General strike on next March 9 During these 4 months of revolutionary mass fighting, the bureaucratic union leaderships together with the former Concertacion dedicated themselves to negotiate with Piñera behind the backs of the people and removed the labor movement from the first line of the combats against the government and the Pinochetista regime This 03/09 the working class must set up its first line in all the mines, ports and work centers of the country ¡La Plaza de la Dignidad no se rinde! Through assemblies, united factory and workplace committees, pickets and self-defense committees, we must conquer a Revolutionary general strike until Piñera falls Down with the deal and the plebiscite of Piñera, the Pinochetista generals and the former Concertacion Free and sovereign revolutionary Constituent Assembly on the ruins of the regime of the 1980 Constitution  The revolution of those below has begun... May the revolution triumph!   The leaderships of the CUT and other organizations of the "Social Unity Board", together with the "red pacos" of the CCP and the Frente Amplio, during the last three months were dedicated to tie the hands of the working class and were in charge to take it away from the fight for the general strike.  Had these leaderships not betrayed the fight, the miners, the port workers and the entire labor movement could have led the mass struggle by paralyzing the production and attacking the profits and property of the capitalists, and Piñera would long since been thrown down by the revolutionary struggle of the  exploited. They allowed the government and the damned civic-military regime to survive.  As part of this policy, they have now put all their forces calling to vote for “I APPROVE” in April. By that means, they aim to subject the workers and exploited to the scam of that “constituent plebiscite”, agreed between Piñera himself, the  genocidal military, the former Concertacion and the Frente Amplio, with the open support of the CCP. That plebiscite is a fraud that only seeks to get us out of the streets and leave the power of Piñera, the general pinochetista and the transnationals of copper untouched.  That is why the lackeys of the former Concertacion could not be absent since in their successive governments they were so hungering, repressing, slavers and servants of imperialism like Piñera.  Those who starved us and repressed us every time we won the streets, imposed the worst conditions of slavery, stregthened the business of private education and the AFPs at the expense of brutal suffering of the people, today they tell us that by voting together with them for "I approve" in the plebiscite we will end with 30 years of misery, tyranny and oppression, when for decades they were the best administrators of this damned Pinochetista regime to guarantee imperialism the plundering of the nation, on the bones and muscles  of the workers and exploited! The collaborationist bureaucracies of the "Social Unity Board" want us to submit to this scam. Now they adhere to the call for a general strike on 03/09.  After they played to the wear of our forces, they are imposing that we arrive in the worst conditions in March.  These leaderships are preparing a passive strike controlled by them, to contain the masses and impose that they leave the streets, cease definitively in their revolutionary struggle and go to vote for “I approve” in the April plebiscite scam. The fate of our combat cannot remain in the hands of these traitorous leaders.  They want the 03/09 strike to be a strike for the “I APPROVE” option in a cheating plebiscite that actually means Piñera remains in power.  The workers and the exploited want to prepare the second blow of the revolution we started to bring down this murderous and hungering government and conquer our dignity! We have to fight like the Colombian workers who confront the treacherous leaderships of the unions! Enough of collaborationist leaders and union bureaucrats!  Let no one steal our fight!   Piñera and the entire regime of the Constitution of 1980, Get out! Down with the "constituent pact" of the government, the genocidal generals, imperialism, the former Concertacion and the trade union bureaucracies!  Down with their clowny plebiscito that comes to give a surplus of life to the Pinochetista regime! To make this happen, move forward in recovering copper for Chileans and conquer our just demands, free our prisoners and get justice for our martyrs: We must take the 03/09 strike in our hands to make it the beginning of a fight plan and the indefinite revolutionary general strike until Piñera, the Pinochet regime and its fraudulent plebiscite fall! For grassroots assemblies, factory committees, strike pickets and self-defense committees  in each mine, port, factory, work center, high school and university to ensure that on 3/9 we stop all of Chile!  Let the Industrial Cords return! Fighting like the workers of France who have been paralyzing the country for two months and keeping the Macron government in suspense, the Chilean working class must break in to show the slave exploiters and their government who really rules the country! Let the mines, ports, factories, work centers, transportation, hospitals, state departments, high schools, universities strike! For "front lines" in all mines, ports and factories to ensure that the entire country is paralyzed!  Let not a gram of copper be extracted until this murderous and repressive government leaves for good! Let's vote it in all territorial assemblies!  From all the “first lines” of Chile, let's set up working-class and student youth committees to go look for the workers movement so that this 9/3 is the first step of the Revolutionary General Strike to defeat the bosses of the pacos  assassins, i.e., Piñera, the Pinochet regime, the great capitalists and imperialism, and their clownish plebiscite! To advance towards this perspective, we will have a wonderful opportunity on March 8, the International Day of Working Women.  May the massive mobilization of the 8M that the feminist movement is calling for the fair demands of working women be the first step for 03/09 to wake up in a completely paralyzed Chile! We must advance in coordinating and centralizing all the sectors in struggle and all our self-organization and direct democracy organizations, by population, city, region and at the national level. For a National Congress of grassroots delegates from the entire labor movement, combative students, poor peasants and those exploited that are fighting! Against the antidemocratic trap of the plebiscite of those above, that comes to save Piñera after he sent the pacos to murder, torture, rape, repress, mutilate, imprison and persecute the rebellious people; for a free and sovereign Revolutionary Constituent Assembly, without Piñera, without the genocidal army, the murderous pacos, the corrupt politicians, the imperialist transnationals and the traitorous bureaucrats; to break with imperialism, recover our copper for Chileans, conquer free public education and land for poor peasants of Mapuche ethnic origin. Those above promise us that we will conquer "peace" and "democracy" with the April plebiscite, while supporting the Pinochetista generals, who with their bayonets defend their theft of the copper wealth and the business of imperialism that oppresses the nation. Those from below would only conquer a truly democratic, free and sovereign Assembly on the ruins of the Pinochetista regime, disarming the genocidal armed forces and dissolving the repressive forces of the state.  For this, it is necessary to set up centralized self-defense committees, next to the “first lines”, and conquer the workers' and popular militia to defeat the pacos in the streets and prevent them from continuing to repress, maim and murder the masses.  For committees of rank and file soldiers that disown the officers of the Armed Forces to prevent the latter from massacring the people again; these committees must democratically elect their heads and organize base soldiers together with the fighting masses! We must expropriate without compensation and under workers' control the imperialist banks and transnationals!  Copper belongs to Chileans, so there can be free education for the workers' children!  Land for poor peasants!  Work, salary and decent pensions for all! The bourgeoisie wants to deceive us with their "siren songs" of supposed sovereign constituent assemblies.  They only want the awaken Chile to go back to sleep so that they have a free rein  to return to massacre us as in 1973 for having rebelled against their government and all the institutions of their infamous regime.  The revolution we started must succeed or Chile will be drown again in a bloodbath.  US imperialists, the true chiefs of Piñera, in their offensive to turn all the nations of Latin America into their direct colonies, have just commanded a fascist putch in Bolivia that massacred the poor workers and peasants that revolted in Senkata.  This is a direct blow against the revolution that we started and aims to scar all the exploited in the continent. They massacred the Industrial Cordons revolution ... it's time to settle accounts!  The power of those below must be put up! The trade union bureaucracies took the working class out of the way to the general strike to prevent the revolutionary fall of the hated government of Piñera From 10/18/2019, the Chilean working class, rebel youth and exploited revolted in a fight to bring down the government of Piñera, a servant of imperialism, and the entire regime under the tutelage of the Pinochetista army officer caste.  With huge independent mass actions, those from below staged huge days of revolutionary general strike, stoppages in dozens of mines, ports and establishments, going on in barricade fighting, clashes with the murderous pacos. Led by the youth of the "first line", attacks on  the property of the great capitalists and the institutions of bourgeois power, seizure of high schools, cacerolazos and massive concentrations in the Plaza Dignidad and all the squares of the country featured the risen up masses As part of a single and same Latin American revolution, the Chilean Revolution began, facing Trump's brutal offensive and US imperialism that comes all the way for "their" Latin American "backyard". All this the masses did it despite and against all the union and student bureaucracies that never called the secondary students to jump the subway turnstiles or the whole of the masses to burst revolutionarily to fight against the exploiters and their government. Therefore, the directions of the CUT and other organizations of the "Social Unity Table" were forced to make 3 calls to the general strike during October and November, with the aim of riding on the revolutionary mass combat to try to control it and take it to the feet of the Pinochetista regime institutions. Their last call for a measure of struggle was on 11/ 25 and 26/2019, that is, 3 months ago! After this, they dedicated to maintaining a dialogue board for more than 30 days with a government that has its hands stained with blood, while the workers and exploited left everything, even their lives, in the fight to defeat him. Thus they saved Piñera and guaranteed that he continues in power, as they opened the year asking us to wait until March to continue fighting. Everything is right for them in order to continue giving time to the government and the exploiters to be strengthened against the mass combat. The leaderships' truce means that the trap of the plebiscite is imposed, while the dead, wounded, mutilated, prisoners, increase their numbers, the same as the repression, the hunger and squalor. Thus, these leaderships paralyzed the forces of the working class, the only class that produces all the riches of the nation, and therefore can attack the capitalists, imperialism, their government and their regime where it hurts more: on their property and profits. If it were not for the betrayal of our leaders, Piñera would have fallen a while ago by a revolutionary general strike headed by the workers' movement together with all the fighting exploited! Enough! With these leaderships, we cannot fight! You do not represent us!

 

For a Workers and Combative Left Bloc to defeat the plebiscite trap and knock down Piñera and the regime with the revolutionary general strike!  The trade union and student bureaucracies of the "Social Unity Table," the CP and the Broad Front are responsible for taking the workers' movement out of combat for the revolutionary general strike in order to save the hated Piñera government. Behind the backs of the masses, with their call to vote for "Approval" in April, they have entered into the infamous deal with the government itself, the former Concertacion and the Pinochetista generals, commanded by imperialism, i.e., the call for the scam of the "constituent plebiscite" with which they only seek to get the exploited off the streets and divert their revolutionary struggle. In order to impose this plan they even brought in Judge Garzón, the jailer of the Basque and Catalan people, and Podemos' leaders of the Spanish state, agents of the monarchy! These leaderships are now preparing to use the call for a general strike on March 9 in the service of leading the masses to vote for "Approval" in this fraudulent plebiscite. Whatever the result of the pebiscite, Piñera, the genocidal militias, the murderous pacos, the imperialist transnationals and bankers and the corrupt politicians of this infamous regime always win. We must prevent the current struggle of the working class, the rebellious youth, the poor peasants and the oppressed from being betrayed! Against all the leaderships that conspire to lead the masses to defeat, let us put up a Workers' and Combative Left Block to fight and boycott the April plebiscite and to overthrow the Piñera government and the Pinochetista regime with the revolutionary general strike until they fall. A Block to fight for the advance of the revolution started, by setting up and coordinating the self-organizing and direct-democracy bodies of the exploited and the centralized self-defense committees, together with the "front lines" of the rebel youth. A Workers' and Combative Left Block that raises the fight to recover copper for the Chileans, for dignified salaries, work and pensions, for free and quality education and health, for land for the poor peasants, for the liberation of all political prisoners and for justice for our martyrs of yesterday and today. We call on all the unions and combative workers' organizations, on the rebel youth of the "front line," on the assemblies and collectives of the high school students, on the families of the political prisoners and the comrades of the "Coordinadora por los Prisionerxs Políticxs 18 de Octubre" (Coordinating body for the Political Prisoners - October 18), on the feminist organizations of struggle, to put this Workers' and Combative Left Block on its feet. Likewise, from the POI-CI we call on all the currents that claim to be revolutionary socialists, such as the PTR, the MIT, the MST and Fuerza 18 de Octubre (Force October 18) to put this Workers' and Combative Left Block on its feet in order to prevent the union bureaucracies, the CCP and the Frente Amplio to give up the struggle of the exploited. This Block would together lead the fight for the working class, with its base assemblies and works committees, to put itself back in the center of the masses' struggle to defeat the Piñera government and boycott the plebiscite trap. With the majority of these currents we gave a common fight at the beginning of January in the "II Plurinational Meeting of those (women) who fight" against the leadership of the CCP and the Broad Front that imposed the hundreds of women fighters who were there could not vote on how to continue their struggle. Today we have in our hands the task to extend that Block to a national level. This would be a huge step forward because it would allow us to unite the small forces that we (the currents that face the fraudulent plebiscite) have and strike like a single fist to boycott that monumental trap. Therefore, against the leadership of the "Mesa de Unidad Social” ("Board of Social Unity") we propose that we meet right now to form the Board of a Workers' and Combative Left Block so that together with different organizations of struggle we can forge an alternative for thousands and thousands of workers and young rebels. We call on you to organize Unitary Base Committees of this Workers' and Combative Left Bloc that start by promoting the setting up without delay of rank and file assemblies and strike committees in all work and study centers in order to conquer the best conditions for March 9 to be the beginning of a revolutionary general strike to last until the Piñera government, the Pinochet regime and the fraudulent plebiscite are defeated. Let's take this motion together to the whole workers' movement, to the factories, mines and ports, to the "front line", to the high schools, universities, self-organized assemblies, etc.! The revolutionary vanguard that has entered the fight in Santiago, Antofagasta, Valparaiso, Concepcion, and from Arica to Punta Arenas does not know the differences that separate us the different political currents that speak in the name of revolutionary socialism. Setting up a Workers' and Combative Left Block will be a great opportunity to debate our different programs and strategies in the face of thousands of workers' and students' fighters. But  these deep differences we maintain cannot be an impediment for this time to fight together to defeat the traps of the bourgeoisie and the traitorous leaderships. For our part, we are ready to meet immediately to make this perspective a reality. Let's set together a place, a date and time to meet and advance in building this alternative. There is no time to lose!
