Las Heras, Santa Cruz, Argentina - December 1st, 2020
December 12th: International Day of the Persecuted Worker
A few days before another anniversary of the brutal sentence on the oil-workers of Las Heras, we are sending you a video produced by the Commission of Convicted Workers, Family and Friends of Las Heras, where it is clearly shown how the imperialist oil companies, the bosses' justice and the Kirchner government, set up a court of revenge that sentenced the workers of Las Heras who fought against the precariousness of labor and the wage tax to prison and life imprisonment.
There you can also see, to a great extent, part of what the condemned, their families and friends, experienced in their own flesh. Under these conditions, we arrived at that court on December 12th, 2013 with the weight of the early sentence on our shoulders, but we were not alone, we were surrounded by a lot of international and national solidarity, since then the International Day of the Persecuted Worker was set up.
We hope in this new anniversary, to fight again together, not only for our acquittal but for the freedom of all political prisoners in the world and justice to our martyrs. Therefore we ask you to send us videos, letters, messages of salutations and endorsements for this December 12th to keep on striking as a single fist.
7 years after the brutal sentence… Let’s keep on fighting together shoulder to shoulder!
Free the more of 7000 Palestinian prisoners in the jails of the Zionist occupier!
Free George Abdallah, imprisoned in France together with the Basque comrades!
Free the more than 2,500 prisoners in the Pinochetist prison cells of Piñera!
We fight for the freedom of those thousands prisoners in the jails of the genocidal Al Assad and his partner Putin in Syria! Long live the resistance!
Free all the political prisoners of Senkata (Bolivia) and justice for the martyrs and wounded!
Unconditional freedom to Giannis Michailidis and all the rebel youth in the jails of Troika in Greece!
We are all mothers and fathers of the 43 high school students in Ayotzinapa!
We are all the relatives of the martyrs in Marikana (South Africa)!
Free all the workers and students in Shenzen, China!
Free all the workers and activists, hostages of the Iranian regime! No more executions and tortures!
We will not stop until we conquer the freedom of Mumia Abu Jamal and that of all the political prisoners in USA and getting justice for our martyrs as George Floyd! Black lives matter!
For our martyrs in Argentina, as Santiago Maldonado and Rafael Nahuel;for Facundo Castro and Espinoza; for Maximiliano Kostequi and Dario Santillan! We don’t forget, we don’t forgive, we don’t reconcilie!
We need to get the freedom of Sebastian Romero and the acquittal of Arakaki, Ruiz and Ponce, and the fall of all charges on all the fighters!
ONE SINGLE CLASS, ONE SINGLE ENEMY,
ONE SINGLE STRUGGLE ACROSS THE BORDERS.
The rebellion of the slaves is not a crime, IT’S JUSTICE!
