- Expropriation of the imperialist transnationals, banks and oil companies without compensation and place them under workers' control throughout the Caucasus!
- Full autonomy for Nagorno Karabakh!
- For the restoration of the Federation of Trans-Caucasian Soviet Socialist Republics, without capitalist parasites or Stalinist bureaucracy!

On November 10, prime ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan signed a "lasting ceasefire" with which they "end the war" over Nagorno Karabakh that has been going on since the end of September. The agreement establishes that Azerbaijan and Turkey remain, with the guarantee of the Russian troops, with all the territory of Nagorno Karabakh, and even recover the Azerbaijani territory that had been occupied by Armenia in the 1994 war. Russian troops are not going there as "peacekeepers" or to defend the Armenian people, or anything like that, but to guarantee the ethnic cleansing of that territory. (See attached maps).
We are facing the resolution of a fratricidal war, where two peoples oppressed by imperialism clashed and now are crushed by the boot of the hitman Putin. A fratricidal war sponsored, this time, based on an agreement between Turkey and Russia to liberate the Caucasus for the British Petroleum, which concentrates all the extraction of black gold and gas from Baku, on the shores of the Caspian Sea, up to Turkey. A counterrevolutionary pact that was tested in Syria, where both guaranteed the massacre of the revolution by al-Assad, and gave security to the "7 sisters" to steal all the Syrian oil from Raqa and Deir ez Zor, and transport it to the north, to Turkey. That is the deal that acted in this fratricidal war, under the US-UK umbrella, where the Armenian people not only lost all autonomy in the territory of Nagorno Karabakh, but also fled, not before burning all their homes, so that they could not be taken by the occupant.
The fratricidal war of 1991-94, which ended with Armenia occupying Azerbaijani territory, is what allowed this counterrevolutionary agreement to manipulate the Azeri nation for this invasion of Nagorno Karabakh. The victory of the Armenian masses of Nagorno Karabakh in 1994 turned out to be a strategic defeat, because it happened at the expense of crushing the Azeri nation, which was dominated by the US-UK imperialism and its Baku lackey government. The counterrevolutionary government of Aliyeb in Azerbaijan is the result of a "Pyrrhic victory" of the Armenian masses in '94.
That's because in fratricidal wars, it is the imperialist powers and their gendarmes the only ones who win. The peoples suffer these defeats, being occupied, doubly looted, and with governments a thousand times more reactionary and counterrevolutionary than before.
The imperialist powers dispute the wealth and sources of raw materials of the former worker states, and the former USSR in particular
Franco-German imperialism withdraws from the Caucasus. But, on the other hand, through the German company E.ON, which has the majority of the Russian Gazprom shares, Germany is only deepening its offensive of looting raw materials from that country, while finishing the construction of the “Nordstream 2 gas pipeline” with which it pumps, at a cheap price, Siberian gas directly to Germany (see map), while the latter distributes it throughout Europe, charging a hefty commission, and circumventing the transit of hydrocarbons from Russia through Ukraine and the East European countries. Likewise, "Greater Germany" feels comfortable, in its vital space which is Europe, from Siberia to Portugal and, with its company E.ON, controls 80% of the distribution of conventional, solar, oil, etc. electrical energy, which are the arteries through which it supplies all of Europe.
The imperialist powers, in the north and in the Caucasus, pump and dispute the riches they extract from Russia and from the former Soviet republics. In them a gang of capitalists, eager for business, bayonet in hand, like the Great Russia of the hitman Putin, negotiates with the different gangs of imperialist pirates, acting as gendarmes over all Eurasia.
The imperialist companies headed by British Petroleum are the great winners of this fratricidal war. By occupying Nagorno Karabakh, they secured the entire Caucasus and link the rich hydrocarbon basin of the Caspian Sea with the Mediterranean Sea, including the huge new reserves recently discovered in the Black Sea. In other words, they keep one of the regions with the most hydrocarbon reserves on the planet.
The fratricidal war, a tragedy forthe Caucasus masses
Why a fratricidal war? Because two semi-colonial peoples and nations collided, and both are plundered by the same enemy, i.e., imperialism, and crushed by the same counterrevolutionary boot of Moscow and Turkey. It was a fratricidal war that, far from uniting the subjugated peoples to confront imperialism and its agents, pits them against each other in a merciless war, where the only winner is imperialism, which ends and will end up oppressing not only defeated Armenia with double chains, but also Azerbaijan, which ended under the toutelage of the US-UKimperialism and the BP, with the gendarme of the oil pipelines, which is the role that Turkey plays not only in the Maghreb and the Middle East, but now also in Azerbaijan, and as it tries to do in the rest of the former Muslim republics, on behalf of the different imperialist powers.
The workers of Armenia and Azerbaijan shot each other dead for interests that are not theirs. They had been fighting and fighting for work and a decent life, against governments and regimes hated by the masses. But the workers and people of South Caucasus suffered thousands of deaths and devastation of their homes and infrastructure. The river of blood deepened between the sibling workers of Armenia and Azerbaijan imposed by both national bourgeoisies to demarcate the borders of their businesses on behalf of the transnationals.
As we have already anticipated, the Armenian masses today pay the price of having been subjected to their bourgeoisie, which led the war in 1991-1994 and took Nagorno Karabakh giving it self-determination, but without respecting the Azeri territories, that is, it annexed territory and promoted the Azeri masses' national hatred, on which this new war is based, covered by the pact of Russia and Turkey, under the leadership of British Petroleum.
No national or self-determination task can be conquered by the exploited masses without defeating imperialism and settling accounts with its lesser partners, the cynical native bourgeoisies.
This time, as we said, the “Azeri victory” not only means a defeat and unprecedented suffering for the masses of Armenia, but also for the masses of Azerbaijan, where a government is strengthened that until a few months ago had the masses in the streets demanding its downfall and fighting for bread, work and freedom.
The way to conquer the right to self-determination of Nagorno Karabakh can only be guaranteed with the restoration of the dictatorship of the proletariat under revolutionary forms with the Federation of Transcaucasian Soviet Republics.
As they already did in 1921 together with the revolutionaries who had taken power in Russia after the October revolution of 1917, the way to guarantee the right to self-determination of Nagorno Karabakh could only be done through the dictatorship of the proletariat in a Federation of the Transcaucasus Soviet Republics, where Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia were organized.
Thus the old confrontation to which the workers of the region had been pushed at the beginning of the 20th century had been resolved. It was a clear and precise resolution on that historical crisis: Nagorno Karabakh belonged to the Soviet workers' republic of Azerbaijan, since it was within its territory, but it did so as an autonomous region, self-organized by the poor Armenian workers and peasants. In other words, the population, which is Armenian, was given the right to self-determination. That is the path that must be taken up again.
During the war, the fraternization of the workers and the poor people of Azerbaijan and Armenia and not to fire a single shot between siblings, but to do so against the oppressors, was the order of the day on the battle fronts. (see letter from an Azeri mother, thtps://m.facebook.com/groups/612269325835555?view=permalink&id=1158639561198526),defending the right to autonomy of the Armenians in Nagorno Karabakh and rejecting the borders of the 1991-94 war, with which Armenia occupied Azerbaijani territories.
Today, this fraternization and unity of the peoples of the Caucasus are essential. The war that imperialism and the capitalists imposed on these nations will make the masses pay and the hardships are already here. The internationalist unity of the workers of the entire Caucasus is posed as an immediate necessity.
They are united by the struggle for a living wage, for jobs for all, to give land to the poor peasant, for the self-determination of the Armenian people in Nagorno Karabakh without occupation of the Azeri territory, which will only be conquered by expropriating imperialism, transnational corporations, their bankers and their partners, linked in thousands of businesses with the native capitalists.
Unity of the working class of the Caucasus! War on imperialism! For the self-determination of Nagorno Karabakh!
Down with the lackey regimes and governments of the Russian-Turkish counterrevolutionary pact under the command of the US imperialists and British Petroleum in Baku!
The workers of Russia have an enormous responsibility and obligation to stop the war machine of the gendarme of imperialism Putin and his counterrevolutionary White Army. The latter are based on a regime of shame, repression that is one of the most bloodthirsty on the planet, precisely to keep the proletariat of the former USSR under control.
A determined action by the Russian working class would place in check, not only the control of counterrevolutionary Russia on the uprisings of the Eurasian masses, but it would be a severe blow to the imperialist control on the planet and on Eurasia in particular, exercised through his counterrevolutionary partner Putin.
He acts as a hitman in Syria, Ukraine, now in the Caucasus ... and that is why imperialism respects his military bases, as in Crimea, as in Tartus, as in Armenia and also in the rest of the former Muslim Soviet republics, as in Kyrgyzstan.
The scoundrel Putin has already proven himself as one of the bloodiest partners of the various imperialist powers, as he does now in the Caucasus with Anglo-American imperialism, or as he does with the Franco-German axis in the Nordstream2 gas pipeline, where the German E.ON holds the majority of the shares.
The Syrian workers in the resistance have condemned the Syrians who went to fight and die for Erdogan's business and not for defeating the fascist troops of Al Assad and the butcher Putin.
With the strengthening of the Erdogan government, there will be more control of the territory over Syria and more deals striken between Turkey and Russia to finish annihilating the resistance and splitting the nation together among them and US imperialists.
Erdogan has been strengthened with his counterrevolutionary banditry in the region and harder attacks to the Turkish working class and the oppressed and sacrificed Kurdish people who are super-exploited by the Turkish bourgeoisie as slave labor within Turkey's borders.
The struggle to expel the Turkish and Russian troops from Syria is an immediate and indispensable task of the masses throughout the Maghreb and the Middle East, who are in a state of uprising and revolt.
The republics of the Caucasus have been doubly looted and tied to imperialism with triple chains.
It will be the masses who will pay with hunger and misery, the destruction and the expenses of the war. With fratricidal wars like that of 1991-94 and this one we have just experienced, far from being resolved, the national question has become more acute, not only in Nagorno Karabakh, but also in Armenia and Azerbaijan, which have been a thousand times more subjected to imperialism and with troops occupation like those of Russia and Turkey.
The task for the liberation of these nations is the unity of the working class of the entire South Caucasus, the only one capable of uniting these peoples against imperialism, expropriating the imperialist oil companies without compensation and under the control of the workers, breaking with the national bourgeoisies, minor partners of imperialism and advance to the seizure of power by the workers and poor peasants.
But at the order of the day is the restoration of the dictatorship of the proletariat and the setting up of the Federation of Trans-Caucasian Soviet Republics, which will be the only way that will be able to give the right to self-determination to Nagorno Karabakh and free the entire region from any national oppression, as happened with the victory of the socialist revolution in the USSR in 1917-1921.
The reopening of this struggle in the 21st century will be a stronghold, to regain the USSR without surrendering to Stalinists, capitalists, or murderous military men.
The question of war, like the deepening of the capitalist crash and the state of revolt, revolution and counterrevolution in which the world working class finds itself, puts on the order of the day the struggle for a revolutionary leadership of the working class.
Reformism, made up of the remnants of Stalinism, social democracy and the renegades of Trotskyism, have not left a millimeter of continuity in the program of revolutionary Marxism in the face of the class struggle, in the face of revolution and wars.
The so-called “New Left” here and there submits the working class to what they call “progressive bourgeois camps”, either political and / or military. Thus they subject the proletariat to their "democratic" executioners or those they consider "anti-imperialists" and thus lead the working class to reduce its forces to zero and prevent it from being the leader of the oppressed peoples and resolve their liberation with their own struggle.
The fight to defeat revisionism in Marxism, to train a new generation of revolutionaries based on the historical lessons of the struggles of the world proletariat, is the most decisive task of the moment.
The struggle for the refounding of the Fourth International and its flags is the only way by which the proletariat can prepare for its victory.
