Dear Comrade Munzer,
Dear comrades of the FLTI-CI
Thank you for sending us materials concerning your event to commemorate Leon Trotsky.
We are happy to hear our message read out in Spanish in your well-edited movie.
We are impressed that our message was presented to many revolutionary comrades. I stressed that Trotsky's revolutionary spirit must be revived in our fight to revolutionize this 21st century world. Many of those who style themselves Trotskyists have today disregarded and abandoned his fight to defeat Stalinism and to build a revolutionary vanguard party to overcome Stalinism. I also referred to the need to develop organizational struggles, which Trotsky did not clarify fully. From this point of view, I think Comrade Munzer's speech is very significant. We are now attentively reading the speech, which I think is filled with a burning passion to overcome so-called Trotskyists.
Besieged by the growing indignation of the toiling masses, the notorious rightist Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe was forced to resign this week. We are now determined to organized a powerful mass struggle to smash reactionary offensives by the new government led by Yoshihide Suga. Let us fight together across borders.
