TRUMP LEAVES.…
- With tricks and siren songs
- With the support of renegades and impostors of socialism
The Wall Street Pirates' Regime Changes Command
NOW COMES BIDEN
to get the rebellious masses off the streets and
redouble the plundering of the oppressed peoples
The electoral victory of the Democrats and the diversion of the June and July revolutionary struggle: a great victory of the regime of the "Republicrats" and Wall Street
The social-imperialist, Stalinist and Fourth International renegades' left currents celebrate today the electoral result, saying "Trump was defeated”. This is a fallacy. If one of the most reactionary presidents of the US, hated by broad sectors of the exploited was defeated with Biden's victory, the latter has been a progressive fact for the US masses.
But instead, this was a big trap. The support of millions of the exploited for Biden was the regime's expropriation of the revolutionary struggle of the working class, the rebellious youth and the thousand times oppressed Black people by the Wall Street pirates. The working class and the exploited have changed their executioner. As we say in the title of this article, "Now, comes Biden to get the rebellious masses off the streets and to redouble the plundering of the oppressed peoples".
Millions of exploited people went to vote for Biden, but a broad section of the working class voted for Trump. This is a huge crisis. The fight against unemployment, for a minimum wage of US$15 an hour, for the right to housing expropriated by the financial oligarchy, for free health care, are demands that, in the streets, were beginning to unite the broad majority of the working class.
In the elections of this infamous US regime, a section of the class refused to vote for Biden and the Democrats. These are the sectors that, in 8 years of the Obama administration, had the entire crisis thrown at them and all their conquests, like retirements, decent work and millions of jobs that were lost.
This is what has been happening in the US... the more the working class submits to the anti-worker party of the Democrats, the more the Trump's imperialist gang wins over broad sectors of the masses. The reformist left, dissolved into Sanders' bourgeois "left" gang of the Democratic Party, expected a "blue tide" and what it reaped in the electoral process was a deepening of the division of the workers' ranks, pushing back the unity that had already been won in the streets.
The union bureaucracy, the CP, DSA and the renegades of Trotskyism subjected the masses to the electoral trap and the Democrats, contributing to isolating the black movement once again and dividing it from the white working class, which hates the gangs of the imperialist Democrats. In broad sectors of this white working class, the slogan "U.S. first to reopen the factories" penetrated deeply, a sinister demagogy by one of the Wall Street gangs that wants to sell a new "American dream" to the white workers of the U.S., a return to the living conditions at the outcome of World War II. An infamy and a lie. The real policy of Trump and his henchmen is none other than to use the crisis and the millions of layoffs and unemployed in the US, so that they can go to work at maquilas in their own country, in the same or worse conditions than in China, Bangladesh, India, Vietnam or the same US imperialists' Latin American backyard.
The truth must be told. In these elections Wall Street, the tycoons and their parties, the murderers of George Floyd have won. All of them, with the complicity of the reformist leaderships of the masses, managed to divert the enormous revolutionary struggle of the Black movement and the workers (that had shaken the regime, its mechanisms of deception and all the leaderships that supported it), into an electoral trap.
Until yesterday, the masses were beginning to take the solution to their crisis into their own hands, and were fighting in the streets against the white supremacists and other counter-revolutionary Trump's gangs. "The streets are ours," the rebel exploited shouted. But in the elections, a broad sector of the workers voted for Biden, who wants to recover, through "siren songs" and "peace", the streets for order, police and state control.
In May and June, millions of exploited people, fed up with racial oppression, unemployment, misery, the thousands of deaths resulting from the social crisis made worse by the pandemic, led enormous revolutionary campaigns against the government and the regime, setting fire to police stations and clashing with the armed bands of capital. They set up "autonomous zones" like in Seattle and the "Black House" in Washington. Here and there committees and popular assemblies were emerging.
The central office of the treacherous AFL-CIO bureaucracy was attacked by the workers, while the union bureaucracy of that office were calling for an open support for Biden. Trump hid in a bunker to escape from the hatred of thousands surrounding the White House. The Democratic Governor of Minneapolis, the chief of the police that murdered George Floyd, was expelled from the demonstrations. The regime of the Republicrats' domination was trembling.
In the development of that process, puttying on its feet the organisms of dual power, of direct democracy of the masses in struggle was and still is posed as an immediate question. Precisely, to close that road, the sweet phrases of Biden and his leftist henchmen came with the excuse of "defeating Trump".
Today they breathe a sigh of relief. Trump is leaving, but the regime was not defeated and the ascent, for now, has been diverted. The Wall Street elites saved Trump from falling due to the revolutionary struggle of the masses and moved him into retirement. Those at the top imposed "peace without justice". Now comes Biden, an old Wall Street figure, an enemy who made workers starve with Obama.
The CP and Havana have organized the DSA and the renegades of Trotskyism under the program of the "anti-Trump front"
The death trap of the elections needed the support of the so-called "new left". Under the orders of the CP of the USA, Sanders' party, called DSA (Democratic Socialists of America), and the renegades of Trotskyism -who had just presented the millionaire Zionist Sanders as "socialist"- promoted the "anti-Trump front" with the Democrats, awakening illusions in that butcher's party, which they dressed up as "democratic" and "progressive" against the reactionary and fascist Trump.
This social-imperialist left went so far as to raise the spectrum of a Trump's coup to further subjugate the exploited to Biden. It even called for defending the Democratic vote against an alleged "fraud" by the government. These people paint red the "leftist" bourgeois gangs like Sanders', who both today and in the 2016 election under Clinton, dressed up as "socialists," though in order to subjugate the left of the working class to the Democratic Party of the U.S. imperialist butchers and Wall Street's biggest bankers and capitalists. That left is not only their prosecutor and watches over their votes, but also watches over the pockets of the financial oligarchy and the Wall Street establishment to protect them from the hate and revolutionary struggle of the masses!
The ex-Trotskyists, many of them dissolved into the Sanders faction and that impostor of the Ocasio Cortez, turned to the old Stalinist policy of the so-called "progressive bourgeois camps". That is, nothing different from the old policy of the Mensheviks and imperialist social democracy. For them, it would first be necessary to make a front with the "progressive bourgeoisie" to defeat the most reactionary and Bonapartist wing of the exploiters. And then, later on, they would speak of "socialism" and "revolution."
But for the Democrats to win, the working class had to give up all its demands and its entire program, which is to end unemployment, recover housing and win free, quality health care and education for all. This "democratic" left hides the fact that, in the name of democracy and its unity with the bourgeoisie, the workers must renounce all their demands.
Thus, in the semi-colonial countries, they proclaim "anti-imperialist fronts" to drive out imperialism and then advance to socialism, as the old Stalinism put it. With the farce of the Bolivarian Revolution, they led the working class to support the native bourgeoisies, subduing them to their enemies, the native capitalists, who have enormous business with imperialism, on which they depend. This turned out to be a swindle against the anti-imperialist struggle of the masses, as could not be otherwise.
This is a pseudo-theory and a policy that has strangled thousands of proletarians revolutions. They liquidate with one stroke of the pen the apothegm of Marxism that the struggle is class against class, that the "democratic" imperialist bourgeoisie is part of and comes from the same establishment, that is, from the same sewer as Trump and his bandits.
It is a policy of bourgeois camps of imperialism's lackeys, since even the most "liberal" and "democratic" U.S. president can only defend -and for that he is president- the interests and businesses of US transnationals and bankers that are plundering the world and keeping at bay, with their gunboats, the exploited of the colonial peoples that are rising up.
Even the "most democratic" US President is the commander-in-chief of counter-revolutionary forces that, with fascist methods, control the planet by means of gunshots, military occupations, Navy fleets, military bases and thousands of political and economic agreements with which they subject the peoples whom they exploit and plunder. That is what the "Caesarean democracy" of Washington and all the imperialist powers is about.
The so-called "New Left" takes up the worst of the policy of reformism and the old traitorous leaderships that strangled the struggles of the international proletariat one by one and that, like Stalinism, ended up handing over all the workers' states to so-called "democratic imperialism" as happened in 1989, after sustaining it throughout the second postwar period, by strangling every revolution that advanced towards socialism in the world.
In the midst of the world crisis and a crisis of domination, US imperialism places a "good-natured" face to prepare new offensives in the dispute for the planet with rival imperialisms
U.S. imperialism has been hit by a brutal world crash that has its epicenter in the U.S., one that it must throw at its own working class, the oppressed peoples and the rest of the imperialist powers. To get out of this crisis, it needs, above all, to subdue and plunder Russia and China.
The world market has shrunk and there are not enough businesses for everyone. New and more ruthless disputes among imperialist powers are coming, as we see today in the Caucasus. Moving forward, the U.S. has ahead the leap in the trade war among imperialist powers, which is deepening and threatens to open the way to war, if the working class does not prevent it with its struggle. Backwards, there is only the abyss and decadence.
That is why Biden does not come to make "friendly" and "democratic" pacts, as the pacifist left proclaims. The new general staff of the imperialist CEOs dresses up in Biden's "good-natured" face to deceive the masses and advance in superior offensives for Russia and China. That is why Biden talks about restoring the honor of the Armed Forces.
The crisis of domination of U.S. imperialism announces a leap in the clashes with the rest of the imperialist powers. We are before a historical milestone. The crisis of political, economic and military domination of the U.S. has been made manifest with total acuity, and the uprising of the American masses has deepened it even more.
The Biden government has come to complete a life and death task: to get the masses out of the streets, by hook or by crook. Trump was trying to do this directly with the stick. Biden will do so first by cheating and demobilizing, and then by making the stick even more effective.
U.S. imperialism needs to get a free hand to go on superior offensives in the world market, in disputes among imperialist powers and in its attack on the oppressed peoples.
Biden does not come with a flag of peace or a book on human rights under his arm. He comes with the same stick as the counter-revolutionary forces of the Pentagon and the CIA to maintain their control of the planet, starting with their own uprising working class. The Democratic Party has co-opted important sectors of the Black Lives Matter movement and the traitorous AFL-CIO bureaucracy. With their NGOs they are trying to get the rebellious youth off the streets. They will try to achieve this with these siren songs, but have no doubt that if this fails, the knee of the white Democratic cops of Minneapolis will end up suffocating, hanging and stepping on the heads of millions of US workers.
On an international level, the new Democratic government of US imperialism will attempt to seal circumstantial agreements with this or that imperialist power or its native agents, which will allow the U.S. to continue throwing its crisis and economic catastrophe onto the whole world. Biden will adjust and iron out some of Trump's outbursts, with which the latter even refused to share with the rest of the US imperialist gangs many of the deals that he had made since he became President.
The U.S. has a colossal $26 billion deficit in its state, the biggest since World War II. This makes it the biggest debtor on the planet. That is also the reason for its strength.
The new command of the US imperialist pirates is far from backing down in the commercial war against those who do not accept their "policy of dialogue". The US will not stop promoting counter-revolutionary pacts in which it uses all its agents -as in the Middle East- Turkey, Zionism, Russia- to defend its businesses and interests.
Biden will not change anything, in essence, of the US imperialist offensive in the planet. But he has already told Germany and Europe in Maastricht that they have to triple or quadruple the funds to maintain NATO. When it comes to business, the Wall Street gangs show their teeth. They all are and will be for Trump's: "U.S. first!
We must break with the Wall Street parties and get back on track for the June and July battles!
Without justice there is not and will not be peace!
To unite the workers' ranks, we must break with the Wall Street parties. It is imperative to break any subordination to the Democratic Party and to all those who try to bring the workers to their feet. Nothing with Biden and the Democrats! Their governors and mayors are chiefs of the murderous police, just as much the executioners of Black people and workers as those of the Republican Party; they are preparing for new offensives on the world market as they have already applied in the Middle East. The leadership of the Black Lives Matter movement, which awakened illusions in Biden and the Democrats, must withdraw their support for him!
Jobs, housing, wages and health care can only be achieved if we get back on track in the June and July battles in Philadelphia, Penn., Portland, Ore., and every city in North America against the murderous police and the Republicrats establishment.
The factory committees, the Black movement and the people's assemblies, the soldiers' committees, must be put back on their feet! Out with the union bureaucracy that serves the imperialist bourgeoisie!
The working class must regroup its forces and set up self-defense committees and workers' militias, to combat the fascist gangs that the bourgeoisie is trying to set up. The police who are murdering the working class youth must be disarmed! Disband the murdering police and all the repressive institutions of the state! Black and working class militia!
To defeat Wall Street in the streets of the United States, we must once again shout: The enemy is at home!
This will enable the U.S. working class to unite their struggle with that of their greatest allies, the workers of Latin America and the entire colonial and semi-colonial world who are confronting U.S. imperialism. U.S. troops out of Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan! U.S. bases out of Honduras, Colombia, Peru, Chile and all of Latin America!
The U.S. imperialist war machine must be stopped! All troops must go home! Dissolution of the military bases of NATO and the CIA!
This is a central task of the U.S. proletariat, as it did in Vietnam or when it imposed the withdrawal of U.S. troops from Iraq. This unites it with the struggle of all the oppressed peoples to put an end to the pillage and plundering of their countries.
"The enemy is at home" must be the immediate policy of the U.S. working class.
The expropriation of the military industry monopolies, like Boeing and Westinghouse, is the task of the moment. Therein lie the billions of dollars that imperialism spends on armaments, when with those funds it could conquer education, health and living wages, and jobs for all the workers and exploited of the United States. There will be no American dream possible for U.S. workers without expropriating all the expropriators of the people, the financial oligarchy and all the capitalists.
That is the road to conquering the reduction of the workday, with a sliding scale of wages and hours, by putting all hands on deck to produce, with a minimum, living, mobile wage of US$15 an hour and recovering the housing that the bankers stole from the people.
It is not with the government of the Biden establishment that the deaths from the pandemic, which attacks the heart of the working class enslaved in the factories, will be stopped, and which only prepares enormous gains and fortunes for the big laboratories that profit from the health of the people. The nationalization and expropriation without compensation of all the laboratories and private medicine, the control of the workers' organizations of a health plan for all, is the only way to confront the COVID-19 pandemic and defend the integral health of all the workers.
Neither "labor" nor "third party"
The working class needs to put up an insurrectionary Leninist party for the victory of the socialist revolution
The U.S. working class needs a revolutionary internationalist party. The reformist left is already preparing in case disenchantment with the Democratic Party deepens again, and in case the masses, from the streets, openly break with it. They are calling to set up a new trap against the workers. They speak of a "third party". They are putting pressure on Sanders and Ocasio Cortez, that gang of bourgeois billionaires "of the left," so that they would prepare to do it, together with ecologists, "greens" and other gangs of the big "clean energy" transnationals.
Others more audacious and "radicalized" are calling for a Labor Party... like the English one, i.e., one of workers' administrators of the bourgeois businesses. They propose, in the final analysis, to set up new institutions in the regime of the imperialist bankers and their establishment.
The working class needs a revolutionary Leninist party of combat, that prepares and fights tooth and nail to set up the councils of the workers, the poor black people, the rank and file soldiers and the rebellious youth. What the working class needs in the U.S., as well as on a world scale, is a party to carry the socialist revolution to victory.
In the 1930's, the Fourth International, with Trotsky and Cannon, set up a huge revolutionary vanguard party in the U.S., the SWP. This was the internationalist bulwark of the Fourth International. For decades, new leaderships of that party during the whole Yalta epoch sold it out to Castroism and the CP. This has been one of the great betrayals to the vanguard of the US proletariat. Today all the renegades of Trotskyism from the five continents are joining it in its capitulation to Stalinism, and they have become a real appendix of the left wing faction of the Democratic Party of the US imperialist butchers.
It is necessary to recover the flags of the Fourth International in order to put back on its feet the party of Trotsky and Cannon, that of insurrection and soviets, that of the American and world revolution!
There will only be jobs, wages, housing and health for the people if we expropriate the 1% of imperialist parasites with a socialist revolution!
For the United Socialist States of America!
