Let the CGTP break with the bourgeoisie and take power together with the workers and peasant organizations in struggle! PROVISIONAL REVOLUTIONARY WORKER AND PEASANT GOVERNMENT Based on their militias alongside common soldiers, without Pentagon-lackey officers Only this government can guarantee a revolutionary Constituent Assembly! A real political crisis reigns among those at the top, while millions of exploited and oppressed Peruvians take to the streets for lack of bread, medical care, chronic unemployment and outrage at the murder of young people at the hands of the murderous police of the Fujimorista regime of NAFTA. The regime has been mortally wounded by the independent mass action that overthrew Merino, thus deepening the political crisis with a power vacuum that the bourgeoisie is trying to close. Thus, immediately the corrupt Congress, relying on the reactionary Fujimorista constitution of '93, elected a Board of Directors of the Congress of which Francisco Sagasti is the president as representative of the Purple Party, Mirtha Vásquez (first vice president) of the Broad Front, Luis Roel (second vice president) from Acción Popular and Matilde Fernández Flores from Somos Perú.  Now with Sagasti in power, a man from the World Bank, the transnationals and the US Corporations, the bourgeoisie is trying to remove the exploited from the streets and channel them into the electoral farce. But in the eyes of the exploited, the Congress of the corrupt does not represent anyone, which is why the cry continues to resound: All of them, go out! Let not one remain! Out with the scoundrel Francisco Sagasti, a man of the World Bank and Wall Street! Down with the Fujimorista regime of NAFTA and its reactionary constitution of '93! Down with the corrupt Congress stained with worker, peasant and rebellious youth's blood! Out with the World Bank and all the imperialist banks, the IMF, the OAS, the Lima Group and all the institutions that oppress Peru! Still the fight continues to bring down Sagasti and the whole puppet regime ... The CGTP was forced to call for a mobilization and is promoting it only for today ... We must take it into our hands and transform it into an insurrectionary strike NOW! The leadership of the CGTP must break with all the bosses' parties, the illegitimate Congress, the NAFTA, and assume power supported by the workers', peasants' and rebel youth organizations in struggle! For a provisional revolutionary worker and peasant government supported by the arming of the masses and the committees of rank and file soldiers! Self-defense committees aimed at conquering the worker and peasant militia! For the dissolution of the murderous police and repressive institutions like the Terna (intelligence squad dressed in civilian clothes) that tortured the prisoners and still keep Gabriel Rodríguez missing! Dissolution of the Fujimorista officer caste, lackeys of the Pentagon! With the anti-imperialist struggle of the Latin American workers we must expel all the US imperialists' bases in the region! We must expropriate the transnationals that plunder Peru, without compensation and under workers' control! Land for the poor peasants! We want justice for our fallen! Immediate and unrestricted withdrawal of all charges affecting all fighters! The revolutionary youth gave their blood so that all of them go out and not a single one remains. On the rubble of the cursed Fujimorista regime, a free and sovereign National Assembly must be raised to break with imperialism and recover the land, which can only be guaranteed by a provisional revolutionary worker and peasant government, based on the organizations of self-determination of the armed masses in fight.
