Ukraine - August 05, 2020 On the permanence of Stalinist betrayals to the Eastern European working class Who revived Lazarus? The old forces of Stalinism, together with the great bourgeoisie and oligarchy of Russia and Ukraine, played a decisive role in sustaining this perfidious counter-revolutionary fifth Column policy in Ukraine, as we have already seen, and in concocting the international support for the fascist al-Assad and his genocide in Syria along with the hitman Putin. The nauseating Stalinism, which in Russia only keeps its name "communist" since they are openly bourgeois parties of the capitalist restoration, was able to raise its head and play a counterrevolutionary role throughout the West and internationally. This was possible because the bourgeoisie preserved them in the worker unions of the West so that they could play their full role as a police within the labor movement. For this they were prepared for decades. But it was the renegades of Trotskyism and the Fourth International who sustained and revived that stinking corpse, after Stalinism had sell out the conquests of the former workers' states in '89. In those years the Communist Parties could not even speak on behalf of the working class after such treason. The renegades of Trotskyism, who had been at their feet in 1989, blamed Marxism, Bolshevism and the "sectarian limits of Trotskyism" for the defeats caused by Stalinism. Meanwhile, as happens today, they cover up Stalinism in Havana, when Castroism openly surrenders Cuba to imperialism. They support from the left the Communist Parties in the trade union centrals and workers organizations as we could see in Greece, Brazil, France, the Spanish State and in dozens of countries. These currents are what revived in the old and worn out World Social Forum, under the command of the Bolibourgeoisie, the Stalinism that was its greatest supporter. The liquidators of the Fourth International pass as "progressive" the murderer Putin, executioner of the masses of Russia and the peoples of Eastern Europe. They were  who supported the counterrevolutionary adventures of Stalinism by supporting the fascist al-Assad and also the YPG and the Stalinist PKK in Syria, which broke the Syrian front against the dog Bashar, to end up under the command of the US imperialists in Rojava. The former Trotskyists together with Stalinism paint the Ayatollahs of Iran as "anti-imperialists" while the latter never tire of crushing and repressing the working class of that country. All of them, as is already clear, under the orders of the North American CP, supported Sanders in the United States and internationally so that with their support for the imperialist Democratic Party, they would swindle the masses that today have revolted within the imperialist beast. They, the renegades of Trotskyism, turned into a neo-Stalinist force, are who revived Lazarus. Most of these currents accompanied Ukraine's perfidious partition policy. At the forefront of this were the currents of the old group The Militant and their guru Alan Woods. Dark characters, destroyers of the Fourth International, who yesterday delivered the Transition Program to Chávez, to cover the billionaire scoundrels of the Bolibourgeoisie (i.e., Chavistas) in Venezuela from the left, while hosting the landing of all the renegades of Trotskyism in Cuba to reconcile with Stalinism. These traitors and Judases to the Fourth International are also part of Zyuganov's bourgeois Communist Party in Russia, the former CPSU of capitalist restoration, led by oligarchs and by the greatest magnates of Moscow. It was the liquidators of Trotskyism who revived Lazarus. Meanwhile, the former CRCI of Altamira and its partner Savas Matsas of the EEK of Greece were hugging Mitina, the former general secretary of the "Communist Youths" of Ukraine who had been sent by Putin as head of the counter-revolutionary fifth Column that backstabbed the best fighters of the Donbass anti-fascist brigades. They, the traitors of the Fourth International, who brought its clean flags to the feet of the bourgeoisie and imperialism, are the ones who revived the Stalinist scourge so that it could betray again in the 21st century as it had betrayed in the 20th century. The Donbass masses, while marching to pay homage to Lenin and defending their unions from fascist attacks, yearned for and shouted "May the USSR return!", While the same Stalinists who yesterday sold out the former workers' states, were who shot at the latter from behind, this time supported by the renegades of Trotskyism. Thus, the month of April marked one more anniversary of the founding of the "Republic of Novorossiya". There was no lack of greetings... While the Donbass mine fighters were persecuted, repressed and imprisoned, Savas Matsas, a true spokesman for Stalinism in the ranks of Trotskyism, sent his regards to the Donbas oligarchs, something that causes the outrage of every minimally serious socialist. They had done something similar in 2015 when together with Antarsya and brother parties of the English SWP in Greece, and applauded by the KKE, they signed the greeting to the "internationalist" Stalinists who were going to "fight in Donbass". They legitimized that fifth Column that strangled the Ukrainian revolution from behind. They have a stain on their foreheads that they will never be able to explain. Supporting both the fascist forces of al-Assad and the perfidious policy of class collaboration in the Donbass and all of Ukraine, supporting Putin's rotten Bonapartist regime in Russia, covering from the left the surrender of Cuba to imperialism by the Castroite former bureaucracy, the renegades of the Fourth International upheld the Minsk and Geneva Agreements. Furthermore, it is these currents that, supporting Stalinism before, during and after '89, have acted today, since the so-called "New Left", as the left leg of the table of these counter-revolutionary deals. They revived Lazarus. They brought the clean flags of the Fourth International to the mud of Stalinism and treason to the working class, and these flags must be recovered in order to re-found the World Party of the Socialist Revolution.
