversion of the combat in the streets. Is that if the march against Bolsonaro was combined with a unified combat of the working class and the homeless and landless, exploited classes with the method of the general strike, Temer would fall, Bolsonaro and all the bourgeois candidates and the regime were beaten and the electoral farce would not prevail. This would put in check the imperialist plan in Brazil and put the working class back on the offensive and it would be a unified fight with the working class of Argentina, Bolivia, Nicaragua, Haiti, Costa Rica and the entire continent against Trump, the IMF, the G20 and all the anti-worker governments of Latin America.
That is why the conciliation policy of the leaderships, currents and unions that speak on behalf of the working class, which have not called the workers and exploited of the country to rise up against this terrible trap that the elections mean, is criminal to the actions of 29-9 against Bolsonaro and against all the bourgeois candidates, the government of Temer that until the end of the year will continue applying the attack. This prevented the fight against the semicolonial regime of exploitation and oppression, which is becoming more Banapartist at every step - as with the military intervention of Rio de Janeiro and army generals in the Ministries, or with Moro and the caste of judges acting as "Arbitrator" of the country - and that comes to be legitimized with these bourgeois elections.
Any Government that comes will have to apply more adjustments and more attacks, and that will not do so peacefully. Bolsonaro is the most open expression of this plan, calling the Armed Forces, inciting with a fascist ideology the sectors of the ruined middle classes, and even decomposed sectors of the working class, to "solve the problems of the country" with the boot of the generals under Wall Street command openly. This candidate, who at the moment has the majority of voting intentions to vote (31%) and almost 50% rejection, in the midst of the inter-imperialist trade war, openly sets himself up as a defender of Yankee interests, so that the imperialist oil companies like Exxon stay with the Petrobras, Boing stay with Embraer and for the IMF and Wall Street to loot the country at expense of the misery of the masses and openly attacking the workers' organizations of struggle. We must face it boldly, as the workers and the exploited have already begun to do, driving by the women's movement. A fight against the murderous “milicos”, in defense of the interests of the working class and the exploited of the countryside and of the city, must face not only the bourgeois candidates in the elections, but the entire rotten and reactionary Brazilian regime.
What has prevented this perspective of struggle is the policy that PSOL and Stalinism promoted with the "democratic front" with Lula, the PT and the bourgeois parties that show themselves as "democratic", when they are also candidates of the bosses and the imperialism.
Both Haddad of the PT and Ciro Gomes of the PDT (Labor Democratic Party in its Portuguese acronym), as Alckmin of the PSDB (Social Democracy Brazilian Party) or Bolsonaro of the PSL (Social Liberal Party); whoever wins, will have to apply the plan of imperialism, tightening up the regime even more along with the caste of judges and the army's murderous officer caste.
The leftist parties like the PSOL have entered fully into this "Democratic Front", their program is not part of facing the regime and its institutions. They have a program to reform this "democracy" for capitalists and imperialism, which speaks of "combating privileges" without confronting the oppressors and true privileged of the country, without attacking private property and without calling to expropriate the principal "privileged"; the imperialism that plunders the nation, and that through the caste of judges, the Armed Forces and their transnationals are those who rule in Brazil.THEY NOT EVEN RAISE UP THE DEMAND OF NOT PAYING THE EXTERNAL DEBT!
On the other hand the PSTU denounces the elections and says all the candidates of the employers 'parties are no alternative for the working class, and they call "to change Brazil really, we need to make a workers' and popular rebellion so that the workers govern in popular councils and make a social transformation in Brazil.” (Editorial “Opiniao Socialista", No. 562, article by Vera Lucia, candidate for president by the PSTU).
In his program, as we discussed in previous statements, they raise the need to organize the General Strike, but so far he has not used his electoral campaign, or the sectors that he leads and influences from CSP-Conlutas to organize the general strike. The masses going out, hundreds of thousands in the streets show that forces and willingness to fight are more than enough... what is needed is a bold call to stop all attacks, to demolish this electoral farce, to shoot down Temer and with him all the reactionary Brazilian regime of the 1988 Constitution. A program from the workers' organizations, the poor peasants, the homeless, etc., that proposes resolute measures to fight against the bankruptcy situation in which the country finds itself would be a million times stronger than the add of all the electoral programs together.
We return to insist that the fight and the program proposed in the agenda is: We must organize the working class and the exploited to face the electoral trap of the bourgeoisie, against the class collaboration policy of the reformist leaders, the attacks of the government and the plan of imperialism, and ALL its candidates ...
Out Temer now!
Out the fascist Bolsonaro and all the bosses candidates!
Out Sergio Moro and the caste of reactionary judges!
Down with the military intervention of Rio!
Dissolution of all the repressive forces of the State!
Self-defense Committees of workers and poor peasants!
We must call a Congress of all the workers' organizations, of the poor peasants, of the homeless, of the working women and the oppressed youth, called by all the trade union centrals, to organize and conquer the Revolutionary General Strike, against Temer and his attacks, against the trap of bourgeois elections and against the Bonapartist regime under the imperialist leadership that oppresses Brazil.
There are forces for this combat! They are the millions of workers, of women worker of exploited and oppressed in the countryside and in the city ... this is the real Brazil!
Congress of all the workers and exploited masses organizations of all Brazil!
That the CSP-Conlutas, the CUT, the CTB, ForçaSindical and all the trade union centrals call for this Workersr Congress to prepare the
GENERAL REVOLUTIONARY STRIKE
¡Let's open the road to the unity of those from below, of the workers, the homeless and landless, of the oppressed youth and the ruined middle classes.
Down with the policy of class conciliation of the "Democratic Front" of unity with the bourgeois parties!
For a revolutionary provisional government of all the organizations of struggle of the working class and of the poor peasants, supported by the self-organized and armed masses
