Faced with a negotiation committees' new attempt to surrender…

Once again, the negotiating committees (the local Daraa bourgeoisie) is trying to hand over the resistance in a deal with the regime and Russia. After last week's attempt, which failed because the Resistance doesn’t surrender, yesterday they tried to make a new agreement located in the Saraya area, bordering the besieged city of Daraa. The reason is they have to impose the surrender to a great resistance that for two months has been confronting the forces of al-Assad. The Resistance defeated the latter's attempt to take the city militarily, and that is why the regime maintains the encircling and siege from afar, submitting the masses of Daraa to starvation and constant bombardment. Meanwhile, the local bourgeoisie tries at every step to surrender the resistance from within. But the Resistance has defeated each of these attempts.

Yesterday, the negotiating committees embarked on a new attempt to seal a new surrender agreement, which they didn’t do publicly or widely known because they know that it would be rejected by the Daraa Resistance, so they decided to implement it directly only for that bordering area of ​​Daraa (Saraya). They sought out the resistance militiamen so that they handed over their weapons one by one; if they didn’t agree to surrender unconditionally to al-Assad, they would have the option of going north by bus, to the area occupied by Turkey, to live in tents in the middle of nowhere like refugees. Only 10 of them accepted at the beginning and went to the buses, as the forces that respond to Russia replaced  al-Assad's in the checkpoint of that area used to surround Daraa. Actually Russia plays the "good policeman" that comes when the siege is opened to let goods in and is in charge of negotiating the surrender of the resistance, while al-Assad and Iran are the "bad policemen" who bomb, surround and besiege.

The Daraa negotiating committees published the arrival of Russia and the end of the blockade, hiding such details as the disarmament and the bus that was heading north with the militiamen. However, this news became known, and spontaneously the exploited  began to leave the Saraya area to march to the checkpoint where Russia was and the buses that were going to evacuate the militiamen. They began to sing the slogan "Death, but not humiliation" and "Syria free forever." Two of the militiamen refused to get on the bus, and it started with eight evacuees. There was a huge uprising that once again rejected the surrender agreement, even though it had been super partial (since it involved the disarmament of only 10 militiamen) and it had been kept as hidden as possible. The Daraa bourgeoisie cannot impose surrender because the whole of Daraa people are in revolt.

That is why the Russian forces withdrew and those of al-Assad and Iran returned and began to attack the demonstrators unmercifully, reestablishing the siege and continuing with the  mortar fire on the city. They accuse those who didn’t comply with the agreement (not only the two who got off the bus, but all the members of the Resistance) of being "ISIS terrorists" and demand that the negotiating committees hand over 100 of them unarmed in buses, or they will continue with the siege and the bombardment. For this reason, the negotiating committees have resumed the campaign of propagandizing all the bombings, the siege and the harassment of al-Assad and how terrible it’s to be under the siege, which they use as a basis to convince that their agreements with Russia would put an end to all this.

The truth is that the Resistance and the people of Daraa do not surrender, and heroically resist a terrible harassment and siege by Al Assad, Iran and Putin. But they find themselves fighting alone, isolated. No front has been opened in the liberated North. Al-Assad and Putin are bombing Jebel al Zawiya at will and there isn’t a single response or fight from HTS, least of all from the National Army, which is under the command of Turkey. HTS and all the generals of  northern Syria Sunni bourgeoisie are also part of the siege to Daraa. They are there to ensure control of the masses in Idlib and not to confront Assad. This is the Geneva pact that strangles Syria.

Meanwhile US imperialism continues to take the oil from Raqa and Deir ez-Zor. Biden lets every agent act to defeat the masses and the resistance, as long as he can continue to suck the blood out of the open veins of the Middle East.
Out with al-Assad! Down with the Geneva Pact! Get out all invading troops! The siege of Daraa must be defeated!

To defeat al-Assad, we must expel from the Resistance all the businessmen that are part of the Geneva Agreements and seek to seal deals with al-Assad and Russia to impose surrender, defeat and misery on the masses. Let the fronts open in the North! All the weapons in the hands of HTS, Turkey and the National Army under its command must be at the disposal to break the siege of Daraa, end the massacre in Jebel al Zawiya and defeat al-Assad!

Let's expropriate the bloody merchants, the businessmen, all those who get rich from the war, in order to solve the problem of the bread and to put all the resources to win the war!
