Chile - October 28th 2019 The revolutionary mass uprising does not stop No dialogue, no pact, no agreement with our executioners! Piñera, Get out! Let the Revolutionary General Strike continue until there is no stone left of this damned Pinochet regime and its genocidal officer caste!! As the masses shout in the streets: Everyone to La Moneda! Let’s set up our power, the power of those below! we have woken up and fight for our dignity! Self-defense committees against the murderous pacos and the Pinochetista military! National Congress of workers, combative students and poor peasants! Committees of privates that pass over to the fighting people with their weapons!   Huge independent mass actions continue to move Chile. The workers, combative students, the rebel youth, the poor peasants and the ruined middle classes, surpassing all the union and student bureaucracies, do not leave the streets while fighting against the government of Piñera and the civic-military regime of the Right, the Concertacion and the ChCP, and also against the imperialism that has been long looting the nation. The mobilization of Friday 10/25 was the "greatest march in history", with more than 1 million people winning the streets in Santiago and the same in all regions of the country. Today, Sunday 10/27, a huge march has left Viña del Mar towards Parliament in Valparaíso. From Arica to Punta Arenas, fighting continues with strikes, barricade fighting, clashes with the police and the army base, with cacerolazos, mass actions in the streets, attacking the property of the capitalists. This is how you fight against Trump's and Yankee imperialism brutal offensive that come all the way for everything in their "backyard" to recolonize all of Latin America! After this new revolutionary day of 10/25, the Conjunct General Staff of the Armed Forces announced the suspension of the curfew and Piñera asked his entire cabinet to resign and announced his intention to repeal the "state of emergency" to convene a "social and political dialogue”. While this was happening, their murderous pacos and the genocidal military continued to blood Chile with their fierce repression, which already claimed the lives of dozens of new martyrs and left thousands injured, thousands of prisoners and hundreds of tortured in prisons and police stations transformed into clandestine detention centers as in the Baquedano metro. Now the government and the bosses politicians talk until they are blue in the face about pacts and dialogues just to get the masses out of the streets. They want to prevent Piñera from falling into the hands of revolutionary mass action and to save the damned Pinochetista regime. They seek the exploited to comply with this scam of the "social agenda" of Piñera, which are only subsidies for businessmen and employers, while the members of the murderous Special Forces have just been granted a bonus of 20% of the salary so that they continue to repress the exploited! Already all the bosses' politicians, from the Pinochet right to the old Concertacion, are preparing to debate that “social agenda” of Piñera’s in Parliament, together with the deputies of the ChCP and the Frente Amplio (Broad Front), always ready to legitimize and sustain these traps of the Pinochetista regime against the exploited. The trade union and student bureaucracies together with the ChCP and the Frente Amplio seek to bring revolutionary mass action to the feet of the civic-military regime The direction of the CUT together with that of the Teachers Association, of the ANEF, of the NO + AFP Coordinator, of CONFUSAM, of CONES and other components of the so-called “Social Unit”, in the hands of the ChCP and the Broad Front, seeing that the masses continue to give flesh and soul in their combat, they have had to announce for this Wednesday 10/30 a new day of General Strike and national stoppage. Overcome by the revolutionary struggle, they have no choice but to make a new call to try to control the mass movement, which they clearly do not represent, but the general strike conquered by the working class and the exploited has been going on for more than a week! Along with this, the policy of these leaderships is to convene “open citizen Cabildos (councils)” in different communes of the country, together with mayors and councilors of their parties and the Concertacion that has for decades governed with the Constitution of '80, with the motto of "Build the new social pact together". They want to take our fight to the feet of the employers’ politicians who were not in any march or barricade, to submit us to the Pinochetista regime. We do not forget that this scam of "social pacts" and "social and political dialogue" is what they already imposed in the previous government of the Bachelet, the pro-coup DC Party and the "red pacos" of the ChCP. With the farce of the “dialogue tables” they only sought to expropriate the combat of 2011-2013; the “reforms” in Parliament, far from granting something to the exploited, were true anti-labor laws with which they advanced in applying the worst plans of hunger, slavery and imperialist plunder, which the Piñera government came to deepen. Now, the deputies of the ChCP and the Frente Amplio are pushing a "constitutional accusation" to Piñera to throw out him via Parliament and call for new elections. A new trap that keeps the regime of the Constitution of 1980 intact, while trying to get us off the streets. The union and student bureaucracies along with the ChCP and the Frente Amplio come to pour water upon the revolutionary flames that are setting the Chile of those above on fire. We have to set up the power of the working class and the exploited, who are the ones who won the streets throughout the country, so that Piñera and the entire civic-military regime fall! Our fight deserves to climb one more step. The time has come to stand up and coordinate all sectors of workers, students and poor peasants who enter the struggle. We must coordinate by population, city, region and national level. In every place where we fight, we know and recognize each other. We meet. We put shoulder to shoulder fighting the enemy. The power of the exploited in struggle must be set up! The time has come to coordinate self-defense against the murderous pacos. For this, we must organize a powerful militia of the workers and the people in struggle from the unions, workers and student organizations. Enough of being beaten and killed! The streets are ours! The time has come for the repressive forces to retreat, to suffer their casualties and to be disarmed. We must dissolve all the repressive forces of the state or our life will be in danger every day! To win decent wages and pensions; education, health, transportation, housing and free energy for the people; end slavery and labor flexibility; impose the reduction of the working day; get the land for the poor peasantry, mostly of Mapuche ethnic origin, and all the demands of the exploited, the task is none other than defeating this infamous regime of the Constitution of 1980 and its murderous government. Chilean copper must return to Chileans so that the worker's children have an education! We must break with imperialism and end the looting of the nation! The road is none other than to carry forward this revolution that has begun, towards conquering a revolutionary provisional government of workers and peasants. This government will be the only one that, by disarming the army and repressive forces of the Pinochetists, will be able to conquer the broadest democratic freedoms and a revolutionary Constituent Assembly, truly free and sovereign, that will be able to decide on the destinies of the country without the bayonets of the Pinochetista generals and military, and over their heads. A revolutionary provisional government of workers and peasants is the only one that can expropriate all the imperialist transnationals that plunder the copper and other wealth of Chile. Re-nationalizacion without compensation and under workers control of the entire mining industry! Down with the Copper Reserved Law that makes the Chilean copper! It is time to recover everything that was stolen. The time has come to prepare the victory in this war that we were declared. They expropriated our lives, education, health, dignity, land. Expropriation without compensation of all the banks in order to set up a single state bank, that annuls all the usury credits with which they have ruined the life and mortgaged the future of the Chilean youth! In 1973, the Pinochet armed forces, commanded by imperialism and the bourgeoisie, bombarded the government Palace of La Moneda and massacred the Industrial Cordons revolution. We are not marching into the "open citizen councils" with the mayors and councilors who support this infamous government and regime. We do not go to commissions or to Parliament where politicians only discuss how to defend this Pinochetista regime, as they have always done, without ever legislating for workers and the poor people. In Valparaíso, the recurring marches on Parliament began, because these benches do not represent the people. As we saw today, Monday 28/10, we don't leave Plaza Italia ... and we march to La Moneda! We will march to the barracks and put the power of the exploited in Chile back on their feet!   Today in Chile, a great battle is taking place of the exploited throughout Latin America against imperialism and its governments and servant regimes Our class brothers and sisters, the workers and peasants of Ecuador broke weeks ago into a huge insurrection facing the government of Lenin Moreno and the IMF. The collaborationist leadership of the masses saved the government that had been forced to flee Quito, the capital, in exchange for small alms to demobilize the exploited rebels. We must learn from that experience. Let's not leave the streets until Piñera falls down and the regime falls! The revolutionary uprising of the students of Colombia and Puerto Rico, the uprising of workers and peasants taking the cities in their hands in Ecuador, the Haiti of the uprising slaves taking the streets for months, the rebellion of the workers of the Mexican maquilas are the road-sheet for the workers and peasants’ revolution that has begun in Latin America. Earlier today, the Martial Court of the Military Justice rejected a writ of protection and denied his freedom. Tomorrow, a UN mission sent by Bachelet, the “High Commissioner for the Human Rights” will arrive at Chile in agreement with the Piñera government. Cynical Bachelet poses as “worried” for the “violations on human rights” that are happening in Chile, though during her two mandates she repressed every worker strike and demonstration that took place there, imprisoned tens of workers, students and Mapuche peasant fighters, militarized Araucania, etc. She ruled Chile with the infamous 1980 Constitution as a “socialist” of the Pinochetist generals.
