FOR A REVOLUTIONARY PROVISIONAL GOVERNMENT
OF WORKERS AND PEASANTS
After yesterday's day of heroic combats of the starving people in the regions of Peru and in Lima where two young fellows (Inti Sotelo, 24 years old and Jack Pintado, 22 years old) were shot to death and around 100 were wounded in a brutal masacre launched by the corrupt and murderous NAFTA-puppet Congress. In the last hours 8 murdered more were reported... Finally murderous Merino ended up resigning, as well as 13 of the 18 ministers of his ministerial cabinet due to the mass insurrection that still does not give peace to the people's executioners.
Those on top can no longer and those from below no longer want to continue suffering from hunger, unemployment, persecution, brutal repressions, or murders where the Armed Forces and the police go unpunished… Now we want the fall of the regime! All of them out, let no one remain! We want U.S. to leave and take away their corrupt Congress of thieves and bribe-mongers!
We workers and peasants continue to win the streets because we do not believe anything from the lying and corrupt politicians. It has been put on the order of the day and in the immediate perspective in the face of the political crisis of those on top that the CGTP leadership breaks all subjection to the bosses' parties and that puppet Congress of the FTA, and seizes the power in a provisional Workers and Peasants Government of workers and peasant organizations in struggle supported by the arming of the people! Congress with delegates of workers, peasants and combative students now!
We must dissolve the army of the Fujimorista NAFTA regime, which is preparing to strike down the workers, poor peasants and combative students who won the streets and threw over Merino! Therefore, let us conquer the workers, peasants and rebel youth's militias that fight imperialism and its murderous regime. Dissolution of the police and all the repressive institutions of the State! Committees of common soldiers linked to workers and peasants' organizations!
We need to go forward to the insurrectionary strike so as not to leave stone on stone of this murderous Fujimorista regime of NAFTA. Out with the NAFTA, the IMF, the OAS from Peru! We must impose a break with the Lima group and the economic and political treaties that submit nations to imperialism! Gringos Go home! Out with the military bases from Peru and Latin America!
Immediate and unrestricted freedom for all prisoners! Return alive of the more than 40 disappeared! Workers' and Popular Tribunals to judge and punish the murderers of the people!
Let's expropriate the banks, the transnationals and imperialism without compensation and under workers' control!
No repayment of the fraudulent foreign debt!
Enough of unemployment! For one more shift in all factories
Factory that furloughs, dismisses workers or shutters must be taken under the control of the workers without compensation!
A sector of the bourgeoisie that is fleeing today from the hatred of the people, seeks to save its property based on the theft of the nation with a "Gatopardista" policy and they promise a Constituent Assembly, which will be neither free nor sovereign, but a new deception to the people, where they will seek to "change something, so that everything remains the same".
Only a Provisional Worker and Peasant Revolutionary Government supported by the armed masses, will take the poor people out from hunger, misery and dispossession and be the only one that can even guarantee a free and democratic Constituent Assembly, because the arms will be in the people's hands and not in the hands of the Fujimorista generals under the orders of the Pentagon and the police and all repressive forces will be dissolved.
Only in this way will a sovereign Constituent Assembly be achieved, which will have to resolve the pending democratic revolutionary tasks in a Peru that is subjected to imperialism; these tasks are none other than the break with the U.S., NAFTA, the IMF and the nationalization without compensation of the banks to remove the usury rope from the neck of the peasant and recover the land for the people to be able to eat.
For years, those on top took everything from us ...
