Peru – November 4th 2016 On the visit of Obama to Latin America OBAMA AND WALL STREET OUT OF PERU AND THE WHOLE CONTINENT! Enough with Wall Street lackey governments such as Kuczynski, protected by the FTA murderous Fujimorist regime! The workers and poor peasants and students of Peru know what these treaties of free trade (FTA-TPP) mean. There are cuts in the budget of health, advances in the privatization plan with mass retrenchments after imposing the “Servil law”, with hospitals that don’t have basic supplies, the country’s infrastructure is in terrible conditions and it is falling apart, which means the destruction of health. Also, under the rule of FTA Fujimorist regime the slave labour force grows, and this guarantees profits for the transnational companies. They want to impose labour flexibility, such as “Pulpin law” which was defeated for now because of the struggle of thousands of self organized youth and demonstrations on the streets. Under these circumstances, the situation of the education is a privilege and each time more is settled in its privatization. This is where the university reform aims. Humala, who have been applying the plans of the TPP and FTA, and Pablo Kuczynski are loyal agents at the service of USA to sell out our natural resources such as copper, tin and silver to the mining transnational companies imposing the pillaging of our wealth at the force of bullets and plumb. The projects of mineral plundering such as Tia Maria of Southern Copper, Conga, Yanacocha and others couldn’t be imposed due to the bravery, resistance and fight of the exploited of the deep Peru in 2015. Now, that lackey of Pablo Kuczynski will want to reactivate them with the same brutality of Humala’s attempt. These mining projects, such as “bambas” (the third major world producer of copper, estimated in 1.710 million tons) will try to be imposed with the brutality as Humala had, i.e. with massacres, repression to the working class and the poor peasants. In mid October this year, they took another life of a poor peasant of the region, killed by the murderous police of Fujimorist regime of the FTA for the sole fact of protesting and defending our wealth from the voracity of the transnational company MMG Limited. These macro-projects, such as Bambas, has left a contaminated agriculture, poisoned land and deteriorated health of the poor peasants. In 2015, Humala, by following the orders of his imperialist master Obama, with the entire pro-US congress, including Veronica Mendoza of the Broad Front (Frente Amplio), voted to keep safe the business deals of the transnational companies with the arrival of over 3200 US soldiers in Peru, to reinforce the US military bases. All of these were done under the fiction of the “military cooperation” agreements. In these last years we have seen the reinforcement of the military bases in Peru, Chile, Colombia (with 7 military bases, just to name a few). All of them are at the service of strengthening the US offensive to defend their business deals with the military boot. The same for the murderous government of Abe in Japan with the “war of aggression” act (in an alliance with USA) to open the road for US military bases in Okinawa and Henoko, which was confronted by a heroic struggle of tens of thousands of workers and exploited to prevent these imperialist outrages. For an antiimperialist struggle of the exploited masses of Peru, Latin America and the Pacific against the military bases in Peru, Colombia, Chile and Japan! Let the international unity of the working class to rise! Let’s follow the example and reinforce the struggle of the Japanese workers, who are in an imperialist country confronting their bloody government of Abe and Obama against their imperialist projects of military bases in Okinawa and Henoko! Out with the military bases of USA from the Pacific and Latin America! The best ally of the Peruvian working class is the Japanese working class, which is confronting by thousands the US military bases. Also, the allies are the US workers, those of the fast food fighting for 15 dollars an hour wage against Democrats and Republicans! Let’s fight above borders! Let’s strike as a single fist against the plans of imperialist plundering of the world, such as the TPP and FTA! Out with the transnational companies and their governments, which are lackeys of Wall Street such as Pedro Pablo Kuczynski and his Fujimorist regime! Out with Abe and Obama! Down with the FTA and the TPP! The exploited of the deep Peru should recover what belongs to us, what the bloodsucking Wall Street exploiters stole from us for decades. Expropriation without compensation of imperialism and its plundering transnational companies, and place under workers control! Peru will be socialist or a Wall Street colony! Out with the transnational companies, imperialist bankers, their lackey politicians and all the Stalinist trade union bureaucrats of the CGTP, commanded from the US embassy!
