Behind a screen and in slippers, for years very far from the battlefield...
Jorge Lascano-Terracota, hanging from the apron strings of the bourgeois state, is attacking the Trotskyists

Introduction
The FLTI has issued a statement clearly defining the debate that Mr. Lascano, who calls himself Terracota, opened suddenly, raising differences on questions of principles and revolutionary strategy, breaking all the agreements that he had claimed to have with us when he approached the FLTI 6 years ago as a sympathizer.
What is more serious is that Lascano-Terracota, in his spite of himself, is not only leaning on old Morenoite cadres that back him in order to fight our movement, but he is also leaning directly on the bourgeois state.
A cataract of insults, amalgamation and slander on the part of Lascano-Terracota, culminated in the publicly known attack accusing the LOI-CI Democracia Obrera, of being "terrorists", "ISIS cadres", "drug traffickers" and "sex traffickers".
A barrage of slander against our leaders is the tool with which this man tries to make himself heard and at the same time he marks, like a vulgar informer, comrades of our current who are at the forefront of the class struggle.
It’s clear that in decades of combat for the Fourth International we knew how to win the hatred of careerists, "tired souls", opportunists and right-wing fractions of our own current, the FLTI, with which we delimited in our struggle to conquer a revolutionary program. That is our merit.
But Mr. Lascano-Terracota and his scavenger associates have nothing to do with these political boundaries. We are before a provocateur of the state.
Such pestilences that this man distills against our current are not credible to anyone. Don Lascano-Terracota jumps from argument to argument, and each time he is shattered in each one of them by the historical truth that falls on his head and teeth.
We are facing a bungler of a very low Marxist level, who didn’t make a single strategic programmatic contribution to any of the acid tests that our current has been responding for years in the international class struggle and in the revolution.
He is the external expression of our current -since he was never allowed militancy within us-, of people who mimicries with our program and tried to make a twin group on a Facebook site, to crouch and shoot at the timely moment. He was wrong. Not a single one of our militants and supporters is listening to his calumnies or interested in them.
His egotism settled in nothingness is a balm to his life of opportunism, capitulations and betrayals. That hatred pushed Mr. Terracota to take refuge at the hands of the bourgeois state and its institutions such as the Videlist justice and the worldwide “anti-terrorist front” of the US imperialists, Macron and other imperialist pirates.
This man is moved by hatred and resentment that are nothing more than his own impotence and that of an old generation that prefers to justify their decades of adaptations and betrayals, instead of leaving a legacy of revolutionary lessons to the new generations of the proletariat.
Overnight, what began as a babbling, ended with Lascano-Terracota raising a war cry against Trotskyism, full of slander, we insist, not credible to anyone except his friends, one of whom is his uncle, a federal judge of the Province of Buenos Aires, to whom he entrusted his security.
We are facing historically resentful people who insisted throughout their lives on blaming the revolutionary movement for his own capitulations and betrayals. Some like Terracotta crossed the Rubicon and came along that route to become allies of the bourgeois state.
Trotsky alerted the North American SWP about this in the 1930s. He insistently told them that if Stalinism broke out before the party of the Fourth International matured in that country, the movement would be filled with resentful and opportunist people who had to be put aside and far removed from the organization. That is why Lascano kept knocking on our door to enter and we never let him.
I wrote to Terracota's Facebook-party to respond to some of their most treacherous cynicisms. I didn’t stop at the grossest and most brutal calumnies, which I am not going to echo.
It’s striking how Lascano-Terracota has treated me, of being "submissive", "subdued", "CM's… sucker", etc., adding that the latter uses to hide under our skirts. This isn’t just disrespectful. It’s the language of the police station, of bureaucrats, of bosses, against us revolutionary communists that have our convictions.
At every step, Terracota is exposed and searches for new and more disgusting slanders that, I insist, no one can believe.
That speaks of the sewer in which this man is dwelling. And there is nothing that can get him out of there, no matter how much "heroism" and epics he wants to sell because of his militancy in the dictatorship. This is the dirtiest and most degrading face of Lascano-Terracota. Here the only heroes in the fight against the dictatorship, to whom thousands of tributes have been and will be paid, are the 30,000 missing comrades. To militate against the dictatorship is the obligation of a Marxist, not a merit. Although Lascano was only a grassroots militant in those years, this is still an obligation. It’s very dirty about this man: trying to "put himself in bronze" in life, when that place is already occupied by the blood spilled by the Argentine workers' vanguard. Really, one feels grossed out and embarrassed.
From my Facebook I responded to this subject my first impressions, at a time when he was taking off his mask. Here I reproduce my answer to it.
To tell the truth, this discussion does not give for more. This is the last time that I will respond with the right that I have as a member of this organization to publish in this section of "Opinion Articles."
So I reproduce my point of view about this dark character that of course today must be surrounded by scavengers and disgruntled old men. Let them cook in their sauce. We Trotskyists will attend to our affairs.

"Lascano" creates smoke screens so that "Terracota" defames Trotskyism
With all kinds of moral attacks, amalgamation and slander, you are escaping from a political debate when your positions begin to be unmasked by the rigor of the program conquered by the FLTI.
Tell the truth. Why are you shutting it up? Why do you hide that a political crisis broke out with you when you began to defend the Histadrut, that fascist appendage of Zionism? Tell the truth: we condemn your policy and the strenuous effort you have made to merge with the leadership of the San Isidro group in Cuba, led by Tania Bruguera and mounted directly by the Yankees and the Rockefeller Foundation, which you demanded to fight for "Democracy" and support the Cuban port workers who were in struggle. This Tania Bruguera publishes statements funded by the David Rockefeller Center for Latin America and Harvard University of USA. You have ended up at Harvard alongside the "Gusanos", calling to fight for "democracy" in Cuba.
The gap between our current and you was inevitably widening. You showed your true face before trying to shoot at the temple of the revolutionaries.
You were outraged because DO refused to publish any complaint or political note of yours that includes personal and moral attacks on all the leaders of the left against whom you argue, as it does now with the leadership of the FLTI which you accuse of being from Triple A and a fascist gang. You also accuse Altamira of being a Nazi. And you charge Bobby Sáenz of financing a party with his father's money, after you have been in the New MAS until 2015, for decades in the militancy next to him and hiding this charge or enjoying it. You can never return from cynicism.
You pose as a stonecutter, a worker skilled in chisels, though in reality you have become a petty bourgeois, a regular at the beaches of the Mediterranean and Cancun, something that has nothing wrong in itself. But it sucks that you sell yourself as being an impoverished worker.
Your "innocent" questions about the Moral Commissions in the revolutionary parties were not innocent. You have long had the Stalinist program that political leaderships resolve moral questions. That began to allow you to launch the worst moral calumnies against the Trotskyists. That is your program. With it you try to isolate the revolutionaries so that later the bourgeois states "take care" of them. You are just a tracer bullet, of a twin group in the outside of our body and today you are an outgrowth of it.
You also accuse Democracia Obrera of having "mafia" methods. We are a rare "mafia party" that has published dozens and dozens of opinion articles by you, including some of them publicly criticizing the FLTI in front of thousands of workers around the world.
Thus, you return to your origins: to the MAS of the '80s. Do you remember when you and your security band broke the heads of 50 PTS militants, their companions and their children in La Plata for having differences? You shut up and supported. Here we all know each other. Don’t wash your clothes saying you are a metal worker ... You belonged to one of the worst and most brutal apparatuses of the Argentine left that even when that party broke out, the facilities were distributed at gunpoint and submachine guns. What morals are you talking about when you applauded your leadership and were part of the apparatus that sent flowers and condolences to the murderous military of La Tablada who in 1989 doused unarmed comrades with white phosphorus?
Why so much hatred against the DO leadership? Because it was who spearheaded the fight against your decay and degeneration. Hence the hatred and cruelty. Out of that sewer came your resentment when the first serious political differences appeared.
If there is someone to watch out for and who made physical threats against our leadership as soon as the debate began, it’s from you. Yours is a smokescreen because you very well know that you did this.
You are not a member of our organization and you have never been. We only gave you democratic rights of expression because the New MAS had taken them away from you, but we didn’t do it for you to insult and slander anyone. We warned you repeatedly that we were not going to publish your notes with personal attacks on the personal lives of workers' leaders or other left-wing leaders, even if we think that they have moved into the field of reformism.

You began to lurch, to wobble like the Titanic and you entered and called fiercely to defend the Histadrut, that fascist bosses' appendage of Zionism that occupied Palestine at gunpoint.
As a good petty-bourgeois impressionist, you went with the San Isidro group, as if you needed to befriend the US imperialists to confront the capitalist restoration of Cuba imposed by the Castroites.
You wobbled again when the iceberg split your ship, embracing the Stalinist party program that the Central Committees "are everything," including masters of the honor and morale of the revolutionary militants.
The Titanic has already begun to sink and now you accuse the Trotskyists of being "just like the fascists of Triple A", "terrorists" and "ISIS men", when in our ranks there is a large part of the workers condemned to life imprisonment in Argentina for fighting, who fight with us. Our leaders are accused by the bourgeois state of being an "illicit association" by judges who surely play golf in the La Plata countries with your uncle.
You act as a vulgar informer accusing the revolutionaries before the bourgeois courts. Be careful that you will already appear as a prosecution witness.
Everything becomes more serious, because we are one of the few currents of the world left that have watered with their blood, not words, the battlefield in the fight against the fascist al-Assad and our comrades are risking their lives there. That has aroused all the hatred, rancor and resentment of the entire left lackeys of Stalinism and pro-Assad, beginning with you who pride yourself on trying to make entryism in our ranks. However, you sir, never entered our house. You don’t even know where the living room or the room is. You only took photos from the outside.
Now you have unmasked yourself: you accuse our comrades of being "ISIS" in Syria and "NATO" in Libya. You seem Gaddafi speaking from the balcony of Tripoli. You are a man covered by the bourgeois state. As it was said at the time of dictatorship: an informer. And you growl like a mad dog and spit out all the drool of your resentment.
The reason is that the more revolutionaries deepen our work in the labor movement not only in Argentina, but also internationally in the centers of the revolution, such as in Cali or with the partisans of Idlib (where the reformist left and the deserters and the deserters are not there and they watch it on TV); the more the tracer bullets come out and the bosses wake up the sleeping wolves to shoot from the back.
Terracota concentrates all the hatred against the Trotskyist leaders who ruined the fun for the betrayers of the Four International in '88 -'89
Don't forget ... Your only "epic" is having raised Stalinism on your shoulders when they handed over the USSR. Your epics are those of traitors.
You are so lost, you ran out of arguments so many times, that you are already inventing. You have made your political offensive on "anything goes", which turns against you like a boomerang.
You concentrate all the historical hatred that the old MAS bureaucrats of '88 feel against a current of revolutionaries who rose up almost alone to the yell of "let's turn all the forces of Trotskyism to the USSR so that the workers' state doesn’t fall."
The revolutionaries of the TBI from MAS did this while you were campaigning with Stalinism and the rubble of the Berlin Wall fell on your head; while you used television, radio and the press to call the counterrevolutionaries of the Stalinist apparatus to vote in the elections. Now you continue to bleed from the wound because we campaigned on radio, television and in the press calling on the workers and Trotskyists to fight against Stalinism that was handing down the USSR.
It seems that you are playing "blind man's buff". You are so blindfolded with fury that you cannot touch anyone.
You say that we went to the bourgeois press to “denounce a Colombian”, when what we were going to do was to defend our revolutionary program before the masses, against you who defended Stalinism. You also accuse us of going to the Ministry of the Interior to denounce the MAS, when in reality it was your leadership that said that they had nothing to do with the TBI that split that party and they were not responsible for us. This was at a time when the Alfonsín government had launched a campaign against the Argentine left accusing it of "terrorists" and "guerrillas." The MAS leadership acted as the true sock-suckers of the bourgeois state, while the TBI publicly defended the MAS from these accusations, even after having been expelled.
It’s enough to see the first newspaper of the PTS, settling this historical discussion so that all the counterfeiters return to the cave from which they came.
You keep that ancestral hatred because we ruined your orgy of blood, betrayal and surrender. You slander Carlos Munzer because he is one of the revolutionaries who had the merit of leading that fight, which he hasn’t denied. We are patriots of that battle of the PTS in the late 1980s, of all its leaders and cadres that defended the flag of Trotskyism against Stalinism and the capitulators of the MAS leadership. That is why the hatred they have against Carlos Munzer, you and all the traitors. Actually, we have earned the just hatred of all the traitors and of all the currents hanging on the filthy shoes of the bourgeoisie and Stalinism.
Already in the late 1990s, the leadership of the PTS, adapted to the bourgeois regime, launched part of the calumnies and low-level wiles that you use today. But without daring to go as far as you, nor did the leadership of the MAS of ‘88 dare to do so.
I am not discussing with you because of the strength of your position or because it may confuse some unwary, but to make it clear under what conditions some cadres of the old generation, resentful of Marxism and the revolutionary movement, leave history to save their prestige. With so much hatred and resentment that if yesterday they embraced Yeltsin to surrender the USSR, today they embrace the bourgeois state to attack the Trotskyists.
Again about the bourgeois press.

You Lascano put on your shoulders the leader of Argentine Stalinism, Patricio Etchegaray, heir to Vitorio Codovilla, the boss of Mercader. What do you complain about? That we denounce Stalinism and the capitulation of the MAS before the eyes of the masses.
I insist the TBI from MAS going to the bourgeois press was brilliant. Munzer and Albamonte went there, while you were campaigning in (leading newspapers) La Nación, Clarín and on TV, calling to vote for Stalinism that gave up the USSR. Did you and your leaders have the right to use the bourgeois press for political propaganda and the revolutionaries not to denounce the betrayals of a reformist party? Unbelievable. The revolutionaries went to the "bourgeois press" to denounce the regime, the state and the traitors, including you. We broke with your party in the eyes of the working class. Meanwhile, as we have already said, you in your Congress in the Sanitary Works Club stadium, in late '89 and early '90, lifted Patricio Etchegaray on your shoulders, head of the Communist Party, heir to Vittorio Codovilla, Trotsky's murderer and organizer of the fifth column.
And we can't denounce your betrayal, Terracota? In your Congress in Sanitary Works you even received the greetings of Lula and the PT. The portrait of Trotsky was being hung up again, as soon as the Stalinists and Lula's militants left. You were clapping.
You went out to stick posters to Vicente, candidate for president for the CP with Izquierda Unida. You went to the television and to the press to support the bourgeoisie and Stalinism. You wanted darkness to break the heads of the Trotskyists who broke with that decadent party that later blew up into 20,000 pieces and which you followed until 2015. You, Terracota, spent your whole life betraying the party you were in.
You don’t explain what you did there until 2015. I will now enumerate some of your adventures ... You collaborated with the liquidators of the Fourth International to submit it to Stalinism at the end of the 1980s. You held that pact with the PC, which was the United Left, an electoral front a thousand times more right-wing than the FIT-U of today that we all criticize.
Perhaps you were in the Plaza de Mayo when (CGT Secretary General) Ubaldini was offered the microphone to close your event, while the union bureaucracy was handing over all the state companies to privatization. That is why we affirm that you and your party knelt to the privatizations of Menem.
You dedicated yourself to distributing alms in the unemployed movement in 2000. You organized with the worst of the MAS leadership in the magazine “Herramientas" (Tools), openly revisionist and Kautskyist. Together with Bobby Sáenz, you led the campaign and the political attack against the Paty meat processing plant workers and their militant leaders, because they refused to support marches called by the bosses and the transnationals to open the meat processing plants. And now you vindicate our comrade Soria, when in life you detested him? Faker. Here I publish the statement that you made with Bobby Sáenz in the New MAS against Paty's workers. You don't drop your face in shame.
You are surrounded by a band of old MAS cadres from the '80s, who are broken and have reneged from their ideals. Tell them to get out of the mousetrap and show their faces. Let the psychiatrist who treats you come out. Let the semiologist and your other advisers, experts in slandering Trotskyism, show themselves.
We vindicate the PTS of the '90s because it was a revolutionary milestone of Argentine Trotskyism, though it later ended up mostly adapting to the bourgeois regime. However the truth is the truth. Those '90s battles were correct. Without them, our current would not have reached here, after our brave break with the PTS for adapting with the worst of nationalisms to the bourgeois regime, as we have already said.
Understand Terracota, even if it hurts, the founding date of our current in Argentina is 1988, when we broke with the garbage of the renegades of Trotskyism who put Stalinism on their shoulders. This was the condition for establishing a political relationship with you, who declared from the rooftops to adhere to our position. You applauded the current that "after so many years had brought you closer to a revolutionary program." It was all a lie. You only wanted to enter our house to shoot us in the back, but we didn’t allow you to do so.
Is that we act accordingly. We knew that you had stayed in that party and in that movement for 40 years. You were even unable to break in 2000-2001 when the Argentine revolution came and it capitulated treacherously. You were a servant, dragged and obsequious to the leadership of the LIT and the MAS for decades.
After 40 years, you broke up with them, due to an apparatus dispute problem with the New MAS. A bureaucratic break, as we tried to convince you thousands of times. You gone insulting, without raising a program point, due to methodological problems, making moral accusations to the leadership of the New MAS, which we politically detest but we refuse to accompany you in the personal filth that you distill against the leaders of the left. That is what you do with Pollo Sobrero, with Bobby Sáenz, even with the direction of the PTS. You act like a vulgar thug of the Peronist union youth.
We try to help you correct yourself, to find a north. You declared yourself a devotee of our program but you were a cover, a tracer bullet. Terracota, tell the truth, you were all your life a doormat for the liquidators of the Fourth International and that is why you have now become a state informer. And the hatred got over you.
Terracota, let the old MAS cadres that surround you show themselves. I insist, all your hatred against Carlos Munzer comes from there because he had the courage, with the other member of the Central Committee, Albamonte, to kick the table in '88, defend the Fourth International and declare war on Stalinism. And I say this because it’s the historical and current truth, despite Albamonte and his epigones of today who deny, took it out of their history and erased with a Stalinist method the truth of the struggle of the 90s and together with them one of its main leaders who is Carlos Munzer. A generation of Trotskyist leaders bravely faced the escape to Stalinism of the liquidating parties of the Fourth International. For more than 20 years we have resisted the betrayals of '89 and the definitive surrender of the Fourth International to Stalinism in the 21st. century. You are theirs. You concentrate all their hatred. Other comrades have already told you and it’s time for you to understand: Carlos Munzer is all of us.
It will be necessary to write the true history of the MAS crisis of the '80s and' 90s, as our current is already doing, to end so many counterfeiters who only seek to save their prestige, when they only left the battlefield full of rubble and capitulations. The new generation needs the truth, not false epics of the wretched.
That is why you hate Munzer so much, because our current, with its Marxist leadership team at the head, full of comrades of the highest revolutionary quality, is in the most advanced processes of the revolution, counterrevolution and civil war at the world level. And the wretched like you and your collectors of reformist votes will never have that honor.
Since you have not given a rabies vaccine, you continue to exude hatred and resentment, which is nothing more than the impotence of doormats in slippers at home. You accuse dissidents of being "crazy," "psychopaths," etc., as the MAS leadership did in the 1980s. This is the same as Stalinism did with the Trotskyists: first they locked them in madhouses, then in the isolators, and then in Vorkuta to fusillade them all. You exude anti worker smell and Stalinist hair from every pore.
You, the broken and ruined, resentful and varied enemies of Trotskyism, have focused in our direction to attack us. Hit, shoot, the blows you throw explode on your own teeth and nose. No worker or youth who wants to find a way to revolution will follow the route of the filth that you throw away, after having flattered, vindicated, publicly defended the leadership that today you revile. You don't explain what happened in between...
We do: you went into political bankruptcy, you returned to the MAS of the 1980s and from there you continued: you ended up embraced by the bourgeois state.
In these years, I insist, our current responded politically and programmatically to enormous events and historical convulsions, from the crash of the world capitalist system to the fight against the "Bolivarians", from the new role of Stalinism to the exacerbation of the crisis of leadership by role of the Fourth International. Our organization intervened in combats of revolution and civil war, theoretically, programmatically and physically, as we did in the Middle East. We are built in Africa and we draw the lessons of all the revolutionary processes in Latin America. We founded the FLTI in tough debates, seeking the healthy forces of the Fourth International. Along this path we built political and programmatic boundaries around the Chinese and Russian question, the lessons of the Bolivian revolution, the role of the state of Israel, etc., etc.
Above all that, you don't say a word. You never said a word. You were not there for that. You crouched down. You wanted to make us a vulgar and braggart entry into the revolutionaries. But you don't have any data to tell because you were never credible to the Trotskyist base, which never admitted you to our ranks. You are external to Trotskyism and will remain there forever.
Finally, you threatened to go to CELS to ask them to defend you from any aggression by the Trotskyists. First you went and left the envelope of the whistleblowing to your uncle, the judge. Since you know that you are shooting any filth against our current, you insist on going to see Verbitsky, the Air Force intelligence service agent. At CELS you will find quick and efficient attention to denounce the revolutionaries for having differences.
Tell the truth: you are scared of the lies, slander and scoundrel that you try to do against our current.
But you don't exist for us, Don Lascano. You are a political dead man. Go to your uncle. It’s their moral and ours.

Fablers have been known in the Marxist movement but as Lascano-Terracota, never.
More than a month ago Terracota put out a statement on Facebook announcing that he was dying. On that occasion, he received a comment from a young man, who wrote that he hoped Terracota would recover and that it was very important for him to keep fighting. Terracota uploaded this comment announcing that it was a tribute that the "revolutionary youth" paid him...
The truth is that Lascano campaigning and paying homage to Terracota in his lifetime is degrading for both of them. But the young man who paid him the "tribute" was from the PJ, candidate for councilor in Salta. Likewise, it’s good for Peronism to do it. Because Lascano comes from there. Terracota is an invention...
These people receive honors from councilors of the PJ (Peronista), who went to evict the heroic workers from Terminal 5 of the port, whom Terracota called and asked to attend him only to provoke, slander and mistreat them. You are a sniper shooting the workers vanguard from behind. If you boast so much about having "a 38 on the bedside table," why didn't you make it available to the port strike committee, to the comrades who starred in one of the most important workers' struggles in recent times?
Terracota, take off your slippers and put on your hot water bottle as winter is coming. You have been in quarantine for years and years. |
