From April 28 to May 5… from the strike to the revolutionary general strike!

Let's transform each city into a commune!

The struggle continues and the masses demand the resignation of the government and call to set up committees and militias in the neighbourhoods and to centralize in a big commune

In a tenacious resistance, with the indefinite general strike since 28A, after a week of tough barricade fighting, the revolutionary youth is showing the way forward for the rest of the exploited in Latin America. The result was that the workers, people who live in the neighbourhoods, militant women, native peoples and inhabitants in general of every Colombian city joined actively and belligerently.
The fight that began against the labor reform does not stop and calls for the resignation of the Duque government and the fall of this murderous regime; calling from the Assemblies to constitute Committees by neighborhoods, by "veredas" (small rural districts, NT), in the different cities, organizing self-defense against the murderous police and ESMAD (heavily armed militarized anti-riot police squads) that has unleashed a massacre as they have been shooting for two days live ammo against the unarmed people.

The bourgeois state, while defending the oligarchy's interests and their thirst for profit at all costs, is not meeting the demands of the exploited. It doesn't care about them. Quite the opposite, it ratifies its oppression and exploitation measures (Tax reform, Health reform, pension reform, etc), tighting the knot that suffocates the workers to death. They have also responded in a criminal way, by invading the streets and highways of the country with thousands of policemen, soldiers, tanks and filled the skies with helicopters, in a true war to exterminate the humble and the exploited.
Despite the deception the government wanted to frame-up with promises of removing the tax reform, all the masses know that the reforms can only be defeated by making Duque's head roll, as well  as the government in general, ministers and the congress. Therefore the struggle must continue. It should not stop. Those from below should set up our own power against the power of those form the top, for them to pay for the crisis.

Today, in Colombia and Cali,  multiple massacres are developing, imprisonments and disappearance are threatening all those fighting on the streets against the notorious attack of Duque. It is especially directed against the revolutionary youth that has dyed the streets with proletarian blood, with courage, gallantry and resolution, without hesitating. It is the same blood shed by the exploited in Syria, Ecuador, Chile, Palestine, in an open fight against their common enemy- US imperialism and their lackey bourgeois regimes.

The army and the police want to control the cities at night by slaughtering, making people disappear and using terror… Let's reject every electoral or parliamentarian trap. Let the masses take popular power, respond by setting up dual power organs, as the popular assemblies in the neighbourhoods, factories, universities, and  supply committees, native committees, peasant's committees, black communities committees. We call on the women to get organized. We call to set up health committees in hospitals and clinics to treat the people. We call to transport committees to transport workers, the wounded and food… Let's set up a NATIONAL STRUGGLE COMMITTEE, to set up THE WORKERS AND PEASANTS COMMUNE. To form a LATIN AMERICAN STRUGGLE COMMITTEE, together with the fighters from Chile, Bolivia, Ecuador, Argentina that coordinates continental and world solidarity, just as the revolutionary struggle of the peoples in Syria and Palestine is supported, to make the call for a CONTINENTAL CONGRESS, a Congress of the whole AMERICAS.
