PSOE ASSUMES THE GOVERNMENT
THE MONARCHY CHANGES HIS EXECUTIONER

Down with the Monarchy and the regime of the Constitution of 78! Dissolution of the Courts! Open the road to the Republic of the Indignant! Down with the imperialist Maastricht! For the Socialist United States of Europe!

The regime of the Monarchy of the Spanish State changes its executioner in an attempt to close the political crisis that has been deepening with the struggle of the Catalan people for their right to self-determination

The regime of the Constitution of '78 and the Government were hit in 2008 by the outbreak of the global economic crisis. The PSOE that was the party that was in the government that year, was the one that commanded a brutal attack against the masses to throw to them the crisis of the banks, while the working class was staging a general strike and the union bureaucracy delivered its struggle guaranteeing that the workers' movement will be stripped of all its gains.
Against this The Indignant Movement raised up, which was expropriated by PODEMOS, through a policy of pressure on the "monarchical courts" allowing thus a self-reform of the Monarchy.
  The union bureaucracy on the one hand and PODEMOS on the other saved the monarchy regime from the hatred of the masses.
  It was then that the pendulum of the middle class went to the right asking for "order". Son of this process is the PP government that since 2012 continued applying the hunger plans against the masses, that is why Rajoy was and continues to be hated by the masses of the entire Spanish State.
But the crisis that broke out in 2017 with the struggle of the workers and the Catalan people for their independence endangered the regime again. It was then when the government of Rajoy, with the support of the PSOE and CIUDADANOS, launched a real coup d'etat against the right to self-determination of the Catalan people, the Generalitat intervened, beating the workers and the people with sticks, even imprisoning leaders of the government of the Catalan bourgeoisie.
But again in December of 2017 in the Catalan elections, the parties of the "independence" bourgeoisie won again the parliamentary majority 
  Rajoy and the PP proved not to be the executioner who needed the financial capital of the Spanish state to close this political crisis, so today the PSOE takes control of the business' administration.
The reader will then ask how a party like the PSOE that left thousands of workers on the streets and families without homes today can assume as a government. The answer is because UNIDOS PODEMOS washed his clothes and made him progressively go to a match against which the INDIGNANTS rose to the cry of "Our dreams do not fit in your urns." UNIDOS PODEMOS”, that is, the PCE-IU and PODEMOS (within which ANTICAPITALISTS is a main branch), put the dreams of tens of thousands of indignant workers in vote of no confidence that allowed the Monarchy to change the executioner and be the PSOE who today is again in government.

The replacement of government with the PSOE, with the excuse of the sentence for corruption of Gürtel, is a plan to get out of this political crisis, through an attempt at a policy of national unity and a replacement supported by multiple parties, from the bourgeoisie from the PNV, PdeCat and ERC to UNIDOS PODEMOS. All of them gave the vote of no confidence that allowed the Monarchy to change the hangman of the PP for the one of the PSOE would be approved.
  This plan of the monarchy and financial capital is an attempt to achieve a more stable bourgeois government that allows them to conduct their business in Europe, and with Germany in particular, without as many divisions and crises as with the Rajoy government, at this time in that the US has launched a trade war with the European Union and other countries with the steel and aluminum tax that has already entered into force.

A COUNTERREVOLUTIONARY PACT TO SAVE THE PUTREFIED MONARCHIC REGIME OF THE CONSTITUTION OF 1978 AND CLOSE THE POLITICAL CRISIS

With their votes in the "Monarchical Cortes", both PODEMOS and Anti-capitalists and the Stalinist PCE, with their front of "UNIDOS PODEMOS", facilitated the bourgeois change and closed the political crisis, forming together with the PSOE and the Basque and Catalan bourgeoisie, a front of class collaboration.
 In the first place, they allowed the monarchy to continue on its throne and could change, according to their needs, as executioner. They guaranteed that one of the most corrupt parties and thieves like the PP would be saved from the hatred of the masses and Rajoy could return to his old job and his home, as if he were not responsible for the worst attacks against the working class and the oppressed peoples by the crown. At the same time they guaranteed that the PSOE return to power, the same one that voted next to the PP of Rajoy the application of the article 155 in Catalonia, guaranteed the coup d’état  against the right to self- determination of Catalonian people.
That is to say, this front of collaboration of classes saved the Monarchy and the regime of the Constitution of '78 with a counterrevolutionary pact that tries to reconstitute the tendencies to new bipartisan forms of the regime. It is a real pact against the masses that protects the trade union bureaucracy of CCOO and UGT so that it continues taking control over the workers movement.
 This pact is a scam to the struggle of the oppressed peoples of the Basque Country and Catalonia. It is a pact against the right to self-determination of nations, because it allows the PP and PSOE that applied the 155 article in Catalonia to be saved from the hatred of the Catalans. This pact of which the Catalan bourgeoisie of the PdeCat and ERC is part, demonstrates more than ever that only the struggle of the working class of the whole Spanish state together with the workers and the Catalan people could achieve the minimum right to self-determination of the oppressed peoples . Meanwhile, the Basque bourgeoisie of the PNV, another supporter of this pact, also gives its votes to the PSOE, allowing it to cleanse itself of the murders that it committed in the Basque Country with the GAL and the more of 400 Basque prisoners that continue rotting in prison.

It has been much demonstrated the right to national independence will not be given by the Catalan bourgeoisie, because it is a partner of the imperialism and Spanish bourgeoisie in its business and outrages, a partner of Wall Street Banks plundering the oppressed peoples, the same as the Basque bourgeoisie. That is why they prefer to give the votes to those who legalized the coup d'état against the right to self-determination of Catalan people, before carrying out any serious struggle. It is more clear than ever the Catalan bourgeoisie, represented by PDeCat and ERC, the only thing that always wanted was to beg for a bigger slice of business and taxes. This counterrevolutionary pact is against the hundreds of thousands workers evicted from their homes, against the unemployed, migrants and refugees. It is against the workers who in each of their demonstrations shouted: "PSOE, PP, the same shit is!"
 In short, it is a pact in favor of "cleaning" the court of the King so that there are better executioners who pass the plans against the masses and the oppressed peoples.

THE "NEW LEFT" OF STALINISTS, SOCIAL DEMOCRATS AND EX TROTSKISTS AND THEIR "PLAN B" TO DEMOCRATIZE MAASTRICHT: A TRUE FRAUD AGAINST MASSES

When in the middle of the world's crack workers went to combat in Europe, the "New Left" was mounted on this fight, which, proclaiming that one could fight to moderate the adjustment, expropriated these combats and put them at the feet of Imperialist Maastricht with its motto of "Real Democracy" and its "Plan B" to "democratize it".
  The self-styled "anti-capitalist" currents and the renegades of Trotskyism, together with Varoufakis (Plan B), told the masses that the exit was SYRIZA in Greece and PODEMOS in the Spanish State that these parties were an expression of their struggle. We have already seen Syriza applying the anti-worker plans against the masses to which they made him pay with each adjustment and by far the crisis to the capitalists.
This "New Left" in Greece imprisoned tens of thousands of refugees in concentration camps fleeing the massacre of Assad and Putin on behalf of imperialism. Tsipras in the government is the best executioner of the Troika against the working class and the oppressed.
Today we see this New Left of Stalinists and renegades of Trotskyism in the Spanish State save the regime of the monarchy with a counterrevolutionary pact. The state institutions in the Spanish State are organized around a bipartisan social pact regime, that is to say an extreme nationalization of the trade unions, under the command of the supreme commander of the Armed Forces. In the Bonapartist kingdom it is the King who decides who is accepted as a government and who is not. He could have rejected the PSOE, dissolved the courts and called for elections. What the PCE-IU, PODEMOS and the renegades of Trotskyism; the Anti-capitalists have done is to discuss and vote, within this monarchical regime, who is the next executioner against the working class.

Within this front are the ex - Trotskyists of Anticapitalists (brother group of the French NPA) who, together with Podemos and the PCE - IU, have committed a true fraud against the masses that in 2011 rose up shouting "Our dreams do not fit in your urns." and Long live the Republic of the Indignants! ". Those thousands of workers who went out because they lost their jobs and their homes, have been really scammed by Unidos Podemos, who has given his votes so that the King now puts the PSOE, the same party that applied those plans, as executioner so that he forms government and saving thus the regime of the Monarchy. Those workers shouted "Yes, you can", A scream that was born in the Sun Square and all the squares of the Indignants after the 15-M of 2011 protesting against the government of the PSOE and the regime of the monarchical constitution of 1978.
Today the  "New Left" Parties expropriate that cry and change the content of the same cry celebrating "Yes you can!" so that the Monarchy continues on his throne and can change executioner.
 Thus, they have tied the masses' hands so that they do not impose a republican alternative in the streets.
PODEMOS and the ex-Trotskyists ANTICAPITALISTS already are part of the regime, since without the parliamentary front conformed with them and with the pro-independence bourgeoisie there would be no new government. The political crisis and the breaches in the heights, through which the masses could sneak, would remain open.

 This executioner was directly  put by the SCP-UL PODEMOS and the ANTICAPITALISTS, who now have to take responsibility for what their partners did and continue doing, for the attacks against the working class, for the thousands of evicted workers, for the thousands of migrants without papers who earn half the salary that a native worker, that is, of EVERYTHING.
This "New Left" of the Spanish State is as responsible for the attacks on the masses now, as it has been its brother Tsipras, of Syriza in Greece, who will go down in history as the left's jailer of the imperialist Maastricht since he keeps in prison the young anarchist fighters and more than 56,000 refugees in real concentration camps.
 But all those who supported and sustained them will also have to take responsibility before the masses.
 A special mention deserves the group of renegades of Trotskyism "Anticapitalists" that is within Podemos. Its leaders who have supported the change of executioner by the King have remained no indignats and that is why they vote and support the government of the PSOE party, the same one against which the masses rose up shouting "Republic of the Indignants". Today the leadership of Anticapitalistas legitimizes this replacement of executioner. This party is neither anti-capitalist, nor "republican" ... They are lackeys of the Monarchy.
 They have dirtied the flags of the Fourth International by calling themselves Trotskyists while they submit to the Monarchy and support those who massacre the masses and the Syrian people, such as the SPC and Javier Couso.
A When there's a confession, you need no proof.  This is the "New Left" and its "Plan B": it sustains the regimes of the imperialist Maastricht and subjects the working class, country by country, to its own bourgeoisie. He supports the massacre of Assad and Putin in Syria. He guarantees a divided Ukraine and, together with Stalinism and union bureaucracies throughout Europe, slave labor

THE FLAGS OF THE IV INTERNATIONAL MUST BE SEPARATED FROM THE SOCIALIMPERIALISTS IN ORDER TO UNIFY THE REVOLUTIONARIES FORCES!

This is the "New Left": the Stalinism of the Third International with the renegades of Trotskyism of the IV International inside. They have sold out and fouled the flags of our world revolutionary party.
 Yesterday with the World Social Forum and today with the New Left promise "generous democracy" and we only receive blood, attack our conquests, fascism and wars like those we see today in the Maghreb and the Middle East.

  The flags of the Fourth International were stained by ex - Trotskyists. Today more than ever we have to refound the Fourth International recovering it from the hands of those who have taken it to the mud of class collaboration and at the feet of Stalinism! We must regroup the internationalist forces of the revolutionaries in the world! This is also a task for those who still remain truly anti-capitalist.

In the Spanish State, the economy has been growing for four years at the cost of the super-exploitation of the working class: more than 1 million households have all their members unemployed and another million lack salaries, pensions or unemployment benefits, 90% of the new labor contracts are garbage and in youth, unemployment continues to grow, reaching almost 40%.
 The workers without papers are doing the worst jobs, without any contract and with misery wages. Those who live selling in the street, like the “manteros”, risk every day to be arrested and deported or locked in the CIEs. This situation of super-exploitation and unemployment, to which the vast majority of the working class is subject, sank the wages of the employed workers. More than 30% of households throughout the state live solely on the miserable pensions of the elderly. The evictions have not stopped and rents have risen exponentially. Spanish companies have obtained profits of more than 200% in recent years, while banks have been the only "saved" in this crisis with billions of euros. There is money left over to satisfy all the demands of the exploited!
The union bureaucracies, representatives of the interests of the Spanish labor aristocracy, are the main guarantors of the terrible situation of the labor movement. They divide and sell out workers' conquests one by one, while they tear down the workers' ranks and render them impotent to face the attacks of the capitalists. This union bureaucracy became a fundamental pillar of the monarchical regime when the leaders of the labor movement (the SCP and the PSOE) and the union bureaucracies of CCOO and UGT signed the Moncloa Pacts with the Franco regime in 1977.
 We must destroy the infamous "Moncloa Pacts" of the Monarchy, the bourgeois parties, the European social-imperialist parties and the union bureaucrats!
