With regard to the Operations for People’s Liberation (OLP), by the Bolivarian Armed Forces, the National Guard, the police and the fascist Collectives:
True occupation troops on working-class neighborhoods to impose widespread famine by terror and death
To impose widespread famine and crush a would-be Caracazo beforehand, i.e. a mass upheaval for bread, the Bolivarians have called the Bolivarian Armed Forces, the Bolivarian National Guard, the police and fascists groups to occupy working-class neighborhoods and terrorize the working-class families.
This has been happening for some time already, but in the last months is has worsened to an extreme degree, starting from the popular uprisings of June for bread.
By 2015 the People’s Liberation Operatives (OLPs) are operating involving the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB) and the Bolivarian Police, under the pretext of confronting crime gangs. These OLPs enter neighborhoods with hundreds of murderous troops, breaking doors and searching house to house, detaining and beating up people, stealing and even carrying out executions. Everyone knows that when an OLP comes, it is terror and death.
But in recent months the hated pro-Chávez “Collectives” have gained prominence. These are bands of armed vigilantes, provided with military clothing, dressed in black, with balaclavas. The OLPs are now also taken out by these collectives assaulting whole barrios, going house to house, kidnapping persons who appear later shot and even making them “disappearing”. Thus denounce the inhabitants of Caribia, a working-class town of great Caracas: "now one feels afraid of any uniformed one, their returning to Caribia City gives us terror, because in addition to police, there are collectives and thugs" says a worker woman. Another told how her terrified son had exclaimed: "Here MOM, death! Those collectives are the Death." During the June 25 operative, a collective ran a projection of videos at the central square of the Caribia City housing complex which showed images of the alleged criminals whom they were seeking. Among them there were such “criminals” as teachers and school principals among other workers. The next nights a true house-to-house-style hunting took place of the kind of the “Task Force operatives” during military dictatorships in Latin America. Most of the people who appeared in the projections were later killed or imprisoned.
The case of Caribia City is one among dozens of terror operatives. The executions by a shot in the head or in the chest are “daily staples” in the working-class neighborhoods when the army officers “liberate” the area for them. They kill; steal belongings from the family of the executed and even take their house at gunpoint. Proliferation of crime and murder tied to drug and theft associated with the officers of the FANB, the GNB and police.
This is the true face of the Bolivarians; they are the Al Assads of Latin America with a silent massacre by hunger and diseases imposed at the point of a gun. The reformist left conceals this situation while still claiming that the Bolivarians are either "progressives" or the "lesser evil". The reformists are in the opposite trenches to the Venezuelan working masses
