The second electoral round: a death trap against the working class and the exploited

Boric and the traitors of the bureaucracy of the Social Unity Board took the masses off the streets and saved Piñera… They allowed Kast to win!

Now they seek to settle between the reconstituted Pinochet Right and the new Boric Concertación, the CP and the Christian Democratic Party, who will manage the businesses of Wall Street and the mining transnationals:

Either way, the Pinochetista regime, its genocidal generals and US imperialism with the FTAs ​​always win!

Against deception, sham and betrayal:
Let's vote to return to Plaza Dignidad!

As soon as the scam of the first round of the presidential elections had been consummated, all the treacherous bureaucracies of the Mesa de Unidad Social (Social Unity Board), the "red pacos (cops)" of the CP and the Frente Amplio (Broad Front) went out with unfolded candles to call the workers, the rebellious youth and the oppressed masses to vote for Boric "to defeat Kast" in the second round. These leaderships have enlisted all their forces to finish consummating the monumental trap that the Pinochetista regime has been orchestrating against the revolutionary combats of the working class and the exploited that began in October 2019.

How are we going to defeat Kast, hand in hand with Boric, if Boric was responsible for Kast winning the first electoral round? It was Boric, together with the entire Frente Amplio, the CP and all the union bureaucracies of the Mesa de Unidad Socialthat since 2019 have been playing their full role to betray the path to the Revolutionary General Strike. These leaderships are the ones that took us off the streets and led us first to submit to the fraud of the plebiscite and then to that scam of the Constituent Convention, to save the Piñera government and the whole of the Pinochetista regime.
Boric agreed with Piñera himself in that infamous deal "for peace and the New Constitution" that they sealed in Parliament behind the backs of the people, that Piñera was not to fall to the hands of the mass revolutionary struggle and would end his term in peace. The CP and all the leaderships of the Mesa de Unidad Social voted and guaranteed that Piñera stayed in La Moneda!
They are the ones who guaranteed that this electoral trap was imposed and that Kast could reconstitute from his candidacy the classic Pinochetista right wing of the bourgeoisie and the rich middle classes, which had had their forces totally decimated by the revolutionary action of the masses, with their Piñera government  about to fall.

Kast is the son of the betrayal of the leadership of the Mesa de Unidad, he is the son of Boric's infamous pact with Piñera and the Concertación to impose the plebiscite and he is also the son of that undemocratic and rigged Constituent Assembly, which was erected as an appendage of the Pinochetista regime so that it remained intact. That is why Kast was able to win in the first round, getting 28% of the votes. Kast, Piñera's follower, exists thanks to Boric!
Now all the traitors of our revolutionary struggle call us to vote for that class collaboration front of Apruebo Dignidad (Approve Dignity), full of bosses' politicians, to defeat Kast, when they are the ones who allowed for Kast to exist, for the Pinochetista generals to continue as a fundamental pillar of the Pinochetista regime and for imperialism to continue bleeding out the nation with the FTAs ​​and the plundering of copper, while those of us below continue devoid of bread, education, land, work, pensions, health ...and dignity.

No political support for the class collaboration front of Boric, the CP and the coup plotters of the Christian Democracy!

There are currents of the renegades of Trotskyism such as the MIT / LIT-CI or the MST / UIT-CI -as well as the POR (Tendency of the PO), the PO and the MST of Argentina- which call to vote for Boric as "the least evil" affirming that during his government we will be in better conditions to resume the fight for our just demands. It's a lie! A thousand times a lie! How are we going to be better to fight like in 2019 under the government of those who have handed us over and took us off the streets?
These currents want to make Boric pass as a "progressive", hiding under seven keys that this liar comes from sealing his alliance with the Christian Democrats (CD), those same coup plotters of '73 who have their hands stained with the blood of thousands of martyrs of the working class and the exploited, who saved the Pinochet dictatorship and the genocidal generals and have been for 30 years the best administrators of the civic-military regime and the business of imperialism and the capitalists, as starver and repressive of the masses as Piñera. The Christian Democrats' National Convention has just proclaimed that Boric is its presidential candidate. They have even put their own members in the Approve Dignity campaign command, preparing to join the cabinet if they become in the  government. From the hand of Boric, the Frente Amplio and the CP, no “progressive” government can be configured, but rather that of a new Concertación that has to whitewash its face because they are hated by the working class and the people!
That is why we are facing an enormous victory of the Pinochetista regime, based on the betrayal of the CP, the Frente Amplio and the entire leadership of the Mesa de Unidad Social. The exploiters are managing to reconstitute the old pillar parties of the civic-military regime, with new faces: the Piñerista Right hand in hand with the Pinochetista Kast and in the other end of the same rope the old Concertacion hand in hand with Boric's class collaboration front, the CP and the CD. This is how they get ready to maintain the FTA and the theft by the generals and imperialism of the nation's wealth.
Meanwhile, they have that farce of the Constituent Assembly that continues to meet to deceive the people, when it cannot define anything, but is regulated and controlled by the den of bandits of the Parliament (in which the Right is now a majority). Neither democratic nor sovereign! A brutal detour to divert our revolutionary struggle, to save Piñera who was dying and to guarantee that the regime that we fought and had within our reach to defeat, remains intact and with all its institutions strengthened, with some other cosmetic self-reform to the damn Constitution of the '80 to keep safe the rule of the exploiters against the working class and the exploited masses.

For years, students have been mobilizing for free education, the port workers have fought enormous battles, the miners have fought for their rights, there has not been a sector of the working class and the exploited masses that have not won the streets against the Pinochetista regime and its successive governments. In October 2019, the rebellious youth jumped the turnstiles and those below set fire to all of Chile ... And now those above want everything to return to zero, with the old regime of the Constitution of the '80 renovated ... but it is the same dog with different collar. This monumental trap against the working class and the exploited masses is the one that imperialism and the capitalists are to consolidate in this second round of the presidential elections.
The working class, the rebellious youth and the exploited put everything in the combats to defeat the government, end the '80s Constitution, recover copper and conquer our Dignity. We did not leave dozens of martyrs and thousands of prisoners to vote for a "new Concertación" that saved Piñera and left the Pinochetista regime intact! Voting for Boric is voting for the CD. Voting for Boric amounts to voting for another variant of the Pinochetista regime that is disputing with Kast who is going to be the administrator of the FTA business, the mining transnationals and the murderous generals in this Chile colonized by the US pirates!

Enough of the lies! Either it is Boric or Kast who win, it is always imperialism, the civil-military regime of the Constitution of the ‘80 and the caste of officers of the Armed Forces that win!

The workers and the exploited do not vote for Boric and his front with the CD so that the Concertación returns to government! We do not vote for those we expelled from the Plaza de la Dignidad for being the betrayers of our revolutionary struggle! We do not vote for those who saved Piñera and guaranteed  Kast to raise his head! We do not vote for the “left” custodians of the genocidal military and the murderous cops! And we do not vote for those who approved the government's repressive laws and are responsible for 2,500 comrades being in prison!

The workers and the exploited do not vote at the polls of this Pinochetista regime!

To defeat the civic-military regime, its anti-worker parties, the Pinochetista generals and imperialism ...
To conquer bread, land, free education and all our demands ...

Let's vote to take back the Plaza de la Dignidad!

The working class, the rebellious youth, the poor peasants of Mapuche ethnic origin and all the exploited masses must rise up again as in October 2019 to face this true trap that is in progress against the people and resume the revolutionary path to make true a victory that was snatched from our hands, to defeat the Pinochetista regime and its governments, to expel imperialism and break with the FTAs.

All workers' organizations, working women and rebellious youth must break with Boric and the CD and call a General Assembly of all combative organizations in Plaza Dignidad right now to put the Chile of those below that had woken up back on its feet.

Out with the traitors who won't let us fight! Down with the bureaucracy of the Meds de Unidad Social that emerged to support Piñera! They don't represent us!

Everyone to Plaza Dignidad! From there, let's urgently convene a:
National Congress of the entire labor movement, the rebellious youth and the poor peasants!

The fight is posed to expel the treacherous leaderships that gave up our fight and conquer a great National Congress with delegates with a grassroots mandate from the mining movement, the dock workers, the teachers, the bank workers, the working women movement; we are the ones who can stop the country and resume the path of the Revolutionary General Strike. That is the strength that those of us below have, not to go to vote for Boric who only wants us not to return to the streets and to prevent us from resuming our revolutionary struggle!

We have to put the majority of Chile back on its feet to take the destiny of the nation in our hands and re-forge the worker, peasant and popular alliance, as we did in the streets in October 2019, to reopen the path of the Revolutionary General Strike.
We will actualize the struggle to sweep away the regime of the Constitution of the '80, for the most elementary democratic demands and for our just demands, with the methods of struggle of the working class: the stoppages, the pickets, the general strike, the combats of barricades, resuming the revolutionary path of October 2019, setting up the bodies of self-organization and direct democracy of the workers and the exploited, such as the base assemblies, the unitary factory committees of the employed, unemployed, immigrants, etc., as were the Industrial Cordons in the '70s, the "first line" in every factory, mine, port and workplace.

Faced with this second round, the National Coordinator of the MIR has come out to denounce both Kast and Boric, calling not to leave the streets and calling for a “Bloc, Common Front or Popular and Revolutionary Pole” (communique of November 30). We believe that this proposal is a step forward and we call on you to make it a reality. Let us urgently convene a meeting of all combative organizations so that we can set up a Struggle Bloc that calls to confront this electoral trap, to retake the Plaza de la Dignidad to conquer a great Workers' and Peasants' Congress. Unlike the companions of the National Coordinator of the MIR who argue that the way out is to "build popular power," we argue that the "people in general" will not be able to achieve victory if it isn’t with the working class leading the group of oppressed classes in the countryside and the city, because the working class is the only one that can paralyze and take control of production in the mines, ports, banks, etc. against imperialism and the capitalists, their government and their infamous regime. These differences that we maintain cannot be an impediment for us on this occasion to fight together to defeat the traps of the bourgeoisie and the treacherous leaderships.
We also call on the PTR, which took a step in the first electoral round with class independence candidacies but is still discussing whether they are going to vote for Boric or not, to break any policy of collaboration with the CP's "red pacos" and the front Approve Dignity and set up together this Struggle Block.
The MIT / LIT-CI that today calls to vote for Boric, yesterday raised in the mouth of its deputy María Rivera that it was not going to meet in the Constituent Assembly with the jails full of political prisoners. The time has come for them to break with that rigged Constituent Assembly and with the new Boric Concertacion, and put their forces to conquer this Struggle Block!

The path is the same of  October 2019 to lead the socialist revolution to victory

Renationalization of copper without compensation and under workers' control! Expropriation of all banks and AFPs without compensation!
Expropriation of all the large estates, foresters and imperialist monopolies without compensation! The land must be for the peasant and for the poor people to eat with dignity! Down with the FTAs ​​and all the economic, political and military treaties that tie us to imperialism!

They expropriated our life, our education, our health, our land and our dignity… We must expropriate the expropriators of the people!

The blood of our martyrs is neither negotiated nor given! No justice, no peace!
Workers' and popular tribunals to judge and punish the genocidist generals and officers and all the murderers of the workers' and popular martyrs!
In order for them to stop repressing and killing those who fight, we must fight for the dissolution of the murderous cops, the intelligence services and all the repressive state apparatuses and set up self-defense committees and the worker and peasant militia.

Immediate and unconditional release of more than 2,500 October prisoners and all political prisoners!
We must impose the end of the "state of exception" in La Araucanía, dissolve the caste of the Pinochetista generals, end their theft of the copper businesses and expel the US military base of Con-Con. For committees of rank and file soldiers who break with the officers and go over with their weapons to fight with the people!

We can only conquer these minimal and immediate demands by imposing a revolutionary worker and peasant government on the rubble of this damned civil-military regime.

Against the currents of the renegades of Trotskyism who today proclaim their support for Boric, just as they did in Peru with the bourgeois candidate Pedro Castillo or in Brazil for the bourgeois front of Haddad-Lula, we the workers and the exploited have to vote to fight together with our true allies, the working class and the poor peasants of Latin America, to face the offensive of Biden and the US imperialism throughout the Americas as one and single fist. Let us vote to fight together with the workers who rose up in Cuba against the hunger they suffer from the capitalist restoration imposed by Castroism! Let us vote to stand up with the indomitable American working class to blow up the FTAs ​​and expel imperialism!
