It is the confession of a crime against the people...
Maduro and the bolibourgeosie:
they pay the fraudulent debt to the imperialist bank and they starve the people
The "bolibourgeoisies" have deceived the masses for years with their scam of "Bolivarian Revolution" in the continent, with the support of the reformist left. Falsely, they usurped the anti-imperialist struggles of the workers and the poor people of Latin America, to re-enchain them to the Yankees. This is what the full payment of the fraudulent external debt to Wall Street means, of which the "Bolivarians" are exemplary compliers.
For example, Sandinism pays the Yankees every last penny of the fraudulent foreign debt. Speaking about the same debt contracted by the Somoza regime.
Thus, in Venezuela the "Bolivarians" have paid the debt contracted by the Punto Fijo Pact regime. The same external debt that pushed the working masses to have to rise up in the "Caracazo", which was, in turn, repressed by blood and fire by the same Armed Forces made up by the Bolivarian Constitution of '99.
It is from these Armed Forces that the nucleus of the "Bolivarians" comes. They used the "advantage" that the period 1998-2013 was the one with the highest income of oil revenues, estimated at almost two trillion dollars! to give the biggest slice of this income to the transnational oil companies through new exploitation agreements that are more submissive than the previous ones. This is the case, for example, of the sellout of the "blocks" of exploitation in the Orinoco Belt, where imperialist transnational corporations such as Chevron, Exxon, BP, Total, ENI, Shell and Repsol, own more than half of the oil revenues due to the majority shareholding that, in relation to PDVSA, they have in joint ventures; and where, in addition, all the workers hired there are super-exploited under conditions of labor outsourcing through cooperatives of both Bolivarian and MUD bourgeois. Similar case occurs with the mineral wealth of the Orinoco Mining Arc, which overlaps five national parks, covers 12 per cent of the national territory where the Maduro government handed over the exploitation of gold, diamonds and coltan to transnational corporations such as the Golden Reserve, Glencore, Guaniamo Mining and Faoz Corp in mixed associations with the military company of mining industries that administer the generals, that is to say the military bourgeois fraction.
Chavez duplicated the chains that tie the country with imperialism
As we have been saying, Chavez recognized in full the debt that the previous regime of the Punto Fijo pact had contracted with the IMF and the World Bank. To pay for it, Chavez used the oil revenues and took the capital away of PDVSA and the nation, only to then go back into debt and mortgaging them by issuing a large number of bonds directly quoted on Wall Street and of which the current Venezuelan debt is mainly composed.
On the one hand there are the Sovereign Bonds of the Republic that were issued by the Central Bank and on the other hand there are the Venezuelan Petroleum Bonds (PDVSA).
There were 15 issues of Sovereign Bonds that represent a debt of 72,001 million dollars counting the capital plus the interest, which must be canceled between 2018 and 2038. Of those fifteen Bonds, 14 were issued during the Hugo Chavez government.
For its part, during the governments of Chavez and Maduro, Oil of Venezuela issued nine bonds between 2007 and 2016. In total, PDVSA must pay 49,171 million dollars between 2018 and 2038.
The total debt (capital plus interest) of the Republic and PDVSA, constitutes one of the largest amounts in the continent, totaling 121,172 million dollars.
These chains with the world imperialist banking are the greatest and true "legacy" of Chavez. To give continuity to this "legacy" is that he chose Nicolas Maduro as successor at the head of a government that pays imperialism without caring to drag the poor and hard-working people to the bankruptcy and barbarism, suffering from famine and the collapse of all public services. They do not care about sinking PDVSA to the point of producing less than 1.5 million barrels of oil per day (Mb / d) today, less than half of its historical production of 3.7 Mb / d! And just when, due to the rentier parasitism of the entire Venezuelan bourgeoisie, the economic life of the nation depends entirely on oil!
For Maduro, his priority in 2018 is to pay the Yankees the 8.4 billion dollars a year in interest. In February, he canceled 90 million dollars from Goldman Sachs for interest on the PDVSA 2022 bond. Meanwhile, with the rest of the creditors, Maduro is expected to meet once the electoral farce has been consummated. Insurance will pay them by further reducing imports of food and medicine, since it is the working class that endures hunger and death in useless hospitals, while the bourgeoisie -bolivarian and MUD one- makes fabulous business speculating with the price of food .
But looting cannot be peaceful. To prevent the workers from getting up, the sepoy Maduro applies persecution, terror and extermination, with his caste of army officers, because he does not have any popular support after years of terrible suffering of the masses. Neither the workers nor the poor people are the sustenance of the "Boliburgeois" government, but the murderous officer caste commanded by more than 2 thousand generals who hold all the key positions and control all the main sectors of the economy. A whole bourgeois fraction with bank accounts in tax havens or in Miami where they have large real estate investments with money that did not even leave the United States, but comes from the businesses they maintain with the Yankee oil companies through Citgo, the Venezuelan state-owned company with 3 refineries and a network of 4 thousand service stations throughout the North American territory.
It is that the native bourgeoisies after expropriating and diverting the revolution and using the masses to bargain with imperialism, end up becoming agents of this and give them the resources of the countries in exchange for a smaller part in business. They have practically dissolved the ALBA and speeches like Chavez's in Mar del Plata, against the FTAA were left behind. Because the Bolivarians - together with Castroism and Sandinism - are all part of a millionaire bourgeoisie that is leaving history with its large bank accounts and properties, after plunging the workers into poverty and when the latter rebel, the "Boliburgeoisies" do not hesitate to attack them to shots, because these lackeys have a double standard according to which they give the money to their masters of imperialist banking and lead against the poor people when they fight for bread. Not in vain are all friends of the genocide Al Assad and support all their massacres.
The payment of that scam, which they call debt, is the main cause of hunger for workers and their children. It is an immediate task to totally ignore it and not pay it. But pressure is not enough because to guarantee that this scam is respected is that they are the bourgeois Armed Forces. That is why, in order to achieve the slightest demand that the children of the working people eat, the killer caste of officers must be destroyed! We must destroy the Armed Forces of the bourgeoisie and its Bolivarian Constitution! Once again, it is shown that for workers and their children to eat and live, imperialism and the capitalist system must die. For this the workers need to destroy the machinery of the bourgeois state and establish their own class rule, a workers and peasants government that breaks the chains with imperialism. This can only be achieved in a unified struggle with the workers of the continent.

PTS and its “Movement against the Debt” in Venezuela:
petitbourgeois pacifsim, enemy of a victorious Caracazo
In an article date don December 06th, 2017 the LTS (group of Argentinean PTS in Venezuela) makes several true denounces on the payment of the foreign debt that Nicolas Maduro’s government did. But in this article it appeals to create a movement to demand stopping paying the foreign debt:
“We call the unions and workers’ organizations, working currents which claim themselves as anti-bosses and militant, to join forces and set up a strong movement to demand stopping this bleeding and to use those sources for the basic needs of the country and its workers”.
With the country destroyed and the streets full of starving people –many even digging in the rubbish looking for food- the only real movement against the debt is a victorious Caracazo of the workers to expropriate imperialism and bourgeoisie to feed the toiling masses.
So… what does these people of LTS want? Conferences? Demonstrations? What class character would this movement have?
This appeal is usually made by currents which want to make workers believe that their conquers would be achieved peacefully and multi-classes movements. This is the typical appeal made by petit-bourgeois pacifist currents which lead the working class to class collaboration.
This policy applied by LTS in Venezuela matches with PTS in Argentina. Their main policy is leading workers to multi-classes movements to demonstrate and press the Parliament, without questioning the bourgeois State.
