Chile - October 10th, 2020 One year from October 18th... Down with the trap of the "constituent plebiscite" of the government, the former Concertacion and the collaborationist left    Whether the"Approval" or "Rejection" vote is the winner, Piñera and the Pinochetista generals stay and only the imperialist transnationals win! Out with the Social Unity bureaucracy and all the collaborationist union leaderships!   With assemblies, unitary workplace committees and self-defense committees, it is necessary to prepare and organize a Revolutionary General Strike right now, until Piñera and the entire regime fall! Free all the political prisoners now! Free and Sovereign Revolutionary Constituent Assembly on the debris of the '80 Constitution regime Let the Chile of those from below break through again so that the socialist revolution can succeed! --------------------------- Once again the Chile of those from below returns to  fight against the government of Piñera and his murderous pacos (cops, NT)   On Friday, October 2, the exploited were boiling with rage when they saw the murderous police commanded by this government throw Anthony, a 16-year-old youth who was escaping the brutal repression that was taking place in Plaza Dignidad, off the Pio Nono Bridge towards the Mapocho River. This fact alone demonstrates the fraud of the "constituent process" of the damned Piñera government, the ex-Concertacion, the Frente Amplio (Broad Front, NT) and the collaborationist union bureaucracies. All of them agreed to hold the plebiscite on October 25 over the blood spilled by our martyrs in the streets. They are talking to us about "peace" and "constitutional reforms" while this murderous state is deepening its bloody repression! But once again, the hatred of those from below burst with force the next day, with hundreds gathering at the Pio Nono bridge and then marching to the clinic where comrade Anthony is still hospitalized, to express their solidarity and accompany his family. Even though the pacos had surrounded the clinic to intimidate the crowd, this did not stop the latter from shouting loudly: JUSTICE FOR ANTHONY! IT DIDN'T FALL, THE PACOS HURLED HIM DOWN! This horrible event reminded  the workers of the worst methods of the genocidal Pinochet dictatorship, when the lifeless bodies of the workers and popular fighters were thrown off into the same Mapocho River. Meanwhile, in Puente Alto, the workers' commune where Anthony lives, barricades were erected and lit for demanding justice and people marched to the police station against the pacos, following the path of struggle of the exploited of the US and Colombia who are rebelling against the murderous police. Together with the struggle for justice for Anthony, who was even arrested, last Monday, October 5, a combative and fervent day of international and national struggle to free our political prisoners was carried out, called for by dozens of organizations, groups and coordinators who are together in this struggle. In the streets of Santiago, in the Dignidad Square and in different communes of the Metropolitan Region, barricades were raised once more and the streets were taken again. In regions, the scenario was similar: again in the streets of Antofagasta, revolutionary fire returned and also the relentless combat against the murderous police; in Concepción, relatives of the political prisoners held rallies; secondary school children from Chiloé marched through the streets of the island; in Iquique, dozens marched through the streets of the city center, and so on, we can long describe each of the actions that took place on that day of struggle. It was evident no one missed the meeting and the call to snatch each of the working class prisoners for fighting from the dungeons of the Pinochetista regime. As part of this struggle, the combative youth and the workers took over the Dignidad Square again last Saturday. Once more the "front line" stood up to defend itself from the repression. These examples show that a year after October 18, the working class, the rebellious youth and the exploited masses are fighting to resume their revolutionary combat and are beginning to do so. In recent days the streets of Chile have shown that the masses continue to understand very well that only by returning on the path of revolutionary struggle against the government and the regime, we would be able to conquer our demands. The working class and the exploited continue to fight back and are not in the mood to surrender! It is their leaderships, the reformist left and Stalinism who have surrendered and put themselves at the feet of the "constituent process" Today the Chilean workers and exploited are paying with more hunger, unemployment, slavery, deaths, political prisoners and greater suffering for not been able to bring to victory the enormous revolutionary combat begun in October, with the working class and the whole of the oppressed masses carrying out enormous independent actions, days of general strike, barricade battles, clashes with the pacos, attacks on the private property of the capitalists, etc., fighting to combat like the workers of the Industrial Cordons in the revolution of the 1970s. This combat could not yet succeed due to the betrayal of the CCP, the Frente Amplio and all the collaborationist trade union bureaucracies that played fully their role in dividing the ranks of the working class and the exploited and blocked the road to the Revolutionary General Strike.   Thus, they took the workers' movement out of the scene and separated it from the rebellious youth of the "front line," from the poor peasants of Mapuche ethnic origin and from the oppressed masses in struggle, when it is the working class that can attack the capitalists and imperialism where it hurts most: in their profits and their property. By fulfilling their task of preventing the workers' movement from leading the mass offensive, for which Piñera's days would have been numbered, these leaderships saved the government and the regime from falling into the hands of the revolutionary mass offensive that began last year. Thus Piñera and the capitalists were able to throw all the costs of the economic and health crisis on the workers and the exploited, with hunger, forcing the workers to go to work and risk their lives in the midst of the pandemic, with worse anti-worker laws like the "employment protection law" (voted by the parliament of the servants of the transnational corporations, including by the CCP and the Military), which brought millions of layoffs, among them the 1,500 subway workers, frozen wages,  greater repression, like the TENS (OR and ER technicians) and health workers, with the Pinochetista milititary in the streets to discipline the poor people who "dared" to wake up and fight for their dignity. Now these leaderships have put all their forces into subduing and lulling the exploited with the swindle of the "constituent plebiscite" that was postponed to next October 25. They are all calling for a vote for "Approval," together with groups of renegades of Trotskyism like the PTR, the MST, the Anti-Capitalist Movement, the POR or the MIT; however this plebiscite has the sole aim of preventing the masses from returning to fight as they fought from October onwards. The only objective is that the masses do not resume their revolutionary struggle and everything remains the same as it has been up to now: Piñera in power, the Armed Forces with their  copper share, the repressive and murderous packs, the same corrupt politicians of the right and the ex-Concertacion, and imperialism plundering the nation's wealth. The same leaderships like the CCP that yesterday proclaimed the "peaceful road to socialism," with Castro and Allende, in order to prevent the victory of the armed Industrial Cordons, which ended up being the "bloody road" to the imposition of Pinochet's dictatorship, today proclaim the "peaceful road" to democratizing a regime that imposed itself by bombing La Moneda and massacring the revolutionary workers' vanguard. The more we are being subjected to the deception of the plebiscite, the more the murderous pacos continue to repress, detain and kill us, and the fascist gangs, armed by the transnationals, the police and the Pinochetista generals, like the APRA (fascist gangs, self-styled "pacifiers" that attack the poor and the Mapuche, NT) in the south of the country, continue to intimidate and act against the workers and poor peasants of Mapuche ethnic origin. Enough with the deceptions, traps and betrayals! Down with the plebiscite scam! What Piñera, the regime of the '80 Constitution and imperialism deserve is that the whole country be stopped from north to south... All the mines, ports, factories, trade,  farms and every workplace must be stopped! It is necessary to prepare and organize the Revolutionary General Strike to overthrow the government and the regime, servants of imperialism! To make this road a reality: We must build up rank and file assemblies and unitary committees by factory and workplace of employed  and unemployed workers, immigrants, etc. so that the whole working class can stand up! Let the Industrial Cordons return! Let the rebellious youth come back to fight together with their best allies, the mining and port workers and the working class as a whole! For "front lines" in every mine, port, factory and any workplace! From the territorial assemblies, from the coordinators of the Mapuche community members and the relatives that are fighting for the political prisoners, and from all the combative workers' and students' organizations, we have to put all our forces into conquering this call for a Revolutionary General Strike. For a National Congress of rank and file delegates of the workers, poor peasants, rebel youth and all the exploited masses, to put the power of those from below on its feet! On this road we must urgently build up the self-defense committees and the workers' and peasants' militia to defeat the murderous pacos, the Pinochetista generals who are once again patrolling the streets of Chile, and to crush the fascist gangs. For committees of rank and file soldiers that break with the authorities and go over to fight alongside the people! Let the workers' organizations that claim to be combative, like the Port Union or the militant Working Class Central of the Workers, put their forces at the disposal of this perspective to make the Revolutionary General Strike a reality that would not leave even the ruins of this damned regime that is a servant of imperialism! That is how we will settle accounts with so much blood spilled of those from below! Out with the bureaucracy of the CUT, Social Unity and all the collaborationist union and student bureaucracies! The solution for the exploited will not come from the hand of any clowny plebiscite; our best allies are those who fight inside the imperialist beast in the U.S.: the Black people, the working class and the rebellious youth who confront the government of Trump, Piñera's boss. Following the example of our brothers in the U.S.: if there is no justice, no dignity, no bread, let there be no peace for the executioners of the people! We have to fight like the workers and youth of Indonesia! Those above stole everything from us. We have to go back for all of them to get back what is ours! Money to guarantee our demands for wages, pensions, work, housing, free health and education! Copper for the Chileans! Re-nationalization of copper without compensation and under workers' control! Expropriation of all the transnationals, their insurance companies, their banks and the AFP without compensation and under workers' control! Down with the "state of exception" and the curfew! Dissolution of the genocidal officer caste, servant of US imperialists'! Dissolution of the pacos and all the repressive forces of the state! Free the more than 3,000 political prisoners imprisoned in the dungeons of the Pinochetista regime! Workers' and people's courts to judge and punish all the murderers of our martyrs of yesterday and today!
