The "pacos de rojo" ("red pacos", as the Chilean youth and the masses call the leadership of the CCP, who act as the policemen, i.e. "pacos", within the labor movement, TN) of the Chilean CP set up the "April 26th Command" to bring the masses to the scam of the constitution plebiscite.
That plebiscite is a fraud! Whether yes or no wins, always the Pinochetista generals are who actually win and will continue to be a fundamental pillar of the regime and keep their share of the copper business. Whether yes or no wins, Piñera will be who wins that will continue in La Moneda. Whether yes or no wins, the imperialist transnationals will win and continue to plunder copper. It is a plebiscite meant so that everything remains the same: hunger wages, miserable pensions, labor slavery, private education, public health that falls apart...
The CCP comes to ensure that this trap is effectively set in the den of bandits of the Parliament in a pact between Piñera, the right, the former Concertation, the Broad Front, at the service of imperialism, to divert the mass from the revolutionary combat.
For weeks and weeks they failed to impose this scam. But now it is clear: the strike-breaker bureaucrats of the CUT and the CCP conspired from the first day behind the backs of the masses that continue to leave their dead, wounded, mutilated and imprisoned in the struggle.
That is why they prevented the path to the revolutionary general strike to bring down the Piñera government and the entire Pinochetista regime, divided the mine workers, the stevedores and the entire working class, and left the rebel youth at the mercy of bloody repression.
That is why they spent weeks at the "social unity talks" negotiating with Piñera and supporting him.
That is why they brought Spanish former judge Baltasar Garzón, executioner, torturer and jailer of the Basque and Catalan peoples, to the "forum for human rights." It is no accident that in this forum the founder of Podemos (Spain) has been disguised as "democratic" though he supported the military attack of the Bourbon monarchy on revolted Catalonia. Or that this forum was organized by the former Concertación: the pro-coup DC (Christian Democrats, NT) and their minions fill their mouths talking about "human rights," but for 30 years they managed the Pinochetista regime and led the same murderous pacos that Piñera commands today.
All of them concentrated their entire forces to prevent the revolutionary general strike, save Piñera and put the masses in the trap of the April plebiscite. Stop conspiring against this heroic revolution that has begun!
We must expel these strikebreakers who are the "communist" servants of the Pinochetista generals and the imperialist mining transnationals.
Down with the scab bureaucracy of the CUT! Out with the "red pacos" that are the dangerous ones!
They do not represent us!
Traitors! They are selling out once again the revolutionary struggle of the working class, the rebel youth and the people of Chile.
We already know you! You have been supporting the Pinochetista regime for 30 years. You, from the government of Bachelet administered the regime of the Constitution of the 1980s, applied hunger plans equal to Piñera’s, commanded the killer pacos that killed mineworker Nelson Quichillao on the route, repressed every worker and student struggle, filled the Chilean Prisons with popular fighters and militarized the Araucanía against the Mapuche peasants.
The key is in the hands of the labor movement, which can attack the government and imperialism where it hurts the most: in their profit and property.
We have to fight like the Colombian workers who took over the Congress of the trade union bureaucracies and kicked them out! The problem is not the workers but their leaders who betray them!
Out with Piñera! General strike until he falls!
