Kirchnerists are doing very well the homework they were assigned to by the IMF. That is what they say when they speak of "ordered default". They imposed labor flexibility thanks to the bureaucracy, they are subsidizing all the employers and have conquered the legitimacy for putting the military on the streets. Everything Macri wanted to impose in 4 years these guys have done it in 2 months.
Hand in hand with the church, the village priests and the piquetera bureaucracy brought the army into the key neighborhoods.
Labor flexibility has already been imposed. And it is a fact. Now they want to give a legal institution to the "hunger table..." that has been running for a long time.
There is a sector of the “calm” bourgeoisie that knows that if they prevent a hunger uprising they can go to a 2003 scenario: with a working class deprived of conquests and an unemployed work force willing to work under Chinese conditions. What escapes from that would get repression.
Their goal today is to prevent an uprising.
