From Las Heras-Santa Cruz, south of Patagonia Argentina, to the workers of Jasic Technology and all workers in struggle in China:
We want to extend our sincerest solidarity to the Chinese workers who are fighting for their rights. They cannot keep fighting alone! Let’s unify workers above the borders!
We know that the workers of Taiwan and South Korea are carrying out actions of struggle in solidarity with you. That is the way!
We are following your actions through the statements issued by the committees that support the struggles, which are a great example. But we are very concerned about all the comrades who have been imprisoned and fundamentally for those workers and students who were been disappeared.
The government of the Chinese Communist Party of Xi Jimping is answering workers' and students' struggles with fierce repression, imprisonment, disappearances and brutal torture.
We know firsthand what this means. We are oil workers who were sentenced to life imprisonment and prison for the justice of the imperialist oil companies, for the "crime" of fighting demanding "equal pay for equal work" and against the infamous "income tax", which is a real robbery to our meager salary in 2006. In this struggle we disowned the bureaucratic leaderships of the construction and oil workers unions; we voted our own delegates and spokespersons in general assemblies; we organized pickets and we even paralyzed all the pumping and transportation in town.
To defeat our struggle, Néstor Kirchner’s government sent the murderous gendarmerie and the intelligence services to occupy our town.
The lights went out in the city and they began to hunt us house by house; they beat our women, our children, they destroyed everything in their path and they imprisoned us.
More than 50 comrades were arrested, including minors.
While they were arresting us, they kidnapped other comrades and took them to a detention center to torture and threaten them and thus extract confessions against us.
Since then our town has been occupied by the repression forces sent by the government. Some of us spent more than 3 years in jail, tortured and vexed. The justice spent seven years setting up a trial against us, with fabricated evidence and statements torn away under torture.
On December 12th, 2013 was the oil court ruled and sentenced 10 of us; four of us were sentenced to life imprisonment and six to five years in prison.
But despite the sentence that falls on us, we are still free and fighting for our acquittal.
We could not do this alone; we called all the workers of the world to fight with us.
That is why on December 12, the day we have called "International Day of the Persecuted Worker", we marched to the court with our families and thousands of workers' organizations from all over the country. Worldwide, the workers of the world also fought with us, with whom we conquered an International Network for the Liberation of the Political Prisoners of the World and Justice for Our Martyrs.
The Palestinian prisoners in the prisons of the Zionist occupier, like Sammer Issawi, refused to receive their food ration that day in solidarity with us.
Comrade Georges Abdallah, fighter of the Palestinian cause, along with dozens of Basque independence fighters who are imprisoned in the prisons of the V French imperialist republic also refused to receive their ration of food.
The comrades of the Marxist organization of Japan, JRCL-RMF and Zengakuren youth, were with us from the first day of the trial and on December 12 they took to the streets of Japan for our acquittal and marched to the Argentine Embassy.
We also joined the martyred Syrian masses, who fought for bread against the fascist Al Assad and Putin who are imposing a brutal genocide under the orders of imperialism.
We also fight with the young anarchists imprisoned in the prison of Koridalos, Greece, who are hostages of the Syriza’s government. Next to the young Alfon, imprisoned in Bourbons’ jail, the same ones who -to defend the interests of the oil company Repsol- commanded the repression in our town carried out by Kirchners’ government.
The relatives of the Marikana miners in South Africa, who still claim justice for the 34 miners killed by the Anglo American and the ANC, also fought with us that day.
The relatives of the 43 students of Ayotzinapa and the teachers of the CNTE -detained until last December- joined forces with us fighting against the same enemies.
Thus, we unified not only in our country, but in the whole world to fight, understanding that a fight against transnationals and the government can only be effective if we unite over borders.
You cannot be left fighting alone. The messages that you are receiving from different organizations of workers of Taiwan and Korea are the example to follow to extend it to every corner of the planet where there is a worker. Your struggle is the one of all the workers of the world! The transnationals that plunder China and super-exploit you in factories-jails under the boot of Xi Jimping and the Chinese Communist Party must be confronted internationally!
The unity beyond borders will make the murderous and repressive government of Xi Jimping and the Chinese CP aware that they cannot get away with it and do with you whatever they want!
That is why, through this letter, we want to call the workers of the world to fight with you.
Side by side with the more than 7,000 political prisoners in the prisons of the Zionist occupier; with the thousands of political prisoners in the prisons of the fascist Al Assad; with Georges Abdallah and the Basque independence prisoners; with the young anarchists imprisoned in Greece; with the Marikana miners; with the families of the students of Ayotzinapa disappeared by the State and with the teachers of the CNTE in Mexico. We all together must say: An injury to one is an injury to all!
We call to join your struggle together with the Iranian comrades from Ahwaz metallurgical company and Haft Tappeh sugar mills and the workers of the Free Trade Union of Workers of Iran, who are being persecuted, imprisoned and tortured, conquering a coordinated struggle with the comrades arrested and persecuted in Argentina like comrade Daniel Ruiz, former oil delegate from Patagonia, today arrested for standing up against Macri’s government in 2017; like comrade Alejandro Villarruel and the workers of the Río Santiago Shipyard (La Plata); like Comrade Facundo Jones Huala, leader of the Mapuche people, arrested by the justice of Argentina, extradited to Chile and sentenced to 9 years by Chilean Pinochet judges. We believe that this is the only way to get justice for our martyrs, such as Santiago Maldonado, young anarchist murdered in Patagonia by the Gendarmerie commanded by Macri, as Rafael Nahuel, young Mapuche shot by the Naval Prefecture, as Darío Santillán and Maximiliano Kostequi, young people of the Argentine picketer movement murdered by the State in 2002 and all the martyrs of Argentina and the world, as are the more than 700 thousand exploited murdered by the fascist regime of Al Assad together with butcher Putin under the imperialist orders in Syria.
Never again a worker who fights for their rights can be fighting alone!
We are going to fight to make your struggle known by all the workers of the world. We are going to fight to make the workers and workers of Jasic Technology and of all the workers of China the banners of struggle of all the exploited in the world.
Long live the struggle of Jasic's workers and all Chinese workers!
Immediate freedom for all political prisoners for fighting in the prisons of Xi Jinping!
Live appearance of Yue Xin, Shen Mengyu and all the disappeared comrades!
Slaves’ rebellion is not a crime, it is justice!
