December 12:
INTERNATIONAL DAY OF STRUGGLE
FOR THE PERSECUTED WORKER

8 years after the brutal life sentence and imprisonment
of the oil workers of Las Heras ... Acquittal now!

Stop the attack of the repressive regimes and governments,
servants of imperialism!

From prisons and on the streets, ONE SINGLE CRY
We are one single class in the whole world!
Let's keep fighting together across borders
!

For the simple and pure freedom of all prisoners and for the trial and punishment of the murderers of the Senkata and Sacaba massacre in Bolivia!
Immediate and unconditional release of the more than 2,500 October prisoners in Chile and all the political prisoners in the jails of the Pinochetista civil-military regime!
Enough of murdering the Colombian youth! THEY ARE KILLING US! Freedom now, for the thousands of prisoners of the Uribista regime in Colombia, MURDEROUS STATE! Justice for our martyrs of the working youth of the First Line!
For the release of the more than 7000 Palestinian prisoners in the jails of the Zionist occupier.
We want the thousands of prisoners in the jails of genocidalal-Assad and his partner Putin in Syria to be free. Long live the resistance!
Free Grorge Abdallahimprisoned in Franceand all the Basque political prisoners!
For the unconditional release of Giannis Michalidis and all the young rebels in the prisons of the Troika in Greece.
We are all fathers and mothers of the 43 high school students from Ayotzinapa (Mexico)! We are all the family of the martyrs of Marikana mine (South Africa)!
All the workers and activists kept as hostages of the Iranian regime must be freed. Stop executions and tortures!
We will not stop fighting until we see our comrade Mummia Abu Jamal and all the political prisoners in the United States free and justice is served for our martyrs like George Floyd! Black Lives Matter!
We are all migrant workers!
Justice for our martyrs in Argentina, such as Santiago Maldonado and Rafa Nahuel, Elías Garay, Facundo Castro and Espinoza, for Maximiliano Kostequi and Darío Santillán!We will not forget, we will not forgive, no reconciliation!
Down with the infamous sentences against Arakaki and Ruiz in Argentina! Free Sebastian Romero!
For the unconditional release of Facundo Jones Huala!

8 years have passed since the brutal sentence to life imprisonment and jail for the oil workers of Las Heras (Santa Cruz) by the Videlista judges at the service of the oil companies and the Kirchner government, for fighting against the infamous tax on wages and against job insecurity.
We continue to affirm (and it has been demonstrated) that, due to international solidarity and a struggle of the workers and exploited throughout the world, the condemned oil workers have been allowed to continue fighting for their acquittal together with the persecuted and repressed workers worldwide facing the attack of those above.  We workers only trust in our own strength!

For this reason, this December 12, "International Day of Struggle of the Persecuted Worker", we call on all our comrades at the international level to deepen our united fight. Those at the top have come together to unload their crisis on our shoulders, to deepen labor flexibility, to ruthlessly fire us, to condemn us to risk our lives and that of our families when we migrate for work to the United States or Europe in search of bread.
And when we stand up to face this barbarism, they persecute us, repress us, imprison us and kill us. Imperialism and its governments have turned the world into a dirty prison.
Those same oil companies that condemned the oil workers of Las Heras in 2013 are the ones that have commanded the brutal genocide in Syria where al-Assad, Putin, the Iranian regime and other occupation troops have drowned our brothers and sisters in a bloodbath for standing up for Bread and Peace and Freedom. In Syria, they have imposed a brutal lesson against all the oppressed worldwide. We will not forget and we will not stop fighting for justice for our millions of Syrian martyrs! They are martyrs of the entire world working class!

The advantage that imperialism still has is that the workers are fighting for their demands separated country by country. Therefore, to respond to the war that has been declared on us, we must return to the path of the Chicago Martyrs, of the fight for the freedom of Sacco and Vanzetti, of the fight against the Vietnam War and against the invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan.
A single working class, the same enemy, A SINGLE FIGHT!
We call on all labor and Human Rights organizations to unify our forces and strike imperialism and its lackey governments as one fist, uniting all our demands. For this reason, this 12/12 we call our comrades of the world working class to an international day of struggle against persecution, jail and murder by the hands of the oppressors.
To our comrades from Senkata, to the widows and comrades of Marikana in South Africa, to our dear relatives of Ayotzinapa who will not rest until they find their children alive, to the committees for the freedom of Abdallah, to the heroic Syrian resistance, to the families of the 7000 Palestinian political prisoners in the dungeons of the Zionist occupier, to the Chilean coordinators for the freedom of political prisoners, to the workers and activists of Iran who confront millionaire clergymen, to the families of the young workers of the First Line of Colombia assassinated and imprisoned. An injury to one is an injury to all!
The rebellion of the slaves is not a crime, IT IS JUSTICE!
