The Samidoun Network of Solidarity with Palestinian Prisoners called for an action both in occupied Palestine and the diaspora against the prospect of the Israeli annexation of the occupied West Bank, and called to mobilize internationally on Wednesday, July 1, the day the Israeli state threatened to intensify its current colonialism, dispossession and ethnic cleansing project. In response to this call, there were mobilizations in various cities in the United States.

In San Francisco, California over 500 cars joined a caravan of the "Day of Wrath" singing "From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free" that ended in front of the Israeli Consulate of the Pacific Northwest.
In Brooklyn, New York thousands of people joined a mass march and demonstration, as part of a "Day of Wrath" against Israeli annexation, colonization and Zionism in Palestine.
Protesters focused on fighting for the liberation of blacks as a necessary condition for the liberation of Palestine. The crowd chanted energetically: "Black lives matter!"; "Intifada, Intifada! We will start an Intifada! ”; "No Palestinian liberation without black liberation!"; "From the River to the sea, Palestine will be free!"; "The resistance is justified, from New York to Palestine! From Gaza to Minnesota, globalize the Intifada!"
