Answer to the RCIT: Any kind of moral to any kind of political agreement
On your moral and ours
07/07/2020
To the members of the RCIT:
1) On July 7th we received your response to our letter dated on 06/26. We have carefully read and re-read it.
First of all, we believe that for you the moral and principled questions in the revolutionary movement are worth only the signing of a political agreement without principles and for convenience. Yesterday you did it with the TPR of Argentina, an openly Kirchnerist current, lackey of the bourgeoisie. And currently you do so with a current dressed in "red" that only supports Zionism by the left –side and is hanging from the coattails of Stalinism in the state of Israel.
You also do so when with one hand you sign an "anti-quarantine" agreement with small groups detached from Trotskyism in Argentina, while with the other hand you pompously call to participate in the International Conference of the FIT-U, to whom you propose to set up a New Kienthal and Zimmerwald… It´s not surprising.
Only in this way can we explain the shameful response we have received from you to our letter.
2) But let´s speak about the heart of the matter, knowing your response to our letter on the moral attacks suffered by our organization, we have no option but to pose only the opportunistic character with which you take such serious questions, as is the moral question in the world working class movement.
In your response you ignore, silence and cover up the slander with which your new partners in Argentina have attacked us, saying that we have murdered one of the main workers' leaders of the FLTI or that we let him die cruelly in isolation. You have the proof of this gross slander in front of your face and silence this. You cover it up. It is clear that you have echoed that slander and infamy against the revolutionaries or at the very least, you cover it to keep the slander spreading.
Of course, based on this serious accusation and amalgam, of which you have become a part, there can be no more discussion between us. We can only affirm that you don´t meet any moral standard to morally judge anyone in the revolutionary movement. You have become a philo-Stalinist current: yesterday together with the Bolivarians in Argentina and then putting your votes for a popular front and for Stalinism in the Zionist-fascist state of Israel. Nothing is strange coming from you anymore.
You have taken on an accusation, a provocation and an attack on our current that from this moment on directly condemns you. Although they try to remain hidden, other currents have joined this slander. They also proclaim themselves of a "V International". They call for a moral tribunal against us, standing as arbitrators or self-appointed judges. This is the world upside down. In fact these groups should explain why their pulse did not tremble to make agreements with a couple of militants in the US that accused Marxists from Japan of having murdered dozens of oppositionists. This is a monstrosity rarely seen in the revolutionary Marxism of the second post-war. And now do you believe to have the authority to convene moral tribunals?
Under these conditions of political capitulations, moral misconduct and political agreements where the principles are only a bargaining chip, all of you, beyond your nuances, march together to found your V International. And it is already clear which way you will take.
Our characterization, already confirmed, is that you are no more than a molecular detachment from former English Trotskyism, which has left a high school of political, strategic and moral decomposition in the ranks of the international revolutionary movement.
3) What also highlights the cynicism of your response is your argument that you defend our leaders from the persecution of the bourgeois state, but it does not mean that you cannot criticize and denounce them. You affirm this and it is your right. Furthermore, we have told you this question in our letter. The problem is that no political criticism has been done to our leadership or our current but a moral attack.
The question, Michael Pröbsting, is that the group of provocateurs that you defend has not spoken on this matter, on the defense before the bourgeois state and they sustain a vile moral accusation, a question that you also hide and cover up.
4) But your note already becomes a real infamy when you compare us to Stalinism: you tell us that we refuse to be criticized because we are being persecuted by the bourgeois state, just as Stalinism did, while killing at point-blank range Trotskyists and the Bolshevik vanguard.
This is not only an invention, but also an infamy. We have never posed this and we will never allow you to accuse us of being like Stalinism that massacred Trotskyists inside and outside the USSR and murdered Trotsky himself. Moreover, we insist that if more and more you accused us, more and more you had to defend us before the bourgeois state, as we tell you in our letter. The truth is that we can´t get over to see so much moral filth on the part of currents that claim to be revolutionary.
How dare you, Michael Pröbsting, and your people to go so far and lie so brazenly? How do you got a nerve to compare us with Stalinism that “committed so many political crimes against the working class”, as you affirm in point 3 of your note? You are accusing us of being like Stalinism that killed opponents. Wretched of you. On your lips, the calling and campaigning for moral tribunals is nothing more than a cover-up for your gross alagam and slander against our current.
Unfortunately, it has been set clearly that you became a political current for which the problems of principles and morals are mere bargaining chips in dirty agreements with currents of the most decomposed of the international Marxist movement.
We propose to you, Michael Pröbsting, and to your current to go make a moral tribunal (so that you can be judged by them) with your people: the Stalinists of Hadash and the Joint List, to whom you voted in the latest elections carried out in the state of Israel, that is, those that together with the US imperialists founded the Zionist enclave in 1948. You should be carried out to a moral tribunal with the leaders of the FIT-U, to whom you propose to set up a Kienthal and Zimmerwald, and with the "popular" Kirchnerist organizations, to whom you called to set up a united front with the TPR in 2016. What a paradox it is: many of these "popular" Kirchnerist organizations supported the life imprison sentence against Las Heras oil workers and the prosecution of more than 7,000 workers and popular fighters in Argentina during the government of the Kirchners.
For years, we have endured the greatest calumnies by traitors, corrupted people, and those who have sold out the Fourth International.
Not only did they slander us, but they also sold out our comrades on the battlefield by leaving them isolated and by silencing, closing their mouths, before all the accusations that they and the leadership of the FLTI suffered.
We will no longer allow this to go on without unmasking the false morals and hypocrisy of the opportunist currents that live hanging from the coattails of the bourgeoisie and treacherous leaderships, Stalinism in particular.
You and your "friends of the Fifth International" were aware of and knew perfectly well about these serious slanders that were framed against us and you silenced or were part of them. We insist on it, this is the world turned upside down: you want to make victims pass as victimizers. It is not strange on the part of the reformist currents openly allied to Stalinism.
5) Please, don’t "defend" us before bourgeois justice by accusing us of assassins of workers' leaders, since you and your followers are giving the bourgeois state a new charge for them to attack our organization.
You have no moral and we have nothing more to discuss with you, as we do not have to discuss any common moral issue with neo-Stalinist or neo-Zionist currents, no matter how "red" they dress in feast days .
Our political, strategic, theoretical and moral differences with the reformist currents will be resolved facing the masses and in the trenches of revolution, counter-revolution and civil war. You are just a small link in the chain of attacks on our current by the leaders of reformism and opportunism, like the FIT-U deputies who have just voted in a bourgeois legislature in Argentina for a law that protects Zionism.
6) As you will see, we are in different trenches in the combats of the international class struggle.
We recognize all the fractions of the Palestinian resistance as a belligerent army that are fighting to expel and defeat all the Zionist institutions that support the invaders, as the latter threaten not to leave a millimeter of Palestinian land free, as happens with the new annexation of the West Bank sustained by the Zionism’s rifles and Trump’s gunships. We face the cynical and cruel imperialist and Zionist policy of partitioning Palestine into "two states" or a single "multinational" one. They are all routes and smokescreens to ignore the Palestinian nation occupied by the state of Israel.
You “shriek” against Zionism and denounce the crimes of Stalinism but you have called to participate in the elections for that puppet Parliament and to vote openly for the Stalinist Communist Party in the state of Israel and its Zionist political front, all those accomplices in the massacres carried out by the state of Israel against the Palestinian masses. But what most unmasks and exposes you as servants of the zionist occupation of Palestine is when you shamelessly support and call on the Arabs to "go to serve" and join the Zionist counterrevolutionary army, as it is stated in the statement dated on February 2014 of the ISL, your group in the Zionist state. This is an infamy that means calling on the Arabs of Palestine to become mercenary killer troops of Zionism and the US imperialists and not to take the lead and integrate the heroic resistance of the Palestinian masses.
They have already demonstrated how to resist the invading troops for decades and also how to give a hard defeat to that murder army of occupation in 2006 in southern Lebanon.
You "have a stain on your forehead," as Palestinian prisoners denounce to traitors and collaborationists. There is nothing more to discuss.
Go follow your way of infamy, slander and provocation.
Trotskyists will go on our path.
