PERU - July 18, 2017
This July 19 of the current year 200,000 Miners, Metallurgists and Steelworkers of the great, medium and small mining begin an INDEFINITE MINERS’ NATIONAL STRIKE. Other sectors are already in struggle in some regions, such as health workers and teachers in some regions facing the murderous police...
On July 20, in Lima, they will carry out a great march together with other unions that agree with the National Federation's fight platform against the anti-worker policy of the government of Kuczynski, the faithful servant of Wall Street, Trump and the imperialist transnationals.ç
The whip of capital has coordinated the struggles of Peruvian workers...
ENOUGH OF KUCZYNSKI AND THE FUJIMORIST REGIME OF THE NAFTA, THAT PUSHES US EVERY DAY TO MISERY!
OPEN THE ROAD TO THE REVOLUTIONARY GENERAL STRIKE!
NATIONAL COMMITTEE OF STRUGGLE WITH A SINGLE LIST OF DEMANDS
together with the miners, health workers, teachers and other sectors in struggle!
Let us recover the CGTP from the hands of the collaborationist bureaucracy!
To get bread, work, decent housing: Nationalization without payment and under workers' control of all mining!
The powerful mining proletariat comes out to respond to the brutal attack of a new 19-point anti-worker package which, under the Fujimori constitution, is a draft law that violates workers' fundamental rights, such as the Right to Collective Bargaining, which eliminates the Labor Law of Compensation for Time Services (CTS) and replaces it by the Unemployment Insurance that facilitates collective redundancies, reduces 50% the severance in case of lay offs and also reforms the health and safety work law and its regulations; reducing the standards of protection of life and health of workers, especially miners. With the New Pulpin’ s Law, the workers from 18 to 29 years old will not be able to access to: the General contract of employment, holidays, bonus, participation in profits, CTS, etc. And if it were not enough, privatization of ESSALUD and the Private Pension System is foreseen for the benefit of transnational corporations that control AFPs. Likewise, the workers are mobilized for the immediate and unconditional re entering of workers and miners union leaders unjustly dismissed from their work center, and the admission as permanent staff of all workers who have been working for years to the service of the same company.
This way, this faithful servant of imperialism Government wants to impose slave conditions on the entire working class so that businessmen and transnationals can collectively dismiss, flexibilizing and jeopardizing workng conditions even more.
Imperialism comes to Latin America for everything, and it wants to redouble the plunder of our enormous wealth. For example, in these days Temer in Brazil, together with that bandits den of Brazilian parliament, have voted a brutal enslaving law against the Brazilian working class, even before in Chile, Bachelet the "socialist" of Pinochetist generals, had imposed in the parliament of the civic-military regime, its anti-worker laoral reform. And now the "gringo" Kuczynski, wants to do the same authorized by Peruvian Congress where it also participate the Frente Amplio of Veronica Mendoza supported by the Stalinist bureaucracy of the CGTP. And if it were not enough, a new US military contingent is coming in Peru. The Yankees come to take care of their property, business and investments, throughout Latin America with the endorsement of servant governments! Enough, we must stop the imperialism, its transnationals and their lackeys governments!
