The Resistence will never give in and is not for sale!
Let's set up a Movement for a Revolutionary Worker-Student Youth
They were more than 3 months of heroic struggle in the streets with pickets and barricades organized in the First Lines and fighting side by side with the working class and the poor people. We put the government of Duque Uribe in check, and during the struggle we avoided that the reforms and labor flexibility were imposed on us. We surpassed all these charlatan leaders who aimed at preventing us from going out and rebel.
In the heat of the fight, the CP and the CNP (Strike National Committee) together with the Petro’s Party mayors, the same ones who accused us of being violent, were the ones that prevented the labor movement from going on fighting together with us and sent them back to the factories. The same ones who clamored to solve things through elections;the same ones that while isolating us more and more from our allies, guaranteed our tormentors for us to be persecuted even into our neighborhoods, and our comrades to be kidnapped and murdered.
Now more than seven months later, the government and the murderous regime continue to kill us, persecute us, the governors and mayors want to buy us with handouts and crumbs, sending us to jail us with police frame-ups and false positives, putting a gun to our temple to punish us, while they carry forward the labor slavery reform and tax reform against which we fought and left our lives.
Thus, they have devised a true deception and detour because none of the demands, no matter how minimal, will be able to be conquered in the Parliament of the exploiters and imperialism, for example what the Strike and the fierce struggle of the First Lines had achieved(that is,to overturn the tax, health and labor reform bills);and due to the betrayal of the CNP and FECODE (teachers’ union), the parliament today has approved again the rejected laws.
We know that it was not the damn police, the ESMAD (Mobile Anti Riot Squad)or Duque who made us back down and took us off the streets; it was the bourgeoisie, Petro, the union bureaucracy that dressed themselves as friends of the people with their sinister policy of class collaboration, consultation and dialogue boards, with peaceful marches and pacts for handouts and alms with the mayors, those who supported Duque, all for the sake of saving their privileges and perks.
Then the National and Popular Assembly emerged, in apparent radicalism to betray the most combative of the strike, which, together with the government, state Human Rights Organizations and the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights of the OAS(a true pantomime to cover up the massacre under the white doves of peace released into the air as we disappear and our comrades were murdered). This is how they ended up fencing us and shutting us up under the reconciliation cloak of the Peace Agreements of Havana agreed with the Castro brothers, imperialism and the CIA, along with the scourge of the former FARC, disorganizing our ranks so that the generals of Uribism fill the rivers, the working-class neighborhoods and the Colombian countrysidewith corpses.
Today they are accomplices, calling to participate in the election of the Youth Counselors on December 5, 2021, where 42,000 fighters nationwide, are co-opted to participate within the legal parties before the State and break any lag of struggle, combat and class solidarity that we could have learned during these two years of struggle.
They are responsible for having sold out the Colombian resistance and for the defeats suffered by the workers and peasants; it is Stalinism selling out our struggles from within; the same one that gave Cuba to the US imperialists and to the clutches of the capitalists. ¡STOP LYING!
THEY DO NOT REPRESENT US!
From the First Lines of Cali and Pereira and from the Comuneros Group that resist and do not accept handouts or alms ...
We call to regroup our forces by setting up committees in the neighborhoods, factories, universities, sidewalks and at the same time self-defense committees, to stop the massacres and selective assassinations.
For a Revolutionary Worker Student Youth Movement
We are more than 40% of the working youth today that has no right to work or study; if and when we start to produce, we do it without any type of right, looking for work in employment agencies (that is, an outsourced job, NT), 12 hours from Monday to Saturday for a miserable wage that today with the new law, will mean to earn 75% of the already meagre minimum wage, without stability.
We need to re-unify our ranks together with the workers, students, poor peasants, popular sectors against labor slavery.
We call for the setting up of Committees of employed and unemployed workers, where we group together all the young unemployed workers, neighborhood by neighborhood, city by city, joining the labor movement against labor slavery that they want to impose on all workers. Let us call on the labor movement to organize Worker Councils by establishment, factory or plant so that our demands are also in their firm hands, as we take theirs and so the demands are those of the working class as a whole. We fight for the most powerful unity of the workers' rankstoconfront the sold-out union bureaucrats who gave up our fight to the infamous peace pact. For a future and for all that has been taken from us.
Against the salary reduction and the hourly contract: reduction of the working day with one more shift in all factories so all available hands can start to produce with a salary equal to the family basket. Everybody under the Collective Agreement. Enough of enslaving the children of the working class! NOT TO LABOR FLEXIBILIZATION!
The fight for free education is the fight of the entire working class. Only less than 10% of young people have access to education. We want to have a free, secular, and quality education at all levels, subsidized transportation for all students. That our parents never have to go into debt again so that we can have a trade, education. Let us set up student committees independent of the regime, in each university, in each school to fight for 4 hours of work and 4 hours of study paid by the State and by the employers on the basis of tax on large fortunes and non-payment of the external debt. FREE AND PUBLIC (STATE) EDUCATION!
We must recover the land to return it to its true owners, the poor peasants and agricultural workers, indigenous communities and black people; we are for the restitution of the more than 7 million hectares expropriated by means of shooting and massacres by the paramilitaries, the regime and imperialism. Expropriation of big landowners, the Chiquita Brand and other multinationals of the imperialist agribusiness, mining and oil companies, without compensation and under worker control. Expropriation and nationalization of private banks into a single state bank to give cheap credit to peasants and small tradesmen.
We are fighting to expel the 9 U.S. military bases, from which this pacification pact that we pay with our dead is being held at the point of US rifles. The Duque-Uribe government is a subservient government to the American embassy, which subjects our people and all of Latin America to conditions of outrage and looting, through the IMF, the looting of raw materials and the imposition of a labor reform plan all over the Americas.
Enough attacking and murdering those of us that have stood up for our demands! Freedom for comrade prisoners and justice for our fallen martyrs! Without justice, there can and will be no peace!
Workers’ and popular tribunals to judge and punish the genocidal generals and officers and all the murderers of the workers' and popular martyrs!
In order to stop repression and massacre against those who fight, and to defend ourselves from the police, ESMAD and murderous paracos (paramilitary), we must fight for the dissolution of the police and the repressive forces of the state and for setting up self-defense committees, to defend ourselves from the assassins and hitmen of the regime.
Let's transform all our hatred into an organization to fight for what we want.
We call on all the young workers and students of the First Lines to continue fighting. Not to give up. Not to sell what is priceless. Let them know that our dreams do not fit in your ballot boxes. Comrades, let us fight to set up a movement of the working class, student and revolutionary youth, to take the sky by storm.
We are fighting to regroup our forces under the banners of triumph, which is no other banner than that of the struggle for socialist revolution. We are fighting for a revolutionary leadership that prepares and leads to victory the next onslaught that this time will allow us to triumph and complete the task that we began on 28 A that the treacherous leaderships snatched from our hands.
