While they try to impose the pact and negotiation from above, the murderous government launches a fierce repression to punish the masses and the rebellious youth

STOP THE MASSACRE AND OVERTHROW THE MURDEROUS GOVERNMENT AND THE URIBIST REGIME!
The criminal government of Duque continues massacring the vanguard in struggle, especially the First Lines, who in Cali, Medellin, Cauca, Pereira, Buga, Bogotá and other cities, fight against this semi-fascist regime under the tutelage of the Yankee military bases. The murderous police, the henchmen of the ESMAD, the paramilitaries and the army have already killed 51 comrades and disappeared more than 1000, whose corpses are beginning to be found in the outskirts of Cali, in the rivers and in the streets of the uprising cities. The arbitrarily detained and their families don´t denounce for fear, they are already persecuted and under threat. While the Yankee centurions and Stalinism guarantee the peace agreements of the graves, the human rights organizations and imperialist devices such as the UN and the OAS look the other way, leaving the hands free to the murderers of the people.
For this to happen, all the Stalinist bureaucratic leaderships like FECODE, the CUT, CTC, CGT, etc., that form the NATIONAL STRIKE COMMITTEE, lifted the strike to beg the government and continue negotiating behind the backs of the masses in struggle, thus preventing the working class from entering the revolutionary torrent with all its weight in a revolutionary general strike that would effectively overthrow the regime. They together with the pseudo-left of the Polo Democrático, Moir, Colombia Humana, PCC, UP, Marcha Patriotica, together with the Congress of the Peoples, CNA, imposing their policy of popular front and class collaboration in the bourgeois parliament, betray the workers and the poor people fighting for their demands. All of them are the ones holding Duque's head so that he does not fall at the hands of the masses.
These are the ones who betray us and negotiate, on the spilled blood of our young fighters, while the Uribist government of Duque continues killing us. They don´t represent us, they betrayed us, leaving the rebel youth isolated at the blockade points, allowing the workers to continue working, while they negotiate the crumbs behind their backs. Thus, the government centralizes its forces by sending the ESMAD, the paracos
(paramilitaries, NT) and lumpen sectors to kill.
ENOUGH! OUT WITH T HE TRAITORS, SCABS AND STRIKEBREAKERS OF THE NATIONAL STRIKE COMMITTEE!
We must take the indefinite strike back into our own hands, beginning by coordinating and centralizing the resistance committees, the popular assemblies, the blockade committees and the firsts lines by neighborhoods, by region and by city with delegates 1 in 10 in a NATIONAL COMMAND OF STRUGGLE, that calls to disown the accomplice strike committee of Duque, traitors and betrayers of our struggle...In unity are the forces to stop the counter-offensive of the capitalist bosses and their fascist gangs.
WE HAVE TO PUT ON A WAR FOOTING THE POWER OF THOSE FROM BELOW AND REGROUP, TO RESUME THE STRUGGLE WE ARE LEADING AND WE CAN´T LOSE.
Today more than ever so that they stop killing us and prevent a bloodbath...NATIONAL RESISTANCE COMMITTEES WITH WORKERS' MILITIA AND SELF-DEFENSE COMMITTEES centralized by neighborhoods, supported by the workers and Popular Assemblies to crush the fascists and the paracos. DISSOLUTION OF THE MURDEROUS POLICE, real criminals in uniform and ESMAD.
The enormous solidarity awakened by the Colombian revolution must advance to a continental struggle with strikes, days of rage and actions in embassies all over the world. An INTERNATIONAL FIGHT COMMITTEE of the workers', peasants', human rights and militant youth organizations of Latin America, of "Black Lives Matter"-BLM- and of the unions in struggle in the USA must be summoned NOW. The CONLUTAS of Brazil, the COB and the factory workers of La Paz in Bolivia, the National Trade Union, Social and Popular Coordinating Committee of Colombia and the currents that claim to be socialist like the PST LIT, Democracia Directa among others, should be part of a Latin American Contingent that raises as measures the CONTINENTAL GENERAL STRIKE with a program that contemplates a workers' day wage for the first line, that organizes the sending of medicines, supplies and arms.
Trial and punishment of all the repressors and murderers of the people, Dissolution of the ESMAD AND THE REPRESSIVE FORCES. National Resistance Struggle Committee! For the fall of DUQUE and his plan of hunger and death.
This is the effective solidarity that the Colombian revolution needs for the fall of Duque and the triumph of the revolution.
