October 25, 2019 In Chile, a decisive battle of the workers and peasants from all over the Americas is waged today Chile woke up ... THAT THE AMERICAN CONTINENT AND THE WHOLE WORLD WAKE UP! That the union and student leaders who negotiated filthily with the regime ... That the politicians of the Concertacion, who have ruled just like Piñera: by starving the people ... That the UNO, which protected and saved the genocidal Pinochetista military from the punishment they deserve ... That the church that blessed the sabers of the generals ... That the oligarchs and bankers capitalists who enriched themselves like never before in Chile ... THAT NONE OF THEM HAPPENS TO STEAL AND EXPROPRIATE THE FIGHT OF THE HEROIC AND COMBATIVE CHILEAN PEOPLE Let the copper workers and the port workers, the manufacturing and transport workers, the rebel students and the Mapuche peasants rule! May the thieves and murderers of the people be punished! Let the repressive forces end and be dissolved! Let the ordinary soldiers, children of the people in the streets, take the barracks! In the ‘70 they made us believe in “the peaceful way to socialism and freedom”. They lied to us. It was Pinochet who came ...
