We are finishing a new revolutionary day of this huge fight that is shaking Chile with the war cry of "Out with Piñera" and "Enough of the Constitution of '80s!"
A “super-Monday” was lived from North to South, with thousands and thousands taking to the streets of the whole country. Mass mobilizations took place in Santiago, Valparaíso, Viña del Mar, Concepción, Arica, Calama, Punta Arenas, Antofagasta, Osorno, Puerto Montt, Valdivia, Temuco, etc., there were actions on the streets, national strikes such as public servants and health workers (which has entered on its 15th day), occupations of high schools, cacerolazos and struggle barricade.
In Santiago, after several demonstrations during the day, the appointment was at 5 pm in Plaza Italia. From that first moment we faced and resisted the brutal repression of the pacos (police, TN), as in the whole country. These state prey dogs shot firing gases and pellets at the crowd constantly.
The masses keep fighting with all their forces. Because of this, the anti-labor government of Piñera bets on the exhaustion of the workers’ and the exploited struggle and tries to contain the actions of the masses with a redoubled and furious repression.
At service of this policy, the politicians of the Concertación, the “red pacos” of the CP and the Frente Amplio have called to set up “Citizens Parliaments” together with the same mayors and councilors who have been pillars, spokesmen and servants of the 80's-Constitution regime against the people. They want to yield up the revolutionary combat to this infamous regime.
We can't allow it! No one can steal our fight or the streets that are ours!
The time has come for the revolutionary mass struggle to climb another step. We must prepare a decisive blow that cuts the head of the snake that is in La Moneda, in the barracks of the Pinochetist Armed Froces and in Wall Street.
Open the road to the Revolutionary General Strike until Piñera leaves and we defeat the civic-military regime and its genocidal officer caste!
Let's set up the power of those below!
For a National Congress of workers, combative students, poor peasants and settlers! We must conquer it immediately by coordinating all sectors that enter the battle by district, city, region and at national level, with delegates 1 per 100 people of each factory, mine, port, high school, faculty, of the barricades where we fight as in Equador, etc.
Pacos kill us, torture us, rape us, repress us. We have to defeat them in the streets!
In these combats thousands of young people are advanced in facing repression against our mobilizations. They cannot be left alone. We must highlight 50 fighters by union, labor organization, high school, faculty, population, etc., without further delay and set up the self-defense committees centralized by city to give pacos what they deserved and teach them a lesson.
Let’s urgently call the reservists and the rank and file soldiers to break away with their officers of the armed forces and move to the side of the people in struggle with their weapons, to prevent the Pinochetist Generals from drowning Chile in workers’ blood. For rank and file soldiers’ committees!
This is our revolution and taking it to victory we will avenge our grandparents and parents who were massacred in '73 by imperialism and its agents. For a revolutionary provisional government of workers and peasants so miners, dock workers, health workers, teachers, the retired, rebel youth and all those below can rule!
Only then can we guarantee the rightful demands of the workers and the people, free and quality public education and land for the peasant, breaking with imperialism, recovering copper for Chileans, expropriating transnational corporations without payment and under workers' control, ending with the theft of Pinochetist Generals and expropriating all expropriators. This is the minimum for what we have fought!
A revolutionary provisional government of workers and peasants will be the only one that can guarantee a Revolutionary Constituent Assembly, disarming the repressive forces of the state and the armed forces. With the Pinochetist Generals and the killer pacos in the streets, there will be no possibility of conquering a democratic Constituent Assembly. It will only be a mere puppet of the rulers. If the weapons are still in the hands of Piñera, the big bankers, capitalists and their murderous generals, Chile will be spilled with workers and the youth's blood once again.
The people united will never be defeated and the armed people will never be crushed or deceived!
