EMERGENCY MOTION TO THE 4TH CONGRESS OF THE CSP-CONLUTAS
AND TO THE COMBATIVE WORKERS AND YOUNG PEOPLE OF BRAZIL
Freedom to all political prisoners in Brazil and all over the world!
Judgment and punishment of all repressors and murderers of the working class martyrs!
Rebellion of the slaves is not a crime, it is justice!
The Brazilian working class, the one that bled in the slave ships, bled again resisting the slaver in the quilombos and still bleeds today under the whip of imperialism in the factories, in the favelas and in the countryside, needs to unify in the same combat with the black working class who fights and resists slavery and slavers worldwide.
The CSP-Conlutas has joined the International struggle for the freedom of political prisoners in dozens of countries. It has even repeatedly adhered to the journeys of December 12, on the International Day of the Persecuted Worker, when it marks another anniversary of the sentence to life imprisonment and jail to oil workers in Las Heras (Argentina). As today, the struggle is also held for the unconditional freedom of Daniel Ruiz and against the persecution of Sebastián Romero.
Nothing different from what happens every day against the working class and the exploited of Brazil. While Rafael Braga continues to be imprisoned, people are persecuted and repressed in all the struggles and the massacre in the countryside and the city is each time worse, we arrive at the 4th Congress suffering a terrible repression to the strike picket of the Embraer metallurgists. Under the command of the Boeing and Bolsonaro the shock troops of the Military Police attacked the strikers and arrested comrade Alex Cabelo. This is a clear sign that the offensive of flexibilization and the attack on social security, the ever soaring cost of life and slavery conditions of production will be imposed with repression, imprisonment and death. WE CANNOT ALLOW IT!
Every day they kill us in the favela as it happened with Agatha recently, or last year with Marielle and Anderson in Rio de Janeiro; a few months ago we suffered the murder of comrade Michelle de Dias Rachelle from MLTI of Manaus, at the hands of the death squads ... This happens daily in the countryside and in the favela, where tens of thousands of exploited are being massacred by the repressive forces of the state and the troops of the Armed Forces.
From the first day that the working class of the Maghreb and the Middle East stood up, we have, from the CSP-Conlutas raised their flags and mainly that of the Syrian revolution, which today resists in the last trenches of Idlib. Middle East working class has not given up, it resists in Syria and Palestine, revolts in Algeria, Sudan, Egypt and Iraq, its cry is still "we want the fall of the regime" and its demand remains bread and freedom.
We must fight alongside the heroic Syria and the entire Middle East's resistance, together with refugees from all over Europe, attending to the call of the “Black Vests” as well as together with South Africa's workers, such as the miners and widows of Marikana, also with the Haitian exploited who are still standing and for effectively joining the African-American working class to the cry of “Black Lives Matter,” as Marielle Franco shouted.
We propose:
Promote an international campaign and organize a Coordinating Committee for the freedom of all political prisoners in the world, for the dropping of all te charges of all the fighters and for justice for the martyrs of the working class.
For defending our struggles from police And state repression, in the favelas and in the countryside: self-defense committees of poor workers and peasants must be organized and conquered. From the CSP-Conlutas, let's promote these actions in the combative rank and file of all the trade union centrals and organizations where the exploited orgenize to fight and fight to put these self-defense committees on their feet in each factory, establishment, neighborhood and village, centralized by region and at national level. Down with the repression over those who fight! Down with the militarization of the favelas and the countryside! Let the CSP-Conlutas endorse and promote the joint fight together with the immigrant workers who are persecuted and massacred across the world borders in which this system has divided a planet by the capitalists to cause hunger, slavery and war. WE ARE ALL IMMIGRANT WORKERS IN THIS ROTTEN CAPITALIST SYSTEM.
It is necessary to set International Coordination Committees to effectively unify the workers and fighters of the CSP-Conlutas and their brothers and sisters from the Middle East and the Maghreb.
This is the way to make effective solidarity and unity with Syrian resistance, refugees and for the freedom of all Syrian, Palestinian, Egyptian, etc., political prisoners. And also to intensify and unify the struggle alongside the working class and the Syrian resistance that does not give up fighting for the freedom of all prisoners under torture in al-Assad prisons.
Organize together with the International Trade Union Network of Solidarity and Struggles an effective coordination for the freedom of all prisoners and for stopping the massacre against the exploited of the world. We have to deepen solidarity and international struggle! This is the way for all the workers' organizations of the world to take this fight into their hands because we cannot fight with hostages in the jails of our executioners.
