Peru – September 30, 2015

In Lima, all along the week of October 5 to 12 the annual meeting will take place of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund; at these meetings more than 188 States members convene to make decisions dutifully obeying butcher Obama who through his US troops is anchored all over Peruvian territory, killing peasants from deep Peru and caring for the US backyard, under the command of the Obama-Castro Pact that possibly mean lifting the embargo on Cuba, as the Castro Brothers have betrayed the revolution.

The imperialist transnationals and their lackey the Government of Ollanta Humala, headed by "Tanned Bush" Obama have declared war to poor farmers in Peru because all former need to continue doing juicy businesses, but with very cheap ore and extracted by workmen working like "freight dogs", in the worst conditions, super exploited and with rock-bottom wages.

Let's stop the massacre by Humala Government at the service of the FTA, the transnationals and Obama,
against miners and poor peasants from deep Peru!

The Peruvian working class, poor peasants and the exploited of deep Peru are standing up and say enough is enough! It's them or us!

OCTOBER 5, 2015 WORKERS, PEASANTS, AND STUDENTS WILL MOBILIZE AGAINST THE ECONOMIC PLAN OF STARVATION, MISERY AND DISMISSALS OF THE WORLD BANK AND THE INTERNATIONAL MONETARY FUND

Along the last 48 years, the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund have been central actors of the capitalist system; they are accused of promoting this unfair economic model, today based on neoliberal principles of privatization (schools and hospitals) and economic deregulation. As promoters and financiers of this economic model based on the mechanisms of privatization, deregulation, labor flexibility, low taxes on enterprises and promotion of investments at the expense of the environment and natural resources, the World Bank and the IMF are behind this global hegemonic system; a system that the Trade Unions and the social and political movement criticize and question considering it the structural cause of the injustices, unemployment, poverty, corruption, crime, drug trafficking and other scourges of the civilization crisis.

Long live the fight of the workers, peasants and exploited in Peru!

Down with Las Bambas, Tia Maria, Conga projects and all the projects promoting the looting of our country by the transnationals!
Down with the Government of Humala, lackey of Wall Street and the transnational plunderers!

Down with the State of emergency in Apurimac, Cuzco, Arequipa (Mollendo, Islay, Puerto Matarani, La Curva, Punta de Bombon, Cocachacra, Valle de Tambo)! Immediate release of all detainees in Apurimac and all those arrested for fighting! Enough of worker deaths! Working-class and popular courts to judge and punish the murderers!

To face and defend us, from the repression that the Government launches every time the workers start fighting, let’s set up self-defense committees to confront the Government’s repression and its hound-dogs, the murderous police.

Enough of leaders who divide the fight and prostrate themselves at the feet of US lackey Humala and his NAFTA regime! Huaman’s bureaucracy divides those who struggle; it supports the Government which starves the people, and sells out all our demands and claims.
Enough of trade union bureaucrats, supporters of the anti-worker government of Humala! We have had enough of Huaman & Co.! Enough of union leaders that are friends of Ministers and sellouts of the workers’ demands! We must found the CGTP anew, bottom to top without treacherous bureaucrats or leaders.

National Congress of fighting workers, poor peasants and exploited, with recallable delegates elected by the rank and file! To prepare, centralize and impose the revolutionary general strike in order to defeat the attack by Humala and imperialism.

For a larger allotment in the national budget for health! Tripling of the University budget! To guarantee this: progressive tax on large fortunes of the capitalists! Mining income must be for all Peruvians! Let's expropriate without compensation the banks and transnational corporations and make them operate under the control of the workers!
