December 12: International Day of Struggle for the Persecuted Worker
Statement from the Association of Relatives of the Victims
of the Senkata Massacre (Bolivia)
ASSOCIATION OF THE SENKATA MASSACRE (BOLIVIA) ON THE INTERNATIONAL DAY OF PERSECUTED WORKER
From the city of El Alto (Bolivia), from Senkata, the wounded, relatives of the deceased and tortured, continue to fight for justice two years after the massacre of our brothers and sisters carried out by the police, the army, the State and the fascist government of Áñez.
This December 12, 2021, we continue with pain in our hearts and we fervently salute all those who wield the fight for the freedom of the political prisoners and justice for our martyrs who fell shedding their blood for our fair rights. We particularly greet the oil workers of Las Heras (Argentina) and their families who were harassedwitha sentence to jail by the Argentine State. You are not alone, brothers! Unity is the strength of the fight!
Even without justice in the Bolivian MAS government, we will continue to fight relentlessly against the injustices of the governments and states that show us daily that they do not defend the humble, the workers, the needy, our oppressed peoples, but rather care and support the richest and most powerful who buy justice at will.
All the victims of the massacres, tortured, the persecuted unified are stronger to achieve justice and full freedom for all political prisoners in the world.
WE DO NOT RECONCILE OURSELVES, WE DO NOT FORGIVE OR FORGET: WE CONTINUE FIGHTING FOR JUSTICE!
SENKATA ON ITS FEET; NEVER ON ITS KNEES!
HONOR AND GLORY TO OUR FALLEN!
