Again in France two theories
and two programs face each other:
The one reformism, of collaboration with the bourgeoisie, and the of Trotskyism, the theory-program of the Permanent Revolution for the socialist revolution

In the barricades, begins the power of those from below, the power of the exploited, the only legitimate and that represents the majority of France
Today in the barricades there is a "National Assembly" and a "Parliament" where the vast majority of France, the workers and the impoverished sectors, exploited and oppressed classes of society are represented. This is the Parliament of those from below, where its power begins to emerge. This power must be strengthened, coordinated and centralized. There we have to send delegates from students, companies, unions in struggle, immigrants, rebellious youth; that Parliament of the exploited needs, as in the Paris Commune, its National Guard. We have to defeat the troops from "Versailles" which are nothing more than the police and the officers of the murderous and colonialist army of the V French Republic.
To conquer the salary, jobs, decent life: we have to seize the Bastille! We have to conquer the Commune! We must expropriate the expropriators of the people! We must defeat the colonialist troops of the Foreign Legion of the French transnationals and the imperialist bankers!
The combats of France are already a fundamental link in the struggle of the entire European working class.
May the spark of Paris burn Maastricht! Let the socialist revolution return to Europe!
Down with the imperialist Maastricht! For the Socialist United States of Europe!
