The terrible news that Sebastián Romero was detained in the city of Chuy in Uruguay was announced.
The comrade participated in the huge uprisings and the general strike of December 18 and 19, 2017 along with hundreds of thousands of workers and youth against the attack on retirements by the Macri, PJ and IMF government.
We cannot let another day go by without fighting at international level for all our comrades taken hostage in the jails of the regimes and states and for justice to our martyrs. In Minnesota and dozens of cities in the United States, the streets are already being won for justice to comrade George Floyd, THIS IS THE PATH TO TAKE!
The fight to win the freedom of Sebastián Romero is the same one to pull up from the dirty prisons the thousands of comrades in Chile under the clutches of the Pinochetista regime, as well as comrade Facundo Jones Huala extradited to Chile by the Argentinean Videlista justice and sentenced to 9 years in prison. It is a single fight with the fight to free the comrades detained in Senkata (Bolivia), the Basque political prisoners, Georges Abdallah in France, Mummia Abu Jamal in the United States, the young anarchist rebels in the cells in Greece, the Palestinian political prisoners in the jails of the Zionist occupier, fot the political prisoners who by thousands fill the dungeons of the al-Assad genocidal regime in Syria.
An injury to one, is an injury to all!
THERE ARE MORE THAN ENOUGH FORCES TO DO IT. The workers of General Motors (GM) maquilas in Guanajuato (Mexico) have called to face the attack of the monopolies such as GM against the workers' conquests, the attack on wages and against the non-existent sanitary conditions to face the pandemic of the COVID-19.
Sebastián worked in the GM and was a delegate in its plant province of Santa Fe (Argentina), where he was fired along with hundreds of comrades. GM's workers' call in Mexico must be taken by workers around the world, from Detroit to Mexico to Brazil to Argentina to France and all Europe to Africa to Japan!

Comrade Romero, fired from General Motors, was part of the huge uprising of thousands of workers and exploited in December 2017. Now they are coming for all of us who went out to fight, as evidenced by Sebastián's arrest.
The state attack does not stop. The ex-drivers of the East Bus Line are still in house arrest; the cause to the 25 students of the National University of Córdoba for fighting in 2018 has been reopened; Las Heras oil workers remain sentenced to life and imprisonment for fighting against wage tax and job insecurity.
With Romero's arrest they prepare the conditions to advance on comrade Daniel Ruiz, César Arakaki, Dimas Ponce and all the comrades who were arrested for rising up on 18 and 19D in 2017 and the more than 7,500 prosecuted for fighting.
We cannot let another day go by without preparing a DAY OF FURY to conquer the freedom of all the members of our class taken hostage throughout the world and end with the persecution of the fighters.
