Bolsonaro assumed while openly waving the whip against the exploited. He announces that he will "clean up" the state machine and organizes "Super Ministries" under the direct command of Trump and Wall Street, among which active officers and generals of the Armed Forces are occupying several of them, for example Army General Heleno in the Ministry of Security, Navy Admiral Bento Costa Lima Leite in the Ministry of Mines and Energy, Army General Carlos Alberto dos Santos Cruz in the Government Secretariat and Army General Fernando Acevedo e Silva in the Ministry of Defense. Imperialism has decided the government of class collaboration has come to an end, and also with it the regime of the Social Pact. Imperialism has defined it wants in the government its direct agent Bolsonaro and has determined that the officer caste, which is under its command, must occupy the center of the political scene actively in its Ministries, in the same way it will in the rest of Ministries that will be key to advance in guaranteeing its offensive for recolonizing Brazil and charging the fraudulent external debt with the IMF.

Chicago-boy Paulo Guedes is now in charge of the "super Ministry of Economy", and Judge Moro of the "Super Ministry of Justice" , while the BNDES presidency, from where the main infrastructure works in the country are financed, has gone to Joaquim Levi, the former Minister of Finance of the government of Dilma-Temer, so the reliable men of imperialism, the "Chicago boys" and the Judge Moro will be the main defenders of the interests of the transnationals in the country.

If we have come to this situation it was also because of the policy of Lula, the PT, the trade union bureaucracy, Stalinism and the entire reformist left, the so-called "New Left" that with its policy of class collaboration with the "democratic" bourgeoisie diverted the forces of the working class towards the electoral trap.
They guaranteed that Temer, Dilm’s vice and one of the most hated governments in Brazil, could govern, although he had 1% approval and faced enormous actions of mass struggle to the cry of "¡Fora Temer!"(Temer, go out!).
But these leaderships of the working class, the PT, the currents of the reformist left gave Temer a respite, ensured that the struggle of the masses against him did not develop, with the union bureaucracy tying the hands of the labor movement; this allowed let Bolsonaro come. That way they paved the way for the Bolsonaro-Moro-Guedes government under the command of the IMF and Wall Street.

 

Bolsonaro received his current strength from Lula-Dilma and the PT, who surrendered!

It was guaranteed by Haddad and his promises to defend democracy while congratulating Bolsonaro and wishing him success from the "opposition". The fortress of Bolsonaro and Moro was given by the leaders of the working class who submitted it to Lula-Haddad and its class collaboration front in the elections with the PT, the PCdoB, the Church and bourgeois parties of the state contractors as is the PROS.

Bolsonaro assumed to the cry of "Our flag will never be red", but his flag is not that of Brazil either, his flag is the US one. This is a declaration of war of the imperialist masters against the working class and their organizations of struggle, it is a threat that any conciliation with the unions is over, that what comes is the wage slavery with the labor reform, the payment of the debt to the IMF with the social security funds, the privatization of all state companies plus lavish deals with the USA transnationals and Israel in the military industry.

While Bolsonaro announces his fierce offensive on the exploited, the PT and the bureaucracy of the CUT, CTB, FS, etc. prepare to "negotiate." With the excuse that "the workers voted for Bolsonaro", Vagner Freitas (President of the CUT) has declared that they will seek the government to negotiate.
Regrettably, the PSOL and other leftist currents, while claiming that they will "organize the resistance", are preparing to do it solely from the Parliament. That is, without calling decisively to resume the fight in the streets and prepare a great counter-offensive against the government and imperialism that come to take all.
The PSOL, which has doubled the number of its seats in the Chamber of Deputies, unfortunately does not prepare to use them as platforms for the extra-parliamentary mass struggle. Bolsonaro, his Armed Forces, his generals, his caste of judges, US imperialists and the IMF will not be not stopped by speeches or debates in Parliament. They can only be stopped in the streets, by preparing a great mass revolutionary offensive with the method of the general strike, with the worker and peasant alliance, forging the unity of the exploited in the same combat.

WHEN THE IMPERIALIST EAGLE STICKS ITS CLAWS ON BRAZIL, that is paid for by the working class and the masses. The bureaucracy is preparing to negotiate and, unfortunately left-wing organizations end up submitting to the infamous regime of the 1988 Constitution and saying everything would be fixed through exerting pressure in Parliament; that in a moment the bosses, the government and imperialism have declared war on the working class and the exploited, and to their organizations of struggle.

On the other hand, the CSP-Conlutas has the possibility of making a call for a united front to all the workers 'and peasants' organizations, to set up a front of continental struggle, in a combat of the working class of the whole Latin America against imperialism and its direct agents, and the governments of the "Bolivarian" bourgeoisie that are starving and shooting at the people.
The CSP-Conlutas, supported by the militant workers whom they lead and influence, has now the opportunity to resume the fight to maintain the independence of the bourgeoisie, against the policy of submitting to the PT and its front of class collaboration, fighting for the General Strike , as voted by the III Congress of the trade union central at the end of 2017.

 

It's time to organize the counter-offensive of the working class
and the exploited

You have to fight like the yellow vests of France, unifying the workers and the exploited people while in the street and barricade fighting  against the Macron government for two months and going.
Like the super-exploited workers of Bangladesh, in a strike of millions of workers against labor slavery.
Like the modern slaves of Zimbabwe, fighting in the streets and with a General Strike against imperialism’s lackey government of Mnangagwa and the murderous Military Junta.
We must organize the workers’ movement from the bottom up and conquer the workers' and popular alliance! This way we can raise the working class and the poor peasants to fight for bread, land, work, roof and decent life. A struggle that reformism, hanging from the coattails of the bourgeoisie and its regime, has long since abandoned. From the CSP-Conlutas we resume this fight, without submitting ourselves to the bourgeoisie and its State, confronting the collaborationist bureaucracy and the siren songs of the PT and Lula that puts us on our knees before the former. THEY COME FOR EVERYTHING, WE HAVE TO GO FOR THEM.

Congress of all trade union centrals, of the Homeless Workers and the Landless Peasants, of delegates with a base mandate voted in worker and popular assemblies, to organize the fight against Bolsonaro-Moro-Guedes and defeat them with the General Strike.
