Arce and his MAS government imprison and repress miners who seek to maintain their jobs...

For the immediate and unrestricted freedom of the Ch´ojlla miners!

Enough of arrest workers who defend their jobs!

More than a week ago, 10 miners from Ch’ojlla from the North of La Pazwere detained in the cells of the San Pedro prison. The crime they are accused of is only defending their jobs, since the miners and their families have been fighting for more than 2 years to defend their work. The struggle has led to vigils at the doors of the labor ministry and they have only gotten promises. The miners and their families have been fighting against the bosses since the government of Evo Morales and today with the government of Arce it’s only shown that the Bolivarians only defend the property of the bosses such as the relatives of the former president and murderer of workers and peasants, Gonzalo Sánchez de Lozada (Goni), who are the owners of the Ch'ojlla Company and its annexes.

In this way, the miners are accused of "trespassing" the property of the bosses, when they are simply in their jobs demanding that a constitutional protection that they won in the city of Sucre be complied with, in which the electricity cannot be cut off to the miners' camp, they cannot be made to vacate their homes and they cannot be restricted from accessing the checkpoints, but all this doesn’t matter to the justice of the rich. Given this, in so many years of struggle, the miners have come to raise the demand for the nationalization of the mine and this demand has only led to the silence of the Bolivian Workers' Center(COB)and the Union Federation of Bolivian Mine Workers (FSTMB).
Today the wives of the 10 miners, their daughters and sons and relatives are desperately fighting to free their comrades in struggle, that is why they should not be left alone. Now the businessmen are trying to take another group of fellow miners behind bars and we cannot allow this. Enough with the bosses and their justice attack us for the simple fact of fighting for our rights, for defending our jobs to bring bread to our homes. The demand of the Ch’ojlla miners is the demand of all and we must defend them, because if the attack on them happens then they will come for all of us.  We have already seen the actions of the employers against the factory workers of Vita who with the police brutally repressed them last year for the only reason of demanding better working conditions, we have already seen the actions of the Arce government and the police at the peasants of the Yungas that just by demanding the defense of its union headquarters and for fighting.

Against the leaders related to the MAS government, just as Evo Morales did, now Arce is the repressor and jailer of the poor peasants and the miners of Ch'ojlla. These ones are just some examples of the actions by the MAS government and the businessmen.Down with the 2019 pacification pact between the MAS and the fascist Media Luna with the complicity of the COB leaders!In order to have decent and quality health, work, education, hospitals, retirement, all mining must be nationalized without payment and under workers control!

Freedom for the miners of Ch’ojlla! For justice and unrestricted freedom for the victims of the Senkata and Sacaba massacre! The fascist Añez is currently imprisoned to free the entire officers caste of the Armed Forces, the police and fascists like Camacho! Trial and punishment for the murderers of the people! For the dissolution of the police and the corrupt judges' caste!
